Is there a site that shows not only the current difficulty, but also the expected time for retarget and the expected new difficulty?

Read though OP first post and already more or less was thinking in my mind that he made this thread just to get people to "donate" him money to "do a 51 percent att"
I hope the bounty will increase -- if litecoin remains stable even in the face of a five-digit bounty, then it will say something about the stability of litecoin.

Vicurex seems to be down, and it displays the following message: The systems Vircurex.com and Cryptostocks.com have been taken offline over the weekend
Please do not deposit any further coins to your Vircurex accounts. We must assume that the wallet has been compromised.

Is there a site that keeps track of CHN coin's difficulty and also shows the expected date of the next retarget?
http://cnc.strament.com/This seems to have stopped working. Is there another similar site for CNC?

Can anyone explain why someone would sell bitcoin miners that are working and profitable?
|
|

at current difficulty they will only make $141 per month...
But difficulty is increasing exponentially. If these machines are such a good deal, what I do not get is why owners do not keep them to themselves, and get the profits?

These are all rev 3 units, all hash at 832 MH/s or higher.
Will ship 3 day continental US.
10 BTC per single, if someone takes all 20 I will apply a discount.
Thanks!
It sounds very interesting, but I do not think that such a hash rate is worth 10 BTC. Perhaps it is worth 1 BTC, but even that is not clear, with the ASICs raising difficulty.

drlukacs:
7970s have a 150 difference max between the engine and the memory. So if your engine is at 1150, you can set your memory to 1000, but not 950. At least on the gigabyte 7970s I have using cgminer.
Why do you not use a modded BIOS?

Go post in mining speculation.
I am glad that you finally admit that your estimates for ROI are based on speculations.

There is no way to GUESS what the difficulty or price will be in the future. What a futile exercise.
If this is what you have been on about this whole time you truly are thick.
You are yet again mistaken. One can look at the current trends, and approximate the rate of increase of the difficulty, either linearly, or polynomially, or exponentially (this one is likely the closest to the growth of the hashrate). Certainly, the next difficulty is something that can be very well predicted based on the current hashrate, and findings of blocks, etc.

yes but that calculator only calculates what you can make if all variables stay the same. I believe your nemesis is stating that you need to account for an increase in difficulty and hashing power of network. So a calculator like this is much more appropriate: http://www.bitcoinx.com/profit/Thank you for the voice of sanity. Do you happen to know a good site that estimates the rate of raise of difficulty on a longer period?

What are you talking about? I have only posted facts. No speculation here.
You have posted what appears to be bloated estimates of the revenue from the item you are trying to sell, and thus an inflated ROI time. I call upon you once more to present your calculations to the community.

Hi,
I am in Halifax, NS, but I will be happy to talk you to on Skype or on the phone.
Best, GL

Everything I have posted here is 100% factual. No emotion involved.
Please stop filling my thread with your BS.
You are again being carried away, my friend. While, perhaps, in the legal profession hammering on the table works, fortunately in this community people believe only the facts. You have been called on your bluff, and so far, you have provided no calculation that anyone can verify.

People like you are the reason author moderated threads exist. Lesson learned.
It is really unfortunate that you have been so carried away by your emotions. While you can suppress views contrary to yours for a short time by various methods, it is not the proper way of settling arguments, nor it is efficient.
