1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: #stopshere on: April 28, 2018, 03:26:42 AM
It stops here.

Stop supporting obvious ICO scams. Don't add them to your signatures. Speak out against them, and stop defending shit coins. If we want to get more people involved in cryptocurrency, let's stop spreading these absolute shit coins and spend our time on what matters.

If you support this and are ready to stand up against these obvious scams by not selling out your signature to shit coins comment below.

That is the reason why ICO's are losing trust because of people who support that kind of project. They should really look at the ICO that they are joining to avoid schemes like that.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: April 28, 2018, 02:37:13 AM
If you haven't sold, then you haven't loss anything.  Stop comparing the highest price to what the price is now.  You didn't sell at the top so it was never "your" money.  Until the money is in your hands, it was never yours.  Just comparing the highs to the lows will make you go crazy.

You are right, if you haven't sold your coins then its not a lose yet and as long as you hold and buy at dip to take your average then you'll be good in time. Just don't sell it if you can afford to recover it.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pump and Dump Exposed on: April 28, 2018, 01:44:05 AM
Pump and dump schemes are very detrimental to cryptocurencies in general. In fact the SEC have a ransom for people who expose such schemes for prosecution. The market manipulation by such schemes exposes innocent and unsuspecting investors to too much risk and detrimental losses. It should be something that should be condemned.

Exactly right. They scam people knowing that the members of that group will gain profit out of that but instead they call the pump when they have already bought the coin and tell the others to buy without knowing that its already been set up.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is officially dead on: April 27, 2018, 11:18:48 AM
We have seen ETH going up and down so many time. Now do you think ETH is officially dead, why do you think so?

How can you say that ETH is officially dead? Ethereum has many project together with ERC 20. Ethereum will continue to grow time to time.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: April 27, 2018, 10:49:32 AM
As the industry changes day from day. our views as to what coins will grow in long term seem to change.
many thought XRG was it in December, then it was Tron, then people thought less

so anyways
your ideas of 5 good coins you think will grow for 2018?
Privacy and Alt Coins

I am still thinking NEO.
But I like to hear from everyone else. as new ideas help to research other coins.

more feed back the better.

Ethereum will be the next bitcoin but I know it will never surpass bitcoin. I believe the potential of ETH and it will grow through the years.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: April 26, 2018, 04:27:23 AM
what's your reason joining here in crypto?

To make money and build my own business using the earning that I got from trading and bounties here.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your crypto informations securely? on: April 25, 2018, 11:04:36 AM
Hi. We all have too many passwords, private keys, adresses, registration informations. I want to askt how you keep them. I dont ask you to explain where you put your ledger wallet  Grin  For example, I keep my passwords and private keys on a simple document which I created on my laptop. This means that if I lose my computer or someone stoles it, I may lose too many things. What are your solutions? Is there any safe option? I have to get precautions before it is too late.

I too keeping my information on my laptop and on my cellphone with a password that I am the only one can open it.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH v NEO on: April 24, 2018, 10:27:06 AM
Which do you think is better and why?

Ethereum is more productive than NEO and has more projects and most ICO's are under ETH.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum (ETH) Blockchain to be Used by NASA for Research Purposes on: April 24, 2018, 09:37:13 AM
Just came across wonderful news NASA and University of Akron are collaborating to use Ethereum blockchain for research purposes. This is definitely one step further for the legitimacy and maturity of Ethereum. It would be wonderful to see how NASA leverages the Ethereum for future research. Wish all the best future endeavors for Ethereum.

Wow! This would be great for all the holders and investors of ethereum. Ethereum always gives us a wonderful opportunity.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has sharply gone to growth on: April 22, 2018, 10:17:01 AM
Bitcoin has sharply gone to growth.
Friends do you think how long Bitcoin's growth will last and how will this affect the other altcoins?

Bitcoin is rising steadily this past few weeks. I hope this is the beginning of recovering its price last year.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I've been seeing a lot of controversy towards Verge. on: April 22, 2018, 09:09:19 AM
Don't forget the chain was hacked, the devs didn't know how to fix it, and they accidentally forked the chain without even realising it. Calling a partnership with Pornhub (although, how is it a partnership if you have to pay $75million first? Sounds more like paid advertising to me) the biggest in crypto is an insult to coins with real partnerships with companies like IBM, Kuehne & Nagel, and Santander.

That is why verge was dumping. I didn't know that their chain was hacked. And sad to say that the developers can't secure their site. Undecided
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If your coin increased 40% - 200% in value over night. What would you do? on: April 22, 2018, 07:37:39 AM
Do you continue hodling or sell? A lot of people say to hold no matter what happens and I'm not advocating daytrading but I think in a situation like this, it'd be advantageous to sell.

Thoughts? What would you do?

Don't be greedy or you might regret it. Sell it righ away because you already gain a huge amount of money why would you wait then?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin? on: April 21, 2018, 01:50:09 PM
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

I agree and we can all see that if bitcoin is falling the other altcoin are down and it means that they are relying on bitcoin.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have $500 to invest today on: April 21, 2018, 12:57:57 PM
What's the best way to diversify starting with $500. I am overwhelmed right now with all the coins i am interested in. I'm just not sure if i should be only focused on the top 10 or can i pick xxx coin that's ranked between #40-#150. I can say i like about 15-20 coins/tokens i just feel that's way to many for $500. I would like to put half in blue chip coin and invest in some alts with the remaining half. I was thinking put $50 into 4 atls???
Idk man, i'm trying my hardest to figure this out. lol thank you for any help.

I suggest that you put your half on blue chips for securing your capital on long term and the other half on what altcoin you want that you think will pump.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: future?? on: April 21, 2018, 06:34:55 AM

As of now the price of each coin is very unstable, and the price of it just keeps going down. I have seen a coin last year, that the price of each coin goes rapidly high. Now again rapid..almost below expected. Can we sure the investment??
How long crypto will last?
Can crypto die?
Can government kill crypto?

Theirs a possibility that the government can ban crypto but they cannot kill it because it is decentralize that means we have the control of what we do in crypto.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC? on: April 20, 2018, 04:52:24 PM
150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC?
Almost worth the same value now,  but which one is better for holding untill DEC 2018?

For me, BTC and ETH are good coins and suggesting that you divide your capital to have a better profit at the end of the year because a wise man should never put you money in one place.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token bounty must hold or sell? on: April 20, 2018, 04:15:23 PM
Many bounty campaign give token..often token bounty has not been paid .. you already exist in the market .. after the price paid it down drastically ... if we hold the token .. later will be able to rise or even added down the price of token bounty

Holding your bounty rewards will be beneficial for future profit because their tokens are usually pumping after a long period of time.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: April 20, 2018, 03:49:45 PM
Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?

Because I am earning more money here with little amount of fees than stock market and real estate. I know that risks are high but I can gain more than my salary if I got lucky in my tradings.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the common activities in a Bounty campaign? on: April 20, 2018, 12:52:51 PM
I want to develop a Bounty campaign for my Crypto project. I heard about Signature, Translation, DIY and Social media sharing. What are the other types of Bounty activities?

You can do airdrop and blog if you want to. It can surely help your project more chances to promote your project.
