yes, its true. But I remember Modum ICO, just before ''new law" (KYC 4 all ICO investors); but because they started and finished ico before law it was no must to do KYC 4 investors. Maybe its the same 4 Tezos ICO. They have lawyers... That was reasonable because the contributors have no requirement to buy in the ico and when it finish along this year when kyc was being required to release i think it will not necessarily to require. While now still they are with the lawsuit that makes the development become slow. That seems to be very contradictory to even say lmao "contributors" are people who contribute in any form.
