1021  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Many national central banks plan to launch digital currency. What do you think? on: December 05, 2017, 03:41:39 AM
In some countries the central bank launched a digital currency independent in consideration, such as the recent news that the European Central Bank in the euro currency ECB-Coin, consider pushing digital encryption currency bank of Canada on self advantages and disadvantages, Russia must figure out the ruble, even bitcoin is not friendly to China, in consideration of the possibility of independent digital currency, Do you think these digital currencies are similar to bitcoins?

Finally, the world is going to evolve into a cashless society. Not so long from now, we will be able to buy things without FIAT.
1022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will you still buy at 10k on: December 03, 2017, 11:30:38 AM
bought bitcoin in 2015 didnt believe in it. missed the train. bought again around 2-3k but diversified it to altcoins.
will you still buy in this current price? or do you believe a correction is near?

Yes, I think buying Bitcoin with this price is still cheap than the price in the future. We will be expecting of a price of over $200,000 per Bitcoin.
1023  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: December 03, 2017, 06:38:57 AM
For me, Bitcoin has many advantages, one advantage is it gives to the individual money to sustain the basic needs, It also reduce the increasing number of unemployed in some countries, The people who work in bitcoin develops the ability to reason out, enhanced the English proficiency, that's the some advantage of bitcoin.

There are many advantages on owning a Bitcoin, you're the early adapters of it, so might as well you'll be pretty rich in the future when all people will start using it.
1024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving. on: December 03, 2017, 03:04:03 AM
How about only earning Bitcoin and not using them?
I think the price of Bitcoin will gain much more value.
So if we keep it as our asset we will be much rich in the future...hehe...whats your opinion about this?

I am definitely agree with you, Sir! I will not also spend my Bitcoins until the day comes that everybody will finally use it. I would be nice that we are the first once to be able to adapt that before everyone does.
1025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: December 02, 2017, 01:54:50 PM
Bitcoin is changing the way we live.
Bitcoin is changing the way we do business.
Bitcoin is changing the way we travel and save our money/assets.
Bitcoin and blockchain technology has open new doors for people to do business with one another without the intervention of third parties.

What do you make of this, huh? Share with us what you think. thanks Smiley

Not long for now, Bitcoin will take over Fiats, we will only be using our phones to pay or buy something. And if that happens, I congratulate those who came first.
1026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it smart to max out all credit cards months to buy BTC? on: December 02, 2017, 12:47:08 PM
Hi,

Just to use all the money in your credit cards to buy some BTC and then before the grace period pay them back and repeat. If I am not wrong, this should give you a very nice profit say for a total amount of $20k between 7-8 credit cards plus good credit and all the cachback and points each CC have.

Is this smart?

Anyone does this?

And more important which exchanges allow you to use credit cards? Or is it better to buy using paypal and fund it via the CCs?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, that is not a bad idea, just make sure you study the charts and trends first before buying to make sure you can get a profit from it. It is always wiser to buy low and sell high.
1027  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Question for bitcoin traders on: December 02, 2017, 04:18:45 AM
from what i understand , in trading btc.

buy low and sell high.

but i have a question, i have account at poloniex.,

and when i want to sell,

sell against what ?

i mean what should i get/buy when selling btc.
as polo doesnt deal with fiat currency.

so what is out there which is not as jumpy bitcoin, i.e. stable.

imho, usually people sell bitcoin and get USD.

or should i open account at some other exchange which offers exchange with fiat currency., i.e. real life money

what am i missing here ?

what i dont want is, lets say, i sold btc and got ripple or any other crypto then if its value goes down, my investement goes down too., i hope you are getting what iam trying to say.,

sorry for my bad english.,

thanks for your time.

I do trade my Bitcoin vs. USDT, it's best if you are a trader to sell if it is in its high and buy in its low.
1028  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Easily Discouraged with Dips? on: December 01, 2017, 12:36:43 PM

People who have been with Bitcoin for years already understood how the coin may behave in certain circumstances and so they are never shocked nor surprised to find Bitcoin going down in value which we called as dips or as some negative people would call it: crashes! Had the same thing happening in stocks or forex, indeed it could be so alarming if the retreat can be as low as 20% or 30% but this is just normal in Bitcoin. Afterwards, there would be a sudden recovery and things would be normal again. Volatility is  two-edged sword in Bitcoin and while some may find it a big turn-off many are welcoming it as an opportunity to make some money in trading.

Newbies in cryptocurrency should never discouraged seeing Bitcoin going down abruptly as it would surely be back into the action within days. Why is this so? It is because there are people who are just waiting for a dip for them to get into the Bitcoin bandwagon. A dip is indeed an opportunity to buy cheap. When more are buying then the coin will be pushing upwards again.

Now, if you are easily discourage when there is a dip...take a deep breathe, just relax, smile and then wait. Bitcoin is here to stay and we might as well enjoy its journey.

Yes, I'm easily scared when the market is on its dips, but I just do remember that the comeback is always greater than the setback.

This kind of correction is normal since Bitcoin has gone up for a while, but we may want to invest more if we want to get the most of it in the future.
1030  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and "Ballon Effect" on: November 30, 2017, 01:24:08 PM
Hello everyone ,

I want to ask your opinion about bitcoin  price increases from 9000$ to 11000$ less than  1 week , is that planned and normal ? because i have opinion that bitcoin increases  is too fast ,
in my opinion bitcoin rightnow is like we blow balloons and can explode at any time ,
please give me your opinion  Smiley
and i hope you all understand with my bad english

It might happen, but there are lots of people investing on it so that's why it has been increasing its price.
1031  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: November 30, 2017, 12:15:01 PM
why some country banned bitcoin?
is there any problem? i know that bitcoin is international crypto currency. but why some country banned this cryto?

It's obvious that every government is afraid of cryptocurrencies when they are not regulated. Afraid of being left out.
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: November 30, 2017, 10:08:07 AM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

My part of liking it is that its always increasing its value, imaging if I invested on it early, I would have been rich by now.
1033  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin just a brand? on: November 30, 2017, 08:49:37 AM
Litecoin is faster, monero is more private, ETH has smart contracts and there are much more altcoin with much more features, even Bitcoin Cash is faster than Bitcoin, but BTC keeps rising much faster.
Don't you think it's just because of the name?

When you go to the world of Cryptocurrency the first to be called of them all is Bitcoin. As it is the name of this forum so that's why the first to be invested in is Bitcoin.
1034  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is like heroin on: November 30, 2017, 05:20:45 AM
Just like heroin or crack cocaine, it creates an addiction.

Same as was gambling

Many in here seem to have been caught up in it, spending far too much of their money on something. Partially to get the dopamine rush of buying more coin, and partially to satisfy their gambling lust hoping to score big.

It is no different than the people gambling their savings away on the roulette. Right now we are at the point where they have entered the casino and have been lucky, so they are up more money than they came. But instead of quitting while they are ahead they genuinely believe that their luck continues.

In the end it ends bad.

Yes, most likely. I got addicted to it. I quit my Job just because I need to focus more on Bitcoin, and i kinda felt ashamed for it. But it's too good.
1035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I would like to invest! on: November 29, 2017, 11:31:22 AM
Is it to late to start know in 2017 to invest in virtual coins and is any advice for "dummies" around here?

No, not yet. You still have time to invest. But I tell you my friend. Just diversify your portfolio.
1036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: November 29, 2017, 10:31:05 AM
I see a lot of optimism about bitcoin, which is understandable seeing the price recently.
But I have to admit I'm a little worried about the long term future of btc.
The major problems if the currency still haven't been dealt with. I see 2 major ones:

-Block size. Which makes the delay and fees of transaction rise very fast. Smaller transactions are more and more difficult to make.
-The centralization of the market. China got low cost electricity, which make them by far the most bitcoin mining capable.
-And maybe others that I'm not aware of.

Another thing: The Hard forks that are oddly getting much more frequent than before. (BCH, BTG, Segwitx2 etc...) It almost looks like "attacks" in order to divide us. Now called "airdrops" by the community. Even though they're supposed to solve some of the problems.

All in all, this makes me really worried about btc future. I've been a strong holder since 2014, and I made quite a lot of money with bitcoins, but I begin to doubt now, even though the price is crushing ATM. Please help me keeping faith. Or should I switch to another currency ? Really thinking about ETH recently.

By far, if you want a successful life with Bitcoin, just invest the things you don't have a problem losing, and take profit little by little.
1037  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: November 29, 2017, 08:21:03 AM
Almost every country has unemployment problems. There are many young boys who are working unemployed. But the days of settling their turn are over. Now, if you wish, you can earn a lot of money sitting in the house. Bitcoin can earn their unemployment by earning. It can be possible to improve the country by improving their lives by earning bitcoin. That is why Bitcoin among all Habetahale to spread the knowledge of the second day will increase the demand for Bitcoin.

We just have to hope that it won't spoil the world for being so reliably to Bitcoin, we may encounter something that people will not work anymore and insisting to just by earning Bitcoin. We need people to work for the world. It will be a chaos if all of us will be wealthy.
1038  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: November 29, 2017, 06:53:29 AM
Do you think the richest families or personalities in the world would be interested in using bitcoins??
And if so, would that be a good thing for us small people or negative??
I mean rich people are capabale of so much things, so it makes me wonder..

People who are rich might keep on buying them and storing them and having atleast the most of Bitcoins in their hands, for that, they can already manipulate the prices.
1039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of having Bitcoin? on: November 28, 2017, 11:12:30 AM
The only thing I know about Bitcoin is that it is a virtual 'money' but what are the other use of it? What are your advantages for having a bitcoin?  Roll Eyes

For me, the advantages of having Bitcoin is being not late of acquiring it. I know this would be a great thing when a lot of people will notice it. Smiley
1040  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: November 28, 2017, 06:40:59 AM
bitcoin is five years time in my opinion there will be a lot of hard forks from the original bitcoin blockchain and the value of bitcoin would increase by 300 percent today's price. if transaction's speed and price remains the same, bitcoin's not improving and maybe the price wont grow that much

For me, I think Bitcoin will be the main thing that could be spent all around the world. I have no doubt that it would happen as because our world is now performing using digital assets.
