1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Youtube Scam? on: August 18, 2021, 11:31:17 AM
Youtube, Telegram, and Twitter are the most popular apps where scammers are getting their victims off, so be careful when accessing them.

Especially that newbies are eager to earn easy money in cryptocurrencies and they are getting victimize easily by fake giveaways.

Always remind yourself as newbies that there is no easy money in an investment and you really need to study and become knowledgeable about it in order to make it profitable.

3  Economy / Economics / Re: "Crypto is no longer in the early adoption stage" on: August 17, 2021, 05:04:40 AM
Yes, I agree that bitcoin is no longer in an adoption stage and as you can see, people are now having an idea about its existence in the market and even big companies and big investors are already engaging to it.

It is really a positive impact in bitcoin when it is spreading all over the world and many people are investing on mining it.

Hoping that bitcoin will continue to become popular and reach the mainstream investment and payment tool.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be more effective in the future on: August 17, 2021, 04:24:58 AM
Right now in some of the countries Bitcoin is been banned or restricted, when I think of it I do not blame the government why Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies is been restricted because they do not know the value or importance of Bitcoin. Some government officials have never done any transactions, I mean to buy or invest to Bitcoin or to use Bitcoin as a means to acquire goods and services.

It is only government to blame for banning bitcoin and other cryptos. Because it all depends on the mindset of the leadership. If you see examples of progressive countries like US or Japan, they are the first ones to adopt the usage of cryptos. Now take an example of regressive leadership like India or Bangladesh, they are seeing it as a threat! So it all depends on the mindset of the leadership on how they want to provide financial freedom to their citizens. It doesn't depend on whether the officials have used it or not! It doesn't have any impact on the policy decisions!

Also the excuses that most of the governments who are scared to engage in cryptocurrency that I know is that, they are having a problem regulating it in their country.

Hoping that governments like India and Bangladesh will spend their time studying why bitcoin and other cryptocurrency matters in the economy and in the society.

Not all of us are given an opportunity to invest and benefit cryptocurrencies in them market and economy.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the legal status of Bitcoin in your country? on: August 17, 2021, 02:48:34 AM
Bitcoin is legal in our country and the government has nothing to do with it as it makes people free and achieve financial freedom.

There are rumors that when NFT become popular in our country and people are getting knowledgeable about cryptocurrency, they are saying that they will get taxes from it.

For sure, many investors will disagree and will not do that and hopefully, government will not bother those people who are working so hard in a crypto investment like bitcoin and other coins.
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I wish i knew about Bitcoin before now on: August 16, 2021, 08:05:13 AM
Most of the people are saying that where they are regretting that they didn't trust bitcoin or they didn't spent their time studying it.

But it is never too late to invest and get interested to it especially that bitcoin can really change your life.

Don't be so sad and this is the best time to start and grow with it. Bitcoin investment is always possible as long as you can afford it and you are really interested in doing it.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cryptocurrency scam tricks newbies might fall for. on: August 16, 2021, 07:09:30 AM
I've noticed a lot of people falling for scams by searching things crypto related on places like Google and clicking ads that could scam them.

I've seen a lot of cases where someone tells a person they won a giveaway but require them to send a deposit to a site to withdraw it - which might seem like an obvious scam but a lot of people are not accustomed to how to register a site etc and think it's only legitimate organisations.

People are getting fooled by those schemes where they are offered to get free money or free coins when they download a certain app.

Also there are schemes where people input there information and those criminals will take advantage of the victim's information and get them hacked.

As an investor, or as a responsible internet user, those things that is offering an easy money is really not a guaranteed money so always be mindful and aware about that.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin videos on Youtube....and a suggestion for our possible BCT channel. on: August 04, 2021, 07:15:47 AM
These social media platform like Youtube is very powerful when addressing us on how to start and what is the essence of bitcoin in our world.

Videos will help us visualize, and understand cryptocurrencies much clearer with complete detail and also for those people who likes watching instead of reading, you can subscribe on their channel.

Let's just support and help each other grow so that we can make build a healthy crypto community.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: knowledge and Capital which is Very important in Business or Investment? on: August 03, 2021, 05:46:40 AM
They are both essential but practically speaking, capital is more important for me.

What will you do with knowledge if you don't have something to invest with?

Does your knowledge applicable in your life?

Is it possible for you to know what is really happening in the market?

Capital is what we need to start, we need to have our capital first and then we can grow through experiences.

Knowledge is much easier to earn than money so that's not a totally big problem in an investment.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most optimistic result of Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2021, 05:09:07 AM
People know how to deal with risks and how to manage their assets effectively. Nowadays, it is essential for an individual to secure his future and adopt the things that is evolving around him.

I'm proud and I believe that bitcoin can do more to us, bitcoin prove many things that will make people to also adopt it.

The most optimistic result of bitcoin for me is that it provides me financial freedom that I can't have in other currencies.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you protect your Bitcoin from market volatility? on: August 03, 2021, 04:00:19 AM
You can prevent your money from liquidating when you're just storing it and not making transactions with it in the market.

A holder will always have his money only in his wallet and he will not lose and make any amount when he's just holding it for too long.

You can somehow protect your assets from scammers, hackers, and other risks, but not in volatility in the market.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not just a currency, but represents a new human civilization on: August 02, 2021, 12:25:55 PM
This is a bit tiring to read but the content and topic is worthy so hoping that people will still spend time to read your post.

We're really a new type of civilization where we value digital and we can't really live a good life without the use of internet.

Bitcoin symbolizes development, evolution, and how we value our investment and our future.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Social media's impact to the growth of crypto currency on: August 02, 2021, 11:54:49 AM
Social media greatly affects the price and popularity of bitcoin because it made cryptocurrency become the trend and topic of most gossips and news.

For example, twitter, when Elon tweets, people are hyped and panicking which made me have a bad impression for Elon musk.

But overall, social media is really powerful when it comes to spreading thoughts, news, knowledge, and etc., especially in terms of investment and money.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin an Investment or Payment form? Has it lost its purpose? on: August 02, 2021, 11:33:15 AM
Bitcoin was created as a form of payment tool but people are treating it as an investment right now and people are benefiting it.

I didn't lose its purpose because people are trying to send payment in a form of cryptocurrencies because that's what blockchain technology made for.

People are thinking that bitcoin lost its purpose because there are more cryptocurrencies existing in the market and there are more profitable than bitcoin,
15  Economy / Economics / Re: If you can get paid through cryptocurrency, do you still choose fiat currency? on: August 01, 2021, 01:18:32 PM
It depends because there are people are ignorant about cryptocurrency and they want a fiat so that they can easily budget and use it.

A salary in a form of cryptocurrency is a good adoption but it is not for all so we still need to consider that.

But If I'm in that situation, it is okay with me as I know how cryptocurrency works and its essence into an individual.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: What kind type of market player you are? on: August 01, 2021, 07:22:53 AM
Probably an investor and a trader, I just don't want to make my money sleep in one place and I want it to grow as long as I can.

That's the reason that pushed me to study the market and make accurate and suitable strategies for me to make my investment profitable not only in holding.

I believe in a high risk, high reward mindset where I can also think of the possibilities and move on easily to control my emotions.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I feel like there is no way to keep up on: August 01, 2021, 06:21:32 AM
I legit dumped everything I had into it.
I already spend literally everything I have leftover, aside from rent, utilities, food, etc. you know. Like. My main source of entertainment is just crypto news videos.
One of the popular piece of advice is to only invest amounts that you can afford to lose; Going all into Bitcoin sounds very novel, with dreams of getting multiples of your investment, but there's a level of risk to it. Your risk could pay off in the long run, but as an investor, regulating your level of risk is very important.

That's why I've came to the conclusion that I have to risk it and invest more heavily into alt coins. In the hopes doge pumps again. next time if it gets to just 50 cents I'll sell half and convert to bitcoin maybe.
Buying and holding  Bitcoin seems a better approach.

People are violating some of the rules before investing and it is sad to think that they are losing money due to ignorance.

It depends on how you value your money when you're investing because that will help you to secure your funds and at the same time deal with risks.

No matter how much you invest, money is not that easy to earn so be responsible when investing your funds.

18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could crypto replace government? on: August 01, 2021, 05:48:53 AM
No. Smart contracts can't do everything in the world, in fact they can do very little. Ethereum and other smart-contract platforms aren't used in real world like it was envisioned, they are used for creating tokens and trading them, that's it. The DAO promised to revolutionize companies, and it just died at launch due to bug, and no one tried to relaunch it, because they understood that it was a stupid idea.

It is more like it just helps the people to have financial freedom and have something to fight inflation and poverty.

Support from a certain project is what most of the companies lack of, they are just abandoning the process when they see nothing more out of it just like what the DAO did.

Sometimes, application in the real world set up is what most of the people are looking for in a certain project in a platform and it is hard to focus on that when it comes to cryptocurrency.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin losing its importance on: August 01, 2021, 05:28:24 AM
Like how? Is it because its price that you saw in the market is not that high compared these past few months?

Be patient my friend, bitcoin is always important for those who invest and studied it. There are things that needs time so that it can fully recover and retain its price.

Bitcoin is not like what you think that have a stable upward movement in its price because cryptocurrency doesn't work that way.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin worth so much? on: July 31, 2021, 11:33:17 AM
Bitcoin worth so much more than you could've imagine because it is now getting normalize in some countries as a currency.

Although it is not that popular enough but many are adopting it and getting into it as an investment and to secure their future.

Hoping that more people could see the importance and advantages of bitcoin into our lives, especially that there's something more to it that we should explore.
