1001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Bitcoin as inheritance on: May 06, 2020, 04:45:03 AM
If you want to give a bitcoin as an inheritance to your family it is better if you do not make too much security progress to your account because some of them does not know what you are doing at the same time they did not know all the things you are stating on the account and they need to ask other people to do this instead. I'm suggesting it is better if you withdraw those funds immediately so they can use but if you don't want and just stay into the bitcoin it is better if you give already the wallet username and password to your wallet so they can immediately use your bitcoin funds. If you still have some time it is better to teach them immediately because they have some insights on how does the transaction of the bitcoin works it depends on your if you will before you die or let them explore the transactions before they'll get your funds.

If your family members aren't interested and not knowledgeable about bitcoin, you should convert it into a fiat money so that they can directly get the benefit from it. Send it to their bank accounts so that it is less hassle for them to have an access to your bitcoin, especially when some of our family members are old enough to become more engaged in technology. Bitcoin as inheritance is good if your family members know how to manipulate it, if you teach them the concept or principles of bitcoin, maybe they can continue what you've started. Managing bitcoin is not that easy because we all know that it is very volatile in the market, it takes time to adopt in the market and you really need practice and experiences to become an effective bitcoin holder.
1002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your favorite gambling game? on: May 05, 2020, 06:49:54 AM
Poker game is my favorite game in this industry because I have tried many games without good profits after my investment these platforms. In childhood I learnt poker games and was able to get acquitted with the games, that's why I love the game. This has be a game that had earned me some good earnings through my games.

I play poker for a long time since when I was in high school, I'm having a stable work now. Every time I'm stressed about work, I play gambling using my spare amount and I don't exceed spending on that certain amount of money. Poker is a really good game and this one is my favorite as it enhances a lot of my skills in gambling.

It enhances my critical thinking skills, my facial expression and confidence. This game makes me relieve my stress as I enjoy playing it no matter the results are, either I win or lose because gambling is not about getting rich, it is about relieving your stress and entertainment, not a scheme for those who want to get rich. Poker doesn't work that way although you're good at poker.

If you're having a stable work, then that's much better and never replace your work with gambling. Not all people are having an opportunity to work for his family, so treat gambling as an entertainment only because it will not give you a better future for your family.
1003  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Anonymous Cryptopayments API for Developers on: May 05, 2020, 06:14:54 AM
Where are you located? I couldn't find any info on the site. I'm asking because I'm a bit curious on how you managed to run such a service without implementing KYC, especially that there is no single (closed source obviously) KYC-free payment processor out there.

Hi,

I understand why you're asking this but it is important to mention that our service is based on cryptocurrency tracking, we do not offer the possibility of using, storing or exchanging fiat money. I mean if someone wants to pay another person in Bitcoin, he can do it using the blockchain itself but if he want to know if the payment has been done and get his app notified he can use our services.

Actually there are several private services of this type including wallets. We're located in Brazil Wink

Anonymity in cryptopayments will help you become more safe and comfortable in your transactions especially when people did something to help us acquire that. Payrobot.io is a good idea as you really don't need to sign up and give your information and details, it is safe because you can send money or pay in transactions without any identification. It is also a good wallet because of its security and credibility to become a famous wallet that people can use to have safer transactions. But this platform only focuses on payments and not an exchange, you should look for another platform or services where you can find what you're looking for but this robot.io is very helpful as a payment processor with any issues and hassle.
1004  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why there is no Standard Marketplace like Amazon with BTC as payment method?? on: May 05, 2020, 05:36:56 AM
As Op has mentioned these days we can see more small business and small stores around accepting bitcoin as payment, but there isn't much of acceptance from the large network firms. This in my understanding is due to the volatility of the bitcoin market. When it comes to small level stores the volatility won't affect even if there is large fluctuation in the price.

The same when happens with a large network business it'll cause a big loss, because the business volume is quite high. This can collapse the entire worth of the firm if miscalculated on its market changes.

That's right, sudden changes in a some payment method can make people confused or bothered as they are normally using fiat currency. It is not that easy to adjust especially when people are not that knowledgeable about using BTC, not all countries around the world are already engaging in legalizing cryptocurrency in their economy. The problem here is the mass adoption that we need to improve because the business volume is already high and we need that to correlate in mass adoption of using BTC. I don't think the bigger companies will allow people to use a volatile asset in the market as this will give them sudden changes in values. Market changes should be studied and plan before make it into reality to prevent long term adjustments and issues.
1005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If we are to start from beginning. on: May 05, 2020, 05:06:42 AM
We will definitely see a reset of world economy because of this pandemic. Of course, we want more recognition from the world government and see bitcoin as one of the alternative out there, not to replace banks per se, but at least those majority of unbanked people globally will go to bitcoin and government will simply allow it so that adoption will grow without affecting the balance of geo-economics.

This would be very cool to see, I think one important factor that'll be affected is green technologies, considering we can now see easily the effect human pollution has on different cities all over the world, hopefully we can learn and have even more evidence that reducing our carbon footprint WILL HELP in the future, specially economies. Not sure why we as a species have largely agreed that fucking the world over is the only way to go.

If we reset the world economy, I think bitcoin will engage more in globalization when people know the true benefits and advantages of it in the world economy. This pandemic is the key for the people to know the proper use and advantage of bitcoin in many transactions. Besides fiat currency, bitcoin can be used for an investment and asset when you want to have an alternative coin or material. Tangible money is made of paper and paper can be acquire from trees, by using digital currency, we can minimize the cutting of trees and we can help our environment. Plus, we are living in a world where technology are advancing, so it is more likely that if there's a restart in our economy, everything will become right in place and economy will become much better as government and people know what to do and invest.
1006  Economy / Economics / Re: Get ready for more tax. Save your BTC! on: May 04, 2020, 06:30:03 AM
The government has no choice but to spend, we are just happy now that we receive some allowance from them but we did not realize that it will be taken unto us slowly, it's correct, they'll get it from our taxes and that's the sad reality.
The government does not have any option but to spend right now, no one from their citizen are working to pay for taxes ( for countries that is under a lockdown) and we as the citizen deserved to receive help from the government during times like this coz that is their duty, money can be earned again but the lives of many is more important right now. Products prices soon is expected to increase as we need to recover from our loss as soon as possible so we can start the normal life again.

For me, I think these taxes are the material for the economy of a country to retrieve all of its losses due to the damage this covid-19 brought to us. Citizens are required to pay taxes higher than before because of the governments support to them. Government that are responsible enough in helping its people during the pandemic should focus on sectors like agricultural so that they can have more supplies in stock market.

The important thing right now is to become safe and far from the virus because it is much more expensive if you're admitted in to the hospital so as much as possible, keep away from the virus and focus on the taxes that you need to pay after the quarantine had lifted up. Everything will go back to normal soon when we are all in the process of recovery.

No one is expecting this to happen so we just need to face the reality that this pandemic is existing in our time. Just continue to live and take care of the people that surrounds you everyday.
1007  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Covid19.insure - your opinions? on: May 04, 2020, 05:36:36 AM
I found covid19 insurance project- covid19.insure. It’s p2p foundation for supporting people with coronovirus disease launched. What do u think about it ??

There is no need for further research about it. Even for a first look, it's not trustworthy.

If you want to help, you can donate to your reputable organizations in your country.

If you want to receive some help, there should be an organization where you can ask for assistance but in most of the cases, it's automatic especially in an area where there is a great number of confirmed cases.

That's right, you should donate to those big organizations that are supported by the authority so that it is really guaranteed that your money will not be wasted. If you're aware about your surroundings, there are fraud or fake organizations that are luring people to donate in their fake fundraising and fool people. They collect money just by doing that, victims think that the money they donated will really go to those people who really need some help but in reality, they will steal it. If you are willing to donate some money for help, you should look for an organization that is legit and assisted by the government in your community. Most especially that there are families that can't sustain their lives because of financial problem that they're experiencing.
1008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet advice? on: May 04, 2020, 05:03:01 AM
Based on your reply, would I be correct in thinking I should have an online wallet (for regular pay-outs) but transfer regularly from the online wallet to a hardware wallet (to store larger amounts and or longer term storage) as this is safer than the online wallet?
Online/web wallets are risky as you don't have access to the private keys. Not your keys, not your coins.
If the wallet owner/company runs away, then you will lose every single satoshi. However, people use it for small amounts of deposits, transactions...

Better use hardware wallet if you can, otherwise desktop wallet.

You can transfer whatever amount from hardware wallet to online wallet or vice versa. You can send from any wallet to any wallet within the bitcoin network.

You shouldn't risk your money in online wallets because we all know that online is really complex and there are good hackers who can access your account without you knowing. You should choose a bitcoin wallet platform that is famous enough and the company is really trustworthy and effective in keeping your assets safe. Online wallets are really useful for a small transactions or payment to lessen the hassle of transferring money but all in all it is not that guaranteed for huge amount of coins. Hardware wallet is really much safer because you have only the access to that and no one can access that unless you give them some of your information, a simple information can be used by scammers to enter your wallet.
1009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY IS SATOSHI NAKAMOTO NOT HERE TALKING on: May 04, 2020, 04:31:26 AM
Bitcoin is a decade-old asset. Do you really think something as new as bitcoin would immediately be stable in price? It takes a good amount of liquidity to achieve stability, which can take years and decades.

When there's a new coin, it is not that easy to make them labeled the same as bitcoin because bitcoin is really the most popular cryptocurrency made by Satoshi and it's advantages to us is really good. The reason why altcoins can't surpass the liquidity and stability that bitcoin had, is because of the people that doesn't use it as a main crypto to invest with. Most people invest in bitcoin because of its price when it is in its peak although, we know that bitcoin is volatile for a decade and above.

If you don't like the price fluctuations of bitcoin, it's pretty simple. Go sell, and don't hold bitcoin. No one is forcing you to.

And also, please stop using unnecessarily small fonts if you want people to actually take you seriously.

Fluctuations are normal and you just need to deal with that, you should know how to regulate and manipulate your money based on its price in the market. Some people can't take the reality of bitcoin being the most volatile cryptocurrency that's but they are still holding.
1010  Economy / Economics / Re: How Will the current pandemic affect the crypto market? on: May 03, 2020, 09:39:59 AM
The crypto market works 24/7 and 365 days a year, and it is also a market that does not have to leave home to work, it is digital money.
Despite the current crisis, the prices of cryptocurrencies have not failed, the Community has responded positively in these difficult times allowing the growth of the ecosystem to continue.

It may not be at the planned rate, but startups and current projects have not stopped.
The sector that will grow is that of finance because it has shown that it needs to be updated according to current technological advances. We will also see more projects focused on health and charity.

That's right crypto market is always active and there's no reason for them to take a break because market moves every time there is a transaction happening. The government should act and do something based on the current state of the economy because by that they can make possible solutions regarding that. There are still development in the projects and technology and it is always updated that's why the crypto market could possibly always active. Regardless of other sectors, I think that agricultural sectors will prevail and grow more because they are the one that are really continuous and actively vulnerable in this pandemic. The government should prioritize the people and the sectors that are heavily affected by this crisis.
1011  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New Mobile Social Network on: May 03, 2020, 09:07:37 AM
Hey there,
we are Payd.
What is Payd? Payd is a completely new mobile social network where you can build your own community, post texts, images and videos and get paid for it. Isn't that cool? You can submit posts into so called "channels"

Its a nice idea on where you would been paid via BTCitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero and PayPal.Ive seen similar projects back in the past with this one but all them do failed. Why?

because people would still love to stick on with the traditional and more popular platform than on new ones even though we can see some advantages and earning opportunity but people
cant just easily ignore or left into the things that theyve been used to but well i can say Goodluck into your project"

If you are serious with this one then better allocate some funds on marketing stuff.

It is really good that people can be connected using this mobile social network, everyone can participate when there's a discussion that can make people unite and agree to each other's thoughts. Also you can expressed you thoughts and creativeness using this platform while getting paid. This is a great idea for people who want to have opportunity in earning money while communicating with other people without any hassle. In managing this kind of platform, you should take this seriously so that you will not encounter any hard time or issues in this network and people who have access to it can use it comfortably. The real good thing here is that it is supported by cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, ETH and other coins that can be used on investments.
1012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here is why Cryptocurrency future in India is in danger on: May 03, 2020, 08:17:33 AM
Or they imply cannot come up with effective solutions to try and regulate crypto? If other giant countries can do it, why can't they? Their priorities are far more focused on something that doesn't benefit the citizens much, just look at the giant statue that they erected. This is simply neglecting their citizens from the benefits of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies IMO, and not some case of regulations that are hard to impose.

I think they are right about effective regulations part, still complete ban would be kind of overestimation. Hope that doesn't happen.

If it is not that effective and regulated properly then why don't the government make a possible solution for that? Banning is not a solution instead you make the use of cryptocurrency in your country to stop. Sometimes it is a government's choice if it will continue to regulate a cryptocurrency or not. I think India lacks knowledge and comprehension about the cryptocurrency to manipulate in the economy that's why people can't also use the cryptocurrency in transactions properly. I think their priority right now is to end this pandemic in their country and focus on their own strategy to recover from economic or financial crisis brought by this pandemic. Most of the countries experience that and I know that it is not that easy to make a solution for that because it takes time to reach that.
1013  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be the ideal currency of the future? on: May 03, 2020, 07:27:34 AM
You can take anyone's public key and send him/her bitcoins. In the future, like 2100, you understand that technology is advancing. Those years I believe that brute forcing a private key will not be something impossible. Do you think that bitcoin will be spoiled by human in the future?
Bitcoin has been created more than 10 years ago, have you found anyone had brute forced private keys? I am not sure if it's possible even with quantum computer system. But I believe if it happened then there will be something to prevent it. I don't believe it would be spoiled by humans since. Don't feel that bitcoin or crypto industry will be spoiled very easily since there is big community for it.

Regarding your concern about ideal currency is quite complicated since there is no bitcoin existence on real life and worldwide governments don't want to support it due to many reasons. Most probably we would see more advance and ideal currency in future which would exist even on real life, but who know about future.

I think that this bitcoin can be an ideal currency in the future, but the question is when? These days, fiat currency is really effective and the most useful currency that the community is using. Fiat currency is not that easy to steal compared to a bitcoin that can be hacked, and lose due to wrong addresses. Also mass adoption is not that easy to acquire especially that's why most of the government in this world is still not legalizing the bitcoin to regulate in their market. Bitcoin can help an economy grow once it is in its peak but we all know that it is very volatile compared to other coins. So in conclusion, I will still choose fiat over bitcoin as a mode of payment in many transactions because digital currency is only useful during this kind of pandemic that doesn't require people to have physical transactions.
1014  Economy / Economics / Re: The positive impact ~ on: May 02, 2020, 08:16:32 AM
It's really heartbreaking that there are minors being abused in this kind of situation. Every family is different and their quarantine situation could also affect them differently. Home owned businesses couldn't help the economy survive. Most countries are now in a bloody economic situation because huge businesses aren't functioning anymore. This quarantine has a positive effect on the environment but has a negative effect on our way of living. There are still pros and cons but we have no choice but to deal with it and just wait until things get back to normal.

Almost all businesses, especially small and medium businesses, were hit by the pandemic. For this reason, in the midst of this pandemic, business people must carry out various strategies to keep their business running. But it needs to be remembered that small and medium business is the fastest, easiest, and most absorbing business.

So far, many small and medium companies cannot survive because they compete with state-owned companies. Many regulations benefit state-owned companies but are detrimental to small and medium-sized businesses.

Home owned businesses can help the economy survive if the people are compact and committed to supporting one another. Small community-scale economic cycles are carried out by home industries although the benefits are not too large but the economy will continue to spin. The existence of barter supply and demand for primary needs will support the progress of the home industry.

Some steps for a home industry company to survive and even grow is good at calculating market needs. The use of technology and social media for the promotion and sales process. Applying for payment in advance to maintain business cash flow in the midst of difficult conditions today. How a business can get a stable inclusion / recurring revenue that is an income that is constant or stable every month.

We, as a victim of this virus we are all looking forward for a good thing to happen and be optimistic in the midst of this pandemic. I know that it is not that easy to become positive if you are really experiencing that hard times that this virus is bringing to us but to lessen the stress and sadness, look for the bright side. This pandemic will as soon as possible and everything will go back to normal and I will assure you that we can recover from this pandemic. Businesses will recover because they are the one who are responsible to the desire of each and one of us when we are going outside just to buy what we need.

Companies will think of the possible and effective strategy to retrieve all its losses due to the quarantine. I know people will work harder because they want to earn more salaries as this virus prohibits them to go to work due to the risk of getting the disease.
1015  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Is it possible to write a faucet collector bot and how on: May 02, 2020, 07:02:26 AM
Just to be clear, I am absolutely against any abuse of faucet in this way, especially in terms of creating multiple accounts, using a VPN/proxy and bypassing captcha/antibot links.

Since freebitco makes it possible to claim without captcha (by using reward points), using bot to claim every hour in that way wouldn't technically be cheating. I asked that question to their official representative on the forum a long time ago, and as far as I can remember I received a positive answer.

However, I would not recommend that anyone use such applications from unknown authors as they all require you to log in, which is actually giving your information to a completely unknown person. In this regard, a good friend of mine made just such an application for maybe over a year, and it is still available on Google Play, apparently he did a good job and no one reported anything malicious that would result in removal.

That's the problem when there is something that is beneficial for all of us, there's still a way for the people to abuse a certain thing. I just don't understand how can greed make people dumb as they are exploiting the true benefits of faucet to all of us. Hoping that people who do that should be accountable for what they are doing if they are caught by the authority.

As what you've said using bot in collecting rewards, that's true that it is not considered a cheat or a bad thing because it doesn't really affect the value of the rewards. Bot doesn't multiply or increase it but it just collects it so that there's no opportunity that you can miss.

Every reward is really essential thanks to the bot but I will not suggest you to use any other bot because there are platforms that can have an access to your accounts and can make you hacked or scammed. If there's really a bot that is useful and effective enough in manipulating faucets then it is not hassle for us to check it every time we access it.
1016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do they say that you should not use the same BTC address over time? on: May 02, 2020, 06:32:11 AM
For security of course. Addresses can be change anytime so much better to frequently used different addresses when your dealing with transactions.

Crypto is not that anonymous after all if eventually a transaction can be trace back to the owner through wallet that's been frequently use overtime, i guess that leave with generating different wallet for any transaction, that would be quite a process.
You can use mixer if you dont want to be traced. But the best way is after you use the address for transaction, just change again or pick new one to use. You can always use different addresses so if ever your being followed by some hackers they would lose any path on your way.

Better safe than sorry.

There's a difference between being anxious and being aware about your bitcoin addresses. All of us here are using bitcoin as an investment or store of value or etc., bitcoin really mean so much to us because we are having a hard time manipulating it in the market because of its volatility. Giving importance to your privacy is really necessary especially if you're using huge amount of bitcoin in your wallet.

Being anxious can make you stressed and can affect your mental health because you're not confident about your bitcoin address that's why you always double check and there's nothing wrong about that. The only problem about being anxious is that you're not confident about yourself and your privacy.

Being aware is much better because as you're using different bitcoin addresses, it means that you're giving value about your privacy and you're confident enough in using you bitcoin in many transactions. Using different addresses without any hesitation and worries of getting hack is good because it means that you're believing on yourself that you are a responsible bitcoin user.
1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone booked a hotel using bitcoin on: May 02, 2020, 06:02:53 AM
Very great news mate, bitcoin has been going more popular all over the world so they tend to make an application which can use bitcoin as payment on some transactions, which is really good because it makes the transaction secured and fast compared to the manual thing which you should do all thing physically.

It seems like bitcoin will be more prominent because of the emerging technology as time goes by technology evolves and bitcoin becomes more popular, I think in the near future there would be more software or application uses by some transaction with the use of bitcoin.
This is good about bitcoin but it is not new again, there are some countries in Europe that use bitcoin like money, beside using it to book for hotel they also use it for many daily transactions like using it to make order in bar, this is common in Ljubljana and Prague.
I can use it to book for a hotel if the service is available in the hotel I logged, it is a great idea, I can easily use my wallet to even pay as easy than using fiats.
But it is really great for those people who don't know about these things like me because we can use it for next time if we are going to reserve a book in the hotel.

That's what happen if, we, bitcoin supporters are really doing something for the promotion of bitcoin into our surroundings. Sometimes all we need to do is cooperation for the future of bitcoin so that people will notice and know its uses in many transactions. I think that using bitcoin in booking a hotel is a good idea because one of the reason why bitcoin exists is for a digital transaction purposes. Most especially if you're travelling around the world and you need to book a hotel, bitcoin is the best choice if you have no any choice or fiat in your wallet. Bitcoin is really flexible when it comes to digital payment, it can use in any transactions like paying bills, foods, and etc., you just need to confirm if bitcoin is accepted in a country that you're in.

1019  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis after the epidemic on: May 01, 2020, 06:33:58 AM
We still need to be careful when going outside.
Frankly, I don't think any extraordinary measures are going to have to be taken for us to interact with each other like we did before the coronavirus outbreak--though I'm sure this whole situation has created a lot of new germaphobes who weren't that way to begin with.  We're going to have to keep up good hand-washing practices and not touch our faces so much and not sneeze or cough indiscriminately, but face masks and physical distancing won't be necessary (IMO....but we'll see).

It'll take a while before life starts getting back to normal, but I have confidence that it's going to happen.  Hopefully people will be able to return to the jobs they had during the shutdown, and--even more importantly--the economy won't be as damaged as many analysts predict.  That's the main thing I worry about.

Based on my speculations, after this pandemic there is still risk of getting the virus because if the vaccine is already invented or discovered, it is not 100% guaranteed that it will immediately distributed to the mass. There are 7.8 billion people this year 2020, and do you think that all of us can get the vaccine simultaneously?

I'm sure that it will take time for that to happen when we are now safe from the virus but after this pandemic, we should still take care of our health. As much as possible don't go outside if you're not really going to work. Still avoid some populated places and gathering because there is still a risk of transmission of the virus.

Don't worry, everything will go back to normal as soon as possible, we just need to wait for that to happen and be patient about our government. Physical hygiene should still be practiced so that you're safe from the virus while going to work. We will soon recover from this crisis, most especially our economy and medical industry.

Let's help each other, especially, those people who are in a lower class and fighting with the poverty and famine. Let them hear by the government so that they take actions with that and be responsible for the people who really needs help, no matter if there is a pandemic or none.
1020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should the Crypto Community Be Worried About the Oil Crash? on: May 01, 2020, 05:39:54 AM
Hello, guys! What do you think? Can crypto and the oil industry be connected?

No.The oil price crash is caused by a trade war between Saudi Arabia and Russia. They just can't negotiate a reduction of their oil production. If they manage the reduce the oil production, the oil prices will go up.This is a temporary situation. And no,cryptocurrency markets have nothing to do with oil prices.I don't think the crypto community should be worried about the oil market.Having lower oil prices is usually good for most countries that mostly import oil and for the global economy in general.

They are the huge countries who are holding huge stock of oils in the world, their production is really high compared to other countries. Also, Saudi Arabia and Russia are not that affected by the virus and they can still produce oil whenever they want. Too much production of oil results to a decrease in demand of the oil, most especially that the quarantine all around the world are still active. That's why the oil's price in the market becomes very cheap because the only industries that uses oil those who are manipulating a factory of goods for the people, households, and limited vehicle. Some cryptocurrency are used to buy oil with the bigger company and I think that there's somehow correlation between the cryptocommunity and oil's price.
