121  Economy / Economics / Re: The Reason Bitcoin Investment will be preferred more than Oil on: May 19, 2021, 04:08:06 AM
It is much more convenient to invest on cryptocurrency than oil because it is much cheaper.

You really need a huge capital in order to have a much wider investment on oil especially that it is not that easy to earn profit with it.

While in cryptocurrency, you can earn money just by sitting in front of the computer and study how it works.
122  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyone acting like there hasn’t been dips like this during a bitcoin bull mark on: May 18, 2021, 06:00:18 AM
Just chill out and observe the market, don't be so sad when you see a bearish market.

All of us are aware that bitcoin is volatile and before it reached a new ATH this year, it also went a bearish market.

Be optimistic and understand why bitcoin is moving like that, it is not only Elon Musk who can manipulate the market but also other big investors.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh, market manipulation is finally bad now? on: May 18, 2021, 05:12:34 AM
It depends on the people affected by it, there are market manipulation that is good and there's also bad.

I know that some of you are panicking and blaming those people who are manipulating the market, but what can we do?

We are just a small investor compared to them so all we need to do is to perform more effective technical and fundamental analysis.
124  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk really has the ability to manipulate the bitcoin market on: May 18, 2021, 04:37:22 AM
His one word reply "Indeed" has really sent the price further downward. A great opportunity for those who don't have enough btc in their hold to get more, investors on the other hand like this my friend on WhatsApp who is loosing money is screaming for Elon musk to shut up and stop tweeting.

Chill bro, you have nothing to do with that but to wait, he is a big investor compared to us.

It is okay to rant about him playing with the market and parting ways with bitcoin but we just really need to deal with it.

Elon Musk will probably do anything for himself just to make his investment profitable for him. He can setup a hype, he can play with market, and also he can make us suffer.
125  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: That feeling having your first merit on Bitcointalk on: May 17, 2021, 01:27:11 PM
Celebrating your first merit is not that bad especially that you worked hard on it, but think about making more quality posts instead of focusing on gaining merit.

Some newbies are so greedy that they really focus on earning merit without improving the quality of their posts and replies.

Hoping that this will be the edge for you to make informative and pleasing post that will contribute here in this forum.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: 🔴 Breaking News - Elon Musk is going to part with all his Bitcoin BTC on: May 17, 2021, 06:08:02 AM
Yes, it will probably bring the price down, which is great if you have the opportunity to buy more. I think it's quite embarrassing for elon to behave like this. I don't doubt it's annoying to deal with the btc twitter hive-mind in all its glory, but he should have recognized that he brought it on himself.

At the end of the day, bitcoin doesn't care about elon, and elon probably doesn't care all too much about bitcoin. We all know he had very little to do with PayPal's success, so I don't see why so many people value his financial opinions so highly. IMO, if he understood the technology, he wouldn't be claiming that bitcoin is highly centralized, and that it's reviving the coal industry. If he really knew the incentives, he would be promoting bitcoin mining as an alternative to Tesla powerwalls/battery packs for clean energy sources that have surplus energy, this would be a win-win for him since either his profits increase or the security of his store-of-value BTC increases.

disclaimer, I bought the dip

How sad that the one who made the bitcoin price go up, he will also be the reason why its price will go down.

But we need to accept the fact that he is doing it for himself and we're not included on that.

We just need to look for other crypto that is also profitable not only bitcoin because there are soon more news that will make the price of bitcoin to hype up.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon has gone mad, somebody save him!! on: May 17, 2021, 05:17:28 AM
Elon Musk, Where there is profit he is. He is not doing this without profit. However, the cautious quarters of cryptocurrency will never follow such a trend. We have to understand ourselves better.

What a clown, he wants to make money for himself without even thinking other people.

After he setup a hype then he will leave us all, what a shame, hoping that he can make him money grow more with that.

We just really need to keep ourselves from those hypes, we need to make our fundamental analysis much stronger.
128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear Market started - 16 May 2021 on: May 17, 2021, 03:39:16 AM
It is really sad to see that we are now approaching a bearish market, there are a lot of opportunity that become wasted.

We just need to be patient enough so that we can prevent more loses so it is a must to observe the market and wait.

We will surely see a bullish market starting from September up to next year we just need to wait for it.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What have you bought with Bitcoin? on: May 14, 2021, 04:22:14 AM
I am still a beginner in the crypto world so basically, I haven't earned yet a huge amount of bitcoin, so I would never buy that kind of pizza, I am into investing in bitcoin and some altcoins, and some of my earnings in bitcoin is already converted into cash and used it in some of my needs but as long as it is not important, I never pull it out and just hold it for a long term. Anyway, good luck with that contest, that would be great for those who already have bought a bitcoin pizza.

This mindset is good in an investment, you should not think about spending it when you are not having huge amount of bitcoin.

Thinking about spending it makes me think about losing opportunity in the future especially that I'm not that successful enough.

But still spending it is a kind of a good experience in crypto industry but the only problem is where to spend it.

130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what do you guys use bitcoin for? on: May 14, 2021, 03:52:59 AM
I haven't used bitcoin before and i also want to know on where to spend it because some business still not adopting bitcoin.

It is really hard to utilize bitcoin especially that it is not that popular to use in some businesses.

Can someone give us an idea on where to spend bitcoin, like grocery? what company? and other details, I just wanted to have an idea about it.
131  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: May 14, 2021, 03:22:23 AM
It is because of those fraud hype makers that really destroy the market movement.

Some investors are scared when they see that bitcoin goes down and they are panic selling because they think that it will make them earn profit.

Little did they know that they are wasting some opportunity in the market when they sell it in the wrong time due to panic.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without electricity on: May 13, 2021, 04:58:54 AM
If the world were to suddenly run out of electricity, there will be huge detriments not only in the economy but practically to every aspect of every one's life. Hospitals will be practically useless. Along with supermarkets, malls, facilities, and by stretch even agriculture and food production. We'd all die of starvation, some will die due to diseases, and some due to the panic and mental stress the event will cause.

Nowadays, in our generation, it is really hard to live without electricity as our lives revolve around it.

Imagine living in the dark when the night comes, imagine society without communication, do you think we can endure that?

How much more in bitcoin, it is a digital currency that only exist in the internet, It will surely fall and also I think cash will also become worthless.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla no longer accepts Bitcoin payments on: May 13, 2021, 04:29:58 AM
link

I find it frustrating that Elon can so quickly jump from supporting Bitcoin to bashing it with poorly researched facts. That man must have some mood swings or something, and I wish he just stopped talking about crypto so the market could return to normal.

How ironic that someone who supports bitcoin will suddenly leave it behind.

Can we conclude that Tesla is a traitor and it just made a fake hype so that bitcoin investors will support their projects?

Hoping that other companies or big businesses will not surrender from bitcoin, it is really hard to think that some companies are doing it just for the sake of their own good and reputation.
134  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would it be foolish to take out a crypto loan at this stage of the bull market? on: May 13, 2021, 03:57:44 AM
It is always much risky when you choose to invest a money that comes from a loan, especially that crypto market is volatile.

You should invest your own money even if you said that the market is bullish. At least the profit is only for you and you have no other expenses or debt from other things.

It is much worth it if you make profit with your own money, as it will not make you worry paying your loaned money.
135  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying/Selling Bitcoin for Cash... on: May 12, 2021, 04:15:24 AM
I think that yeah probably the price shouldn't be the same as the current prices, I think the current price is just the average or so in the market. So if you plan to buy bitcoins with cash expect that you might be paying less or more depending on how the bitcoin is going to be transferred to you.

I think it depends on what they talked about before the make transaction.

There is really a good thing between buying bitcoin through cash so that fees will not bother you and you can have discount.

Hoping that you find someone who will make you pay less which can give both benefits from the two of you.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I regret selling BTC for entering DeFi. HODLing is the way! on: May 12, 2021, 03:33:56 AM
More experienced users were always warning newbies to stay away from things like DeFi and ICO that are completely unpredictable in short term and are bound to underperform in the long run because of their bad fundamentals. People like Elon Musk or Michael Saylor would never invest billions in some risky centralized platforms that have nothing but empty promises. It's rally not surprising that Bitcoin outperformed high-yield DeFi. "In retrospect, it was inevitable".

Yes, if only he could turn back time, he will surely not exchange bitcoin to enter ICO or DeFi.

The best things is to learn from his mistake and understand that bitcoin is one of the best way in order to earn profits.

Do invest on the thing that is proven and tested, and also never settle on the investment that is not that good based on other people's opinion.

Always do some research and be patient about the crypto market.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Charlie Munger hating on bitcoin on: May 12, 2021, 03:02:14 AM
John Lennon said that "Don't hate what you don't understand." and this is really applicable in this topic as Charlie Munger is destroying the reputation of bitcoin. Some people are saying that bitcoin is used in many crimes such as scams, hacking, and etc., but they don't know that only bad people are doing that kind of things in crypto.

There are more to explore in bitcoin and Charlie Munger should study and understand it first so that he learn the benefits and advantages of bitcoin.
138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: help on buy rise or buy fall on: May 11, 2021, 08:14:39 AM
DYOR and technical analysis are the keys on how to make trading effective and profitable for you.

You should not settle on the hypes and trends that you are seeing in the internet, especially in twitter or telegram.

Know it yourself on when to buy and sell, to determine uptrend and downtrend, you really need to spend some time learning in trading.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Multi-coin wallets? on: May 11, 2021, 06:45:57 AM
It is safe to have hardware wallets so that you have different places to store your coins, so if ever you lose one, you can still have access to your other coins.

Ledge Nano, Trezor, and other hardware wallets are essential when you are a bitcoin holder or crypto investor.

Storing it in the internet is never save so it is much better to have multi-coin wallets that will help you to secure coins safely.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Knowing bitcoin is achievement on: May 11, 2021, 06:14:09 AM
There are a lot of opportunity in crypto industry especially that if you know how bitcoin and all other coins works in the market.

It is so sad that some people are still ignorant and not believing on how bitcoin can change someone's perspective or views in life.

Hoping that people will know the existence of bitcoin and how it works, it is really an achievement to know something that will help you achieve financial freedom and profits.
