141  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Significance of crypto currencies on: May 10, 2021, 07:43:21 AM
It helped me to achieve financial freedom and have food on my plate and also secure my future.

There's a lot of importance of cryptocurrency in an individual or a certain investor because it can be used in digital transactions.

Imagine how we are developing and benefiting cryptocurrencies, and i think in the past, no one expected that bitcoin will be like this.
142  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: May 10, 2021, 07:22:41 AM
It depends on your preferences, some wants to have many kinds of investment so that they have different sources of income.

You can invest on both as long as you can manage them properly without any struggle. These two can be profitable at the same time whenever you want.

Crypto investment can be a short-term or long-term investment while stock market can only be felt profitable in the long run.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now all in BTC. All eggs in one basket! on: May 10, 2021, 06:50:19 AM
Many investors said that "don't put all your eggs in one basket.", and for me, I think that this is true.

There's a lot of opportunity in the crypto market and I know that it is your own strategy to put it all in bitcoin, so good luck!

Hoping that you can make your decision more profitable than other options so that you don't have any regrets in the future.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JUST CURIOUS on: May 10, 2021, 06:13:52 AM
seeing top influencers buying into bitcoin and some going public to talk about shows bitcoin is a step ahead in the expected direction. everyone is probably buying and holding to sell at a higher price later. just curious to know how long these guys will hold bitcoin and what price they will likely sell ? is it even possible to know their mind ? but i am sure they are in for long term. what do you feel about this. ?

This makes me think that you still lack of knowledge about bitcoin and how to make it profitable in the market from time to time.

Investors are investing their money either for a long-term or short term, some are doing day trading and some are just holding.

Cryptocurrencies are volatile so patience, timing, and analysis are important so that you can manage risks in the market.
145  Economy / Economics / Re: Year 2021-2022 will be very Good and very Bad. on: May 09, 2021, 08:58:24 PM
Sometimes being hard-working is not enough when you don't have a luck, so it is hard to say if we will have a good year.

We should just be patient and knowledgeable about holding our coins and investment in the next year.

Hoping that most of you will be successful even if there's really a huge risks in the market.
146  Economy / Economics / Re: The Country Cryptocurrency vs Bitcoin on: May 09, 2021, 07:54:20 AM
There are countries who makes their own crypto because they want to fight bitcoin in the market.

Just like China, they are making lots of cryptocurrency on their own so that they can make it more profitable and isolated for them.

Bitcoin is still the best digital asset that we can think of even if there's a lot of other profitable ways in the market.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla and market manipulation crime on: May 08, 2021, 08:47:28 PM
I don't think this can be considered as pump and dumo fraud. Tesla has bought bitcoin long ago, possibly around $30k per BTC. They didn’t sold all of their holding even. According to the article you shared, "if someone pump the price intentionally to increase the liquidity so that they can sell their holding, can be considered as fraud."
So, I think, tesla has no chance here to get punished.
On a side note, I think Elon Musk is having such fraud activity with Dogecoin if he is selling his DOGE.

Elon Musk will probably not do that as it will destroy his legitimacy and his reputation towards DOGE coin because if he do that, that means that he is just doing it for himself and not for other people. Also that signifies that he is just a fraud and just trolling in twitter by fooling people.

Still do your own research so that you are not strongly affected by these schemes.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: May 08, 2021, 09:17:31 AM
Elon Musk is a cult figure for some of the smartest people on the planet. So what he's doing with the Dogecoin baffles me.
I mean, they say the Internet doesn't recognize any form of hierarchy, but I think Musk has delusions of god-like grandeur.

Basically, he is kind of joking around.
DOGE is THE prototype of a useless coin or "anti-bitcoin".
According to his "fate loves irony" statement, he propagated DOGE because he was sure that it will pump some day.
It became a self fulfilling prophecy, also because of his tweets.
On the other hand, following twitter for at least a whole Bitcoin halvening cycle, you may be aware that some - probably many - other people also wrote tweets like "DOGE!", "DOGE TO THA MOON!", and so on, which didn't get any attention.
Honestly, who DIDN'T think that DOGE will pump after Musk's related weets. I wonder if he took advantage or if he just did it for the lulz.

Don't be fooled by the hype the Elon Musk is creating, it is okay to do fundamental analysis but think twice before making decisions.

I know that some of us here are a fan of Elon Musk and Tesla but don't make twitter as a medium for hyping and play with market.

DOGE is what he is aiming for so that Tesla will become trending also, he is good at advertisement and no doubt, that's the reason why he became the most richest person in the world now.
149  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whats the best way/method to learn crypto? on: May 08, 2021, 08:37:59 AM
It depends on your preferences, some people wants to learn by watching video and some people seek information by reading.

I'm more on visualization that's why i learned crypto in watching Youtube videos and some documentaries regarding it.

Your choice if where are you comfortable with while learning some things, it depends on your own desire.
150  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto is increasingly being used for criminal activities on: May 07, 2021, 11:11:55 AM
That's absolutely the reason why people are still not adopting cryptocurrencies in some businesses or investments.

People are still doubtful about it because of the news that they are seeing online that bitcoin is involved in many criminal activities like scamming, hacking, fake giveaways, and etc.

We should not tolerate that and report it immediately whenever you see something like that online or in social media platforms.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My feelings after 11 years with crypto. on: May 07, 2021, 06:27:52 AM
For me, after engaging in cryptocurrency for almost 5 years, I can say that bitcoin really changed my mindset towards life and investment.

This taught me many lesson on how to make a living and how to sustain our needs and think about the future.

By thinking about the future, you can save a lot of money and make bitcoin as a store of value not only gold.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be hijacked by world billionaires??? on: May 07, 2021, 06:01:38 AM
By that news, whales will surely buy huge amount of bitcoin that can really affect the price of bitcoin in the market.

Elon Musk or Tesla can really manipulate bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies when they just tweeted something that related to it.

It is hard to deal with big investors especially that they have the power to move the volume and make a trend about a certain crypto.
153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't ever quit your job to trade crypto. on: May 06, 2021, 01:01:42 PM
Crypto is just another source of profit and still passion is the most important thing to prioritize.

I know that most of us wants to earn money and become successful, but we should also realize that there are some things that we should set in priority so everything is under control.

Also, cryptocurrency is much risky compared on doing your job so learn how to manage risk.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in bitcoins for future kids on: May 06, 2021, 06:26:42 AM
We really need to secure our future and bitcoin can be the way for that as it is also a source of value.

You just need to be patient and think wisely so that you can't spend your coins into unusual things that can make you lose your money.

Just think of what this bitcoin can do to your future so that newbies will also start investing on it for a long term purpose.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When you heard about Bitcoin vs. When you first used Bitcoin on: May 06, 2021, 05:40:07 AM
It took me 8 years before I engaged in cryptocurrency, because at first, i think that this is not legit.

But I really took some research so that I can fully understand how it works as an investment or a currency.

I didn't know that bitcoin will reach this kind of milestone or success because I'm only exploring it and understand how it can help a person.
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would having a Debate like: Bitcoin vs Gold win more crypto investors on: May 05, 2021, 07:46:50 AM
Instead of making or having a debate, why don't just study both bitcoin and gold so that you know that you can invest on these two.

Doing a debate with this is not a big deal in bitcoin adoption especially that they're about store of value.

Focus on promoting it in some places and you will see those people who are knowledgeable or have an idea about bitcoin and those who are not and still ignorant about it.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yahoo Hates BTC: "Forget Bitcoin: Here are The Crypto Assets To Follow" on: May 05, 2021, 06:55:01 AM
Maybe, Yahoo just want to give altcoins an opportunity to become known not only bitcoin.

There are a lot of other profitable coins that are existing in the market and you just need to explore it and know how to use it.

We all know that Yahoo is one of the most popular internet websites that are still active and this can greatly affect the bitcoin's adoption in many countries.

158  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unknown things to newbies on: May 05, 2021, 06:31:09 AM
This is really a good thing for newbies to become knowledgeable about the acronyms that are commonly used here in this forum.

@Darker45 is right, you should also not forget the "CFNP" so that newbies will not spam those campaigns who are closed and not accepting new participants.

These things are a useful thing to post and this is a quality post, especially that beginners have no idea about those information.
159  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why people are scared to use their crypto? on: May 04, 2021, 02:50:54 PM
Maybe because they don't know how to use it or maybe they are having a hard time to control their cryptos and scared to make transactions.

Being ignorant about the utilization of your cryptocurrencies are really hard to deal with especially that you don't have any idea how it works.

Some companies already adopted bitcoin in their system and platform and that makes you have an idea  on where we can use bitcoin or other crypto.

160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin no longer relevant? on: May 04, 2021, 02:00:05 PM
Take note that some other potential coins only rely on bitcoin's price, they are just an alternative source of profit besides bitcoin.

At the end of the day, bitcoin is the one who will still prevail in the market even if its price is very volatile in the market compared to other coins.

Bitcoin is relevant in a long run because it is the foundation of other cryptocurrencies and it is normal for its price to go down because all coins are volatile in the market.
