I did heard about bitcoin back in late 2016 to early 2017 and I think the price was relatively cheap for me to buy into; bought like 0.02 units (can't really place the actual figure). I was somewhat excited that it was a means of earning some extra funds. But the lending to the site didn't go well and I dropped the thought of Bitcoins. I later heard it rose to 700$ early 2017. It has been on the rise ever since then and just for some small dips here and there but there has always been an increase which follows the dips.

It is quite a remarkable loss of opportunity and saying/thinking, "if I had known!" I do have a close friend who knew about all these Cryptocurrencies as far back then and their histories. Unfortunately, what he was able to buy then was the TBC; The billion coin! Of which has no fiat value on the coin market now. I want to believe probably there wasn't much convicted for the bitcoin as he had for the TBC which he ended up acquiring. As at today, the purchase of even one bitcoin is a project!

I do have some small bitcoin chunk in a wallet somewhere and really don't want to sell because I believe the price of Bitcoin will definitely go up again this January. I had withdrawn earlier from a lending site to my bitcoin wallet when the price suddenly fell. A friend spoke with me yesterday about the price doing a come back from where it is as at today. I am very optimistic about the price rise again much more now that the festive periods are over. We can start seeing this from next week because market tradings resumes fully and should be in its good start.

With the few time spent and experiences had with the Cryptocurrency, I did say some of the coins have their own peculiarity. We all know about the high volatility rate of the price of Bitcoin which has an adverse effect on most of the altcoins and the Cryptocurrency market at large. I will suggest a thorough research on the bitcoin and mostly the altcoins around. I did purchase some bitcoins and keep some too and also invest in potential ones. The profit rating is dependent on individuals too.

As regards the use of Cryptocurrency for transactions, it can definitely make the cash go almost away. We will be having few exceptions of some areas; remote places where the use of internet or internet enabled gadgets can't reach and also businesses that might not want to get involved with it. Even in fiats, there are places where the cashless policy is being set. Now coupled with that of Cryptocurrency, it can be said that the scrapping out of cash is imminent.

I started into bitcoin late last year into this year 2017. At first, it was with lending to about two sites that was paying hourly and I almost wasn't interest and I also didn't get anything out of the investment. But about the 3rd quarter of this year, I started again with another entry pattern, entirely different from the previous fail, though I still had one recently. But now, I can see clearly and understand the way things operate here and how you can earn money on the long run with patience and due diligence.

Good and strong major reasons of going for the bitcoin is because of my understanding as it being the base entry for other altcoin trading. It is a major means of exchange into my fiat at my beck and call aside ethereum which was just recently enabled.
Also, I do hope you are not referring to Cryptocurrency in place of Bitcoin. The bitcoin investment has really enabled the activation of an extra stream of income and hopefully a major source to giving other business areas the life funds they need.

I like your kind of friend! I think in other way he is trying to lead you on into Cryptocurrency investment and business. Well, I did think you think in this line and grab the opportunity to start up something with what he paid you with. You are left with the choice of reinvesting the decent chunk or hodling it and watch it grow; trust me, you will thank your friend much more later on. With the world tending into Cryptocurrency and high influx of new persons, you will sure be smiling soon with what you have.
