Do you think if BTC had a stable price which could only be altered by $0.01-0.10 it would still be as popular and as used?
Aside from the fact that the bitcoin has a high volatility rate which has given it the popularity it presently has, the other strong factor which has given it much influence is the use of bitcoin as a base coin entry into the cryptocurrency world/environment. A lot of persons are coming into the cryptomarket and most have to buy altcoins through purchase of bitcoins in the first place. Even when and if the bitcoin price gets stabilized, as long as it is majorly a means of link to other coins, it will remain popular. You will have to discipline yourself irrespective of what might be the need or urgency. When you start earning more and more, there are physical projects one can engage in to tie down one's earnings in the physical. The right thing to do is to have the mind of staying in business and not losing out eventually. |

Hello!
With the recent decrease in value of Bitcoin, the value of almost all the altcoins dropped too.
Now BTC is rising again and so are the altcoins.
I am thinking that if Bitcoin ever crashes, I mean completely drops to a very low value and when doesn't increase anymore.
Then the altcoins are going to drop too and won't have a high value anymore too, which means the cryptocurrency world will die.
Is my statement just nonsense or can it be correct?
I'm curious of what you all think will happen to the altcoins if BTC crashes for real.
The price movement of Bitcoin has been of great concern to those who actually joined in recently. The altcoins do have a relative association in Bitcoin price movement and also with ethereum in some cases on exchanges. It will definitely not have effect on some altcoins which will have their own drive from developers or marketing/advertising strength. So, growth of altcoin is also dependent on individual prowess. In all, I do anticipate growth of some of the major altcoins especially the new ones. |

The year is about to end in some days from now and we can be facing 2018 with some determination and joyful heart. There will always be problems, challenges and threats but at the same there will be more opportunities and new ways and means to make our dreams come true. At the rate of 1 (being the lowest) and 10 (being the highest), how optimistic are you for the coming new year 2018? Really optimistic here too and somewhat calm/rest assured. Investment in altcoins is also a point of focus in the new year; really thinking of all that needs to be done to have these investments up and running and having multiple streams of income from all of them. The price of Bitcoin I did hear will dip and stabilize so as to make room for the altcoins uprising. A lot of potential altcoins in view and with high prospects too. Dreams are definitely set and the leverage of the Cryptocurrency world is available for us. |

I think its a great time to buy now but when is a good time to sell (if you have any idea please share)
The time to buy or sell is quite a relative thing; you might have a personal pressing need and the reason to sell and get fiat. You might also sell due to information of price fall and maybe for trading purposes. There is the market that is where people meet and buy and sell and it helps to keep the price active and not positioned. You can consider it a best decision after you must have sold or bought at the right times; buying when it dips before an uprising and also selling also before a dip. |

This week, bitcoin's price gets low. Based on the article that i read, it says thats they cant trace the reason why its getting low. They said it might be because some used to hack and mine bitcoins. They also said that maybe it was because there are new cryptos.
What do you think is the main reason? Do you think its price will still rise?
Price fall is bound to happen at the festive periods. And judging by the high volatility of Bitcoin it will and can bounce back quickly as if nothing happened. The price fall before the Christmas has happened and price is a bit stable now. Another price fall is imminent before the new year. And afterwards a price stability then the volatility character can set in again just to know also that a lot of persons are getting into the Cryptocurrency world through the bitcoin gateway. |

According to my friend preev.com, as of press time, the value of Bitcoin is standing at $2,351. Though I would say that this still considered as a feat, some are worried because it almost reached $2,800 again after the correction that happened days ago.
I have read that the decline can partly be contributed to newcomers especially neophyte traders who still have to be well-versed on the market...and can easily be ignited to do panic selling once they can fell that anything can be wrong.

In an article I read recently, it summarized that when bitcoin price goes down by 2steps, it bounces back like 8steps forward. And it is also key to note that Bitcoin price fall at this time is as a result of the festive timing of people needing to convert to fiat so as to have something to spend for this season. Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!
I do agree with the fact that Bitcoin has been a blessing. The idea of Cryptocurrency has really brought about some level of confidence in the area of extra finance for those with a source of income and also a major source of income for those who didn't have any source of income before now. Now the price of Bitcoin is on the decline and some persons are complaining and blacknaming the bitcoin forget the time it favoured them or probably they made the wrong choice of investments. I will emphasize here that your timing matters and choice of investment too. Bitcoin is a source for financial liberation at our disposal, so, use it well! |
