Quizas me exprese mal, detrás de un teclado es difícil transmitir lo que realmente intentas decir, al menos para mi, si no vendes ni ganas ni pierdes, me refiero a una persona que conoce algo la tecnología Bitcoin y minimamente cree en el proyecto y tiene asumido el riesgo que corre.
Las personas que vienen a Bitcoin para hacerse ricos en 2 días si compraron 1BTC a 15.000$ y ahora venden, porque creen que esto va a cero, en estos momentos tendrán 4000$ (perdida de -11.000$) en el bolsillo esto esta claro, pero si en 6 meses o en 1 año vuelve a 15.000$, están fuera, ya no recuperan lo perdido y si quieren a volver a entrar para tener otra vez 1 BTC, pues la verdad, la entrada, la salida mas la reinversión no les saldrá muy a cuenta.
Después posiblemente entre en esta espiral, que no es la mejor estrategia:
Cuando baja:
$8K: "Va a comprar a $6K"
$6K: "Va a comprar a $3K"
$3K: "Va a comprar a $1.5K"
Cuando sube:
$6K: "Va a comprar a $3K"
$8K: "Va a comprar a $6K"
$14K:"Va a comprar a $8K"
$20K:"Va a comprar a $14K"

Conozco a bastantes personas que entraron en Diciembre 2017 en Bitcoin y sí, ahora es duro ver donde está, algunas han vendido, otras siguen dentro, pero, "hasta que no vendes, ni pierdes cuando baja ni ganas cuando sube", es evidente que si se necesita el dinero hay que vender, se dice muchas veces en Bitcoin para los que no sabemos interpretar bien los gráficos que lo mejor es HOLD (mantener), quedarse quieto, es la mejor opción, pero para llegar a HODL y no sentirse incomodo en estas situaciones hay que pasar por bastantes baches como este o similares, con el tiempo los ves de otra forma.

Bitstamp ETH Al enviar ETH a otro intercambio desde Bitstamp puedes tener error en las confirmaciones de pago y al final no se completa la transacción, el problema es que Bitstamp al enviar ETH genera la transacción con contratos inteligentes y puede ser que no se reciba en el intercambio de destino (antes de enviar consultar el intercambio si lo acepta), no se completa, entonces hay que contactar con el intercambio destinatario y que entren en el sistema la transacción a mano, esto supone una demora en bastantes días hasta que no tienes tu Ethereum en la cuenta, me ocurrió personalmente con HitBtc y casi di la batalla por perdida, al final enviando mails cada 48h se soluciono pero fueron casi 2 meses. I appreciate the mention but my doodle's are sort of like my baking possibly...looks great at 10+ feet. Plenty of better chartist's around.  None of the kid's' could figure what this was...oh well. My Trump in the lower left above didn't go ever so well either.  ------------- As Marcus mentioned, we are now at or approaching positive ROI for mining again. Seems good to me.
