I doubt difficulty will increase 24 TIMES by march next year (from 51MM to 1765MM).. An increased percentage scale, just doesnt work.. it will be steep now, but has to settle sometime soon, as avalon are not really going to deliver many more chips after the 200k sent, and who knows when other new gen2 hardwares starts hashing.

to prove ownership to serious buyer, you can also send to his address on eligius for 1-2hrs.. that at least shows control of the hash power..

pm some google analytics please.

hence idea of new 24 hr auction.. this isnt fair to others.. 7.5 btc for a broken module. Can you explain how it is unfair? If an auction doenst have an end date? In my opinion an auction has a start and end date. And a BIN price.. The unfairness comes in place when bids are accepted, then fall through, and the property loses value.. and in the end i couldve bought it days ago and had it in hand. But it seems like auctions are very freely defined by posters full discretion. And that makes it difficult to be part/bid.

its only the board right? 24 hour auction?
yes, only the hashing board. If you need other board like control board, pdu & 703N router, you'll have to pay extra money. 48h auction, but if you give me an exciting offer, I will end the aution at once. John K escrow and ship to EU ok?

Yes at this stage, coupons wont do any good on a corporation that has already lost our trust. Refund 30-40% btc to all groupbuyers and we can use those funds towards a trusted source.

I want to know the value of an Avalon miner. I used this calculator with presets for a 3 module miner. An additional step should be to discount each future week to the present value using some interest rate. I have not done that step. This gives me a value of about 70 BTC for an Avalon. I am sure that many people would use different numbers for this. For the power, I used 650 W * 80 GH / 65 GH --> 800 W, as it is overclocked. I'd like to hear what other's think. I think your model is too conservative. Again.. who knows.. So, in 25 weeks, we will see 24x current difficulty? Quite surely, before that, many inbetween miners, that has been hosted on offices for free but finally only doing pennies will shut off. Along with other miners shutting off aswell. I dont believe the increase can be that steep even if half the promised hardwares start shipping. (from 50,810,339 to 1,226,438,065 in 25 weeks (6 months!..) but anyway, we will live to see the proof for sure! adding 70M per month will look something like this: http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/fc54d24eaaroi in 210 days on 50 BTC..

You are a silly person. Stop trolling the threads. How do you know they lost money? your calculations are completely wrong.. there is roi.. http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/ded3f84bb6And how long do you calculate the big percentage increase to stay? let people do their own calculations and investments. Just because you didnt get your blade sold for 13BTC, doesnt mean you need to pester and ruin business for everyone else.

so how long you give him?
hmmm...
I suggest you post a new auction, 24 hours..

Would anyone be silly enough to order a BFL ASIC now? That would of course be a BIG risk.
No I wouldn't give them a cent at the moment for either of their ASIC lines.
You can simply just post facts about BFL and anyone would see the obvious BIG risk of doing business with them at the moment.
Nice, your not BFL sockpuppet, but this is Avalon fail thread, BFL already has few such threads Indeed - I didn't bring up the subject here ... But I wont usually (though I do sometimes) ignore people who post lies about me. Jealousy comes in different faces Kano.. Of course, you should not pay for products that manufacturers wants to be supported by your software. And liking a fully working and delivered hardware is one thing. Getting it another. I also believe the bfl to be very solid, if you could get one for a reasonable price on hand. I think your doing a great job. Myself are waiting for a bunch of bitburners made.. whenever that will become delivered.
