601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 26, 2022, 09:56:10 PM
I've seen now another shitty rule from the PBA that a guest team is only eligible to be awarded for the championship.
But the players, are not eligible for any individual awards. Well, what's with this rule from them. Aren't they going to recognize how good Powell is or if Liu is going to be part of it?
They really are out of this world, they're already expecting Dragons to be champs and they're stopping the awards that the players of it could be eligible for. Okay, Kume is even already talking about the next conference even this conference has just started.
This is not a good way to invite foreign team and yet we will not recognize how good they are, well this might be on their contract which I still is out of our control. Though in PVL last conference they awarded the guest team with an individual award probably to give respect and thanks for their exceptional talent. PBA should review this one if they want to get more foreign teams in the future, this is a competition and the guess team should also be rewarded for what they deserve.
602  Economy / Gambling / Re: Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting and Roulette on: September 26, 2022, 09:39:53 PM
Don't get excited about this casino by watching the 'No KYC ' in their ANN thread title. Have you read the terms and privacy policy rules of Euphoriabet.io? 'logfiles' has already highlighted the KYC rules of Euphoriabet in the first page of this thread. Casino follow the rules of their terms when they take any decisions. You won't have the option to deny their request if they ask you to verify your identity. Euphoriabet.io is advertising in the forum with false information.

The NO KYC stuff is written probably because players can deposit, play and withdraw without undergoing the KYC procedure.  You cannot write the whole TOS on the title, can you?  It is also used to catch people's attention, as a marketing strategy and it is not misleading, IMO.  KYC is done to solve disputes between the Site and the player if something like that arises and it is clearly written on the
TOS, else, the player can enjoy the site service without undergoing KYC procedure.
OP clarify this already and yes, they cannot put every as the highlights and it’s our task to read the terms of service and if it’s not on then we always have the option either to continue or no at all. I believe some site also have this, they didn’t ask for KYC at first but if they saw irregularities they might start to you KYC from you which is the normal protocol to protect the site.
603  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Forex vs Crypto trading on: September 26, 2022, 09:35:18 PM
Parehas lang ang TA sa forex and crypto, time is the only difference and syempre yung volatility.

Parang mas volatile nga ang forex kaysa crypto as per experienced.
With regards to cryptomarket naman, same lang risky pero kase dito mas malaki yung chance mo to make money since maraming option para kumita.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Online casino/gambling projects on: September 26, 2022, 09:22:05 PM
Also what are the things that kills such project because even one or two survived for long I don't see many alive till now, they fail easily or turn scam later.
The competition here in crypto gambling is huge, as we can see almost every month there’s a new site and they are competing with the top site which already have a good number of players if they failed to market the project most probably they wont last and the worst case is, they can turn into a scam project. There’s a lot of old site that is still here, they are also on the top simply because they offer great service and their platform is exceptional.
605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Reputation on: September 26, 2022, 08:49:09 PM
You're a professional like a lawyer or a teacher in a respected university, will it harm your reputation if people around you or your students discover that you are into gambling, you're not really a compulsive gambler but gamble for entertainment, how will you explain this to people around you or will you explain to protect your reputation or just ignore them.
It can affect your career only if you tell them that you are into gambling and if you are being greedy in gambling, probably you can lose a lot of money here. Well, public workers are not allowed to gamble so once they caught probably they can lose job and face another case from the government. We should be the image of our students and followers, don’t make any action that can ruin their trust to us and I think that is more important than gambling.
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My worst day in gambling on: September 25, 2022, 09:48:22 PM
Being greedy is always the worst experience in gambling, I also have this experience before where I spend the money not intended for gambling, and it forced me to borrow again just to pay back the money I loss in gambling. Those experience are not easy to forget but we should treat that as a lesson and never do that again.
I wonder if yung mga turista is already spending their crypto para sa mga purchases nila, kase personally parang di ko pa kayang magspend ng Bitcoin because of its value.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i get banned for Card Counting in online casinos? on: September 24, 2022, 10:16:32 PM
How the site can know if you are doing the card counting if it's just online? There's no way to prove this for the site and that's why they created a system to avoid this one. They might shuffle the cards from time to time so this one is just a waste of time because those sites already knows that someone might try to do the card counting. You can't be banned because of this, just keep it a secret and you can be good. Whatever your strategy is, don't be greedy and stay within your limit.
609  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Manlolokong kumpanya localbitcoins.com (scam company Localbitcoins) on: September 24, 2022, 09:56:29 PM
Hinde na ito bago, at marami talaga nabibiktima ang mga fake companies at fake projects dito, pero sana mas maging maingat tayo next time and I'm sure the government is already looking on a possible solution para maavoid ang pagiging biktima ng mga scam projects.

If you are still new, pagaralan mabuti ang papasukin kase hinde lahat ay ok at if its too good to be true, malamang scam project yan.
610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 19, 2022, 09:16:52 PM
Anyone came across this trade posted on social media:

Jamie Malonzo to Ginebra in exchange for Arvin Tolentino, Jeff Chan, Prince Caperal, and Kent Salado.

Ginebra will also be acquiring Von Pessumal once NorthPort acquired him from San Miguel in exchange for future draft picks.

Can anyone confirm if this is true?

I’m about to ask the same question here after browsing this in social media, it looks like the status is still pending but possible to happen. MVP and SMC group are just playing around, shuffling the players in exchange of money. Ginebra is a loaded team and even if they trade those players, other key players will perform, let’s just see it PBA will approve this trade which of course they will because it’s SMC, I just can’t see if this is worth it or not.
611  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 The Best BSC BNB Casinos | Gamble with your shitcoin profits 💩 on: September 19, 2022, 08:57:18 PM
aside from the fact that this is just an affiliate marketing service, I will like to point out that one of the many advantages of using BNB as a currency to gamble is that it has low fees and faster transaction time compared to other networks like Bitcoin.
OP is introducing casino sites that accepts Tokens under BSC network and not the BNB itself, though it’s just a marketing site you can just skip that link and go directly to the site to see if it’s really worth it or not. There’s a lot of fake tokens under BSC network, and I wonder if they are also partnering with gambling site maybe to continue scamming investors or the gambling site itself didn’t know that it’s a scam token.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Choices: Gamble or Help the poor ? on: September 19, 2022, 12:49:11 PM
Will you quit the gambling for that month and give the allocated money to the poor family or will you prefer to gamble as you can't live without gambling ?
I definitely can live without gambling but seriously, giving away your budget for a month is not easy I guess this will still depend on your financial status. Helping other people is not just about giving money, there's no need to make pressure for yourself you can help in any amount as long as you are willing to give. Gambling might not be good to many but for the gambler, this makes them more happy so technically not all can give up gambling easily even for just a month, they can still gamble and help and for sure they will choose this option.
613  Local / Pilipinas / Re: DOST naglunsad ng Blockchain Training Program -- on: September 19, 2022, 12:32:59 PM

It's good to see na nagiging active na ang government naten when it comes to supporting blockchain technology, may nabasa ren ako article na we are already in top 2 position in terms of crypto adoption next to Vietnam. Magandang opportunity ito para sa mga businesses to explore more about blockchain technology, idagdag pa naten ang pagtulong ng Binance sa mga government agencies in introducing cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to them. Mukang nalalapit natalaga tayo sa exciting part.
614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you being secretive about your gambling activity? on: September 18, 2022, 01:20:43 PM
Are you hiding your gambling activity from your loved ones, family or so?
Or are you being 100% open about gambling?

 Huh
This is one of good benefit on online gambling or crypto gambling, it allows you to gamble without being notice by the others and you can easily hide your activities to your family. I didn't share any of my crypto gambling activities to my family, they are still not open into this kind of environment especially with gambling since I came from a very religious family and gambling for them is a big sin. I didn't spend much time in gambling but when the time comes that I can have my partner in life, I'll make sure to share my past because being open to your partner is one of the key to have a happy and successful relationship, so better to be open to your partner.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 18, 2022, 01:12:10 PM
IMO, they are so greedy if they will prevent players in playing overseas because it's a success of their careers.

But they cannot do it now because some PBA players are in demand abroad. They can do what they want once player sign a contract as long as it's written in the contract, however, they cannot prevent the fans of thinking that they are desperate enough to keep their players.  Sad
I wonder why the players keep on communicating with the other teams while they are still on a contract? Is PBA or SBP didn't gave them the chance to showcase their skills and give them a good exposure? No hate to that player but let's all respect the contract.

SBP allows other players who didn't signed any contract or unless the other team will buy you out of that contract then it can work but if not, you have to stay on that contract.
Some Pinoy didn't know how the contract works, and they easily follow the rumors and throw the hate in social media, feel sorry for them.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos vs money laundering. on: September 15, 2022, 10:10:58 PM
Do casinos want to make money? Sure they do, but most will not risk their license if the player becomes too suspicious.
Of course they do but is it really a thing for an unlicensed casino to be the safe haven from these money launderers? Is there a top and reputed casino out there that hasn't yet have a license, and if there is then how can they still operate? I often wonder about this stuffs.
Having your license is one your edge here in crypto gambling so most probably, many have their own license and that could be the reason why they are implementing KYC to strictly monitor money laundering. Decentralized gambling site are more prone to this but of course, if you are a gambling you won’t play on that kind of site where you can’t see any security. This is the job of the site to protect the platform from any money laundering, KYC can still be a big help.

618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA's EuroBasket is rigged with a proof on: September 12, 2022, 09:09:56 PM
This is not proof! I am trying to imagine how can this be done, but there's no way to rigge a basketball game like this, to be the exact same result in 3 games. I am not sure how many people should be involved in this and to make it happen, I simply can't imagine that situation!

It's easy to create conspiracy theories, and some of them can be true, but this looks too foolish to me!
Maybe this is just a perfect coincidence and having that kind of score in 3 games looks like it is well planned. This is still basketball though, and other countries are fighting for the title so I don’t think this theory is true and maybe the game just ended the same thing. Well, the chain broke in 4th game which I think this theory can now be invalidated.
619  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🪄 arcanebet.com 🪄 Your new favourite Crypto Casino 🎲 on: September 12, 2022, 08:59:08 PM
Gamblers should make a habit of reading the ToS before trying a new platform especially if they are against the KYC rules.
Gamblers barely does unless they are a high roller/gambler. I also don't read ToS while signing up on a casino though I don't join a lot of sites frequently, even if I do, I join only for test with small balance.
Having a confirmation message where user will know that KYC is forced, will increase the trustworthiness of the casino in my opinion.
Many gamblers are just looking on the highlights of this site and with OP there’s no statement about KYC so most probably it’s KYC free but can still be asked later on. Even if its too long to read ToS, I still see the importance of reading it since many incidents before, they are shocked when they asked to provide KYC after making withdrawals, they started to panic because of that.
620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 12, 2022, 08:45:42 PM
On the other hand, it also gives a signal that PBA is not as popular as before anymore. Well, I like your idea because it will really make the league more competitive, no more sister teams, that would be nice as people will stop speculating that some games are fixed, or the league itself.

This is what I infer from this news/rumor as well. First, Alaska now Nlex is on sale. This is maybe a signal that profit from PBA is already weak, so they are selling their teams. They are also losing their stars to other leagues in the region. Are we seeing the start of the end of PBA as the top league in the Philippines? Hopefully not, most of us have grown up watching PBA. It is already a part of Filipino culture.
PBA will still be there, someone will buy that team if ever just like what happened to Alaska, if the rumor is true then we might be seeing new company to handle NLEX which I also think is a good one. Maybe the pandemic really hits them hard and that’s why they are losing much money on this one, we don’t know how they make money here but I believe PBA is still a good league maybe they just need to update some of the rules to stay active.
