If you get banned its better for the site to let you know the reason of the ban so you can know if its right or not. Probably there’s an abuse with your part on promotions or maybe none at all. There’s no such thing that if an employee caught a cheater or ban a user, they will get a promotion, where did you get this idea?
Anyway, show us a proof and communicate with the site they are still active here and probably they can answer your concern here.

Not a scam yet, this is just a new brand of LUNA after what happened to them and I think they are trying to go back in business which is still possible as long as they commit to provide quality service this time and a more secured project. If you are doubt with this, better to go for the best option instead of risking your money in a project like this. Personally, I’m not buying any LUNA project after the incidents, better to be more careful.

Luckily hindi ko naging problema ang KYC ng coins.ph. In 5 years yata na gamit ko ang coins, mga 2 or 3 times lang ako nag KYC. Siguro dahil di naman ganon kalaki ang dumadaan na pera sa account ko. Probably there’s an issue between the SBP and Coach Tab that’s why he will not come back despite of our calls for him to lead the team. There’s so much issues with the SBP, I think we need a total change if we want to back in a winning column again. I think Roobet is more leaning to follow authorities rules with implementing KYC than getting more profit from Non-KYC lover. They don't want any headaches in the future so they rather implement it early on and besides those who trust Roobet will have no problem with KYC implementation. They maybe missing out on those kind of gambler(non-kyc lover) but it is better to be safe from any future problems.
Roobet was one of the earliest big crypto casinos to implement KYC and after that a lot of casinos have followed their way. It is a bit of a pity as the whole goal of crypto casinos was to gamble anonymous compared to fiat bookies while full KYC is always required.
