161  Economy / Economics / Re: Could Bitcoin become a reserve currency one day? on: March 09, 2023, 09:45:40 PM
There are already companies that keep bitcoin as reserves; in time, banks will also have to adopt this since they can't beat the system and will have to join it.
Check out the list of companies using Bitcoin as reserves; it might be outdated somehow, as I believe companies like Tasla might have sold out some of their Bitcoin reserves.
This could be the situation in the future as many companies already started to work with this,
We know that fiat currency are being controlled by the government and being manipulated, if you hold too much of this the government will always have the control over you. There’s a huge chance for Bitcoin to be one of the global reserve, though my only concern here is that those companies will become whales and that could also affect the cryptomarket, especially when it comes to price manipulation.
162  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit Withdrawal Frozen For $12,800 & No Response on: March 09, 2023, 09:12:28 PM
So to update. They let me withdraw in the end so I have my funds back.

But they asked a lot of weird questions on the KYC video call. Even asked to log into my wallet whilst on live share screen?
Login your wallet in Rollbit? Well if they asked you to login your personal wallet then better to create a new one just to make sure your funds are safe, this is my first time to read this kind of KYC.

Anyway, at least you get your money now and its good that Rollbit solve this issue. Probably they are just too busy to attend to some other concern and that’s why they are not able to reply at your concern instantly.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why does it have to be XRP? on: March 08, 2023, 09:59:34 PM
Why do so many people learn XRP coins?
Especially their problems in America. How do you respond to XRP, is there a bright spot in the future?
There’s still a lot of hate with XRP as if its a scam coin but its just a centralized one and I don’t know while there’s a lot of hate when it fact many coins today are also centralized. Anyway, SEC is still the main issue here and that prevents XRP from rising, you can decide to buy now or you can buy later once they already settled their issue with SEC.
164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too late to start? on: March 08, 2023, 09:49:29 PM
This has been the questioned being raised so many times, but then again it is not too late yet because the market is still down and we are still far from reaching another peak so I believe there’s still time for you to get in and invest with Bitcoin. The market is on the sideways trend waiting for the right timing to pump again, better to grab this opportunity instead of regretting for not starting early, there’s still time so make it worth this time.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do NFTs Have Same Value as Bitcoin?* on: March 06, 2023, 09:51:06 PM
You might be confused with this two because they are totally different.
Non fungible assets are not cryptocurrency, though they can have their own token but in general they are not. Bitcoin are more about being a currency where you can easily buy and sell, and its more liquid. They are different and their value will never be the same. Bitcoin is the standard, that’s our basis and if you are going to compare it to NFTs you can easily tell where the investor is going, and that is Bitcoin.
166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Build your Own Casino(online/offline) If You Know You Can? on: March 06, 2023, 09:28:42 PM
There’s a sayin that, even if you know doesn’t mean you have to do it and for this one I will not build my own casino because first of all you need millions of money just to have a good casinos, and its too stressful to work alone so you should find a good team which I think is not easy as well. Casino is a good business, but it takes a lot of money for you to established this, you have to consider this first.
167  Economy / Gambling / Re: they are scamming us? on: March 06, 2023, 09:13:07 PM
That’s how business works, they will not allow every gambler to win that much or else they will lose the business. Its a system generated game so what can you expect? The house will always win and this is the proof. They are not scamming us but again, this is a business for them and they have to stick on that. Even if they claim to be probably fair, there are still chances for them to have this on their system and for sure even the top site have this as well. If you think gambling is scamming you, you can just stop playing right away.
168  Economy / Gambling / Re: I got frusted please help? on: March 06, 2023, 08:59:14 PM
Finding best casino is very hard for me
I want to play with small amount but i am not getting a best casino
requirements:
1. minimum withdraw amount should be less than 10$ or 10$
2. no wager requirement before withdrawing
2. no min deposit amount
4. provably fair or live casino

It will be hard to find a good casinos like this since most of them have a requirement though you can easily fill this one once you save some of your funds before your gamble, probably save that for a week and you can have a good capital to start with. Rollbit might be a good for no minimum withdrawal option but I guess you still need to wager on their site which I think is so easy to follow.
169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know any telegram group where a lot of gamblers meet? on: March 06, 2023, 08:45:37 PM
Some site have their own telegram group especially if they run a bounty here before, so there you might see some discussion about gambling but I think its too risky because anyone can give their opinions and you might fall on their suggestions without doing your own analysis. If you are looking for a group to discuss more about gambling then its good but if you are looking for a group to depend on, maybe this is not a good idea.
170  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Question] Regarding the use of market cap in investing on: March 05, 2023, 09:47:06 PM
I’m just looking at the marketcap if magiinvest ako sa mga small or new tokens, kase dito magbabased if masyado bang malaki ang supply nito or limited lang na kung saan malaki ang potential nito na magpump especially if its a good project. Maraming investors ang nagbabased sa market cap pero syempre hinde ito sapat, sa tingin ko if nagplaplano ka maginvest sa new tokens, siguraduhin mo ren na aralin yung produkto or serbisyo nila para malaman mo if may chance ba na mamaximize nila yung limited supply nila.
171  Economy / Economics / Re: War: who benefits and how! on: March 05, 2023, 09:38:54 PM
Some countries are taking advantage of the situation, and yes they benefited from this war and maybe that’s why they are pushing this to happen more. Those who sell weapons are making a lot of money from the war and that is supported by the government. Some are taking advantage to increase their sale of gas because of the absence from the Russian gas because of the restriction. Feel sorry to those who suffered a lot because this useless war, I can’t imagine how Ukraine rise again after this devastating war.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 05, 2023, 09:19:04 PM
There's a high chance that Converge will lose this one as their import's offense is very predictable and the Gin Kings have guarded him well, at the moment he has only registered 4 points in this game.

He is not making shots, and there's something wrong with that game. It looks like Converge is intentionally losing the game. Jamal Franklin, who scored 57 points against Meralco, only scored 4 points and had attempted only 5 shots in that game. That's so uncharacteristic of him because he usually has higher shot attempts.

What do you think about that game? Did you see something unusual like I did?
There’s no intention to lose here as they are still on a big risk of losing the chance getting into the next round, or maybe you’re correct with this one but I think their import is just off today and don’t have a good plays. Too bad to lose with a 19 point deficit, this might be expect as they played against Ginebra which we all know played better compare to other teams. Positioning for the second round will be more crucial, let’s see if Covenver and Ginebra will meet again next round.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins do you think are currently still cheap but have good potential for on: March 05, 2023, 08:59:08 PM
I want to ask everyone, now the number of altcoins is increasing and the prices are various, do you know, in your opinion, what altcoins are still cheap now but have good potential for the future?
I want to hear an explanation from you?
LTC, this is my focused for this year in preparation for their upcoming halving and I think this could be more profitable if you already start buying now while the price is still cheap. Don’t forget also to buy top coins like ETH and BNB because when the bull market started again, we might see new ATH from them and right now is a good price level to buy. Anyway, from our suggestions don’t forget to analyze because we might be wrong based on your standard and analysis, so TAYOR.
174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling earn someone a living on: March 05, 2023, 08:52:20 PM
Two years ago my best friend had saved $5000

He earned around $9000 in a year with gambling.

Last year he lost $12000 with gambling.

Now he is in debt!

I think you know what I am saying...
In short, luck is not always there and if you rely too much in gambling you might ended up like this. For me, gambling is not ideal for a living if you don’t have enough money to cover your dally expenses, it is still ideal to have your work or business for your stable income. Don’t gamble that much and don’t expect that you can always win from this, you might lose more if you become more greedy.
175  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: March 04, 2023, 09:49:05 PM
Do you think it was a good idea by Snoop Dog to become the partner of an illegal crypto currency online casino?

Snoop Dog is not a fool, and won’t accept this offer if he thinks Roobet is a scam site or even illegal, your accusation is baseless so probably it will not matter to anyone here. Roobet was able to signed the big guy and it will tell something big and positive to the platform, many will surely come to Roobet and try its good platform.
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambler has 100% trust in each stake on: March 04, 2023, 09:38:36 PM
This is not how betting works supposedly because you have to know first the opponent before making any bets with your favorite player or favorite teams because sometimes your decision will also depend to this one. Even if you are betting with the top players there’s still a risk on that and going all in means you are increasing the risk of your bet and this is pure gambling already, I also not suggest this one and I don’t want to practice this in betting as well, going all in is not my way of betting.
Definitely, its too risky to go all in and you favorite player can’t guarantee this one.
There are some bettor who took risk to bet like this, some succeeded while the majority are not because betting can’t work like this always. I also prefer to bet small money only, and diversify my bettings into different sports which I think can give profit to me, this is actually more fun than to go all in.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Solana failure resistant? on: March 04, 2023, 09:29:06 PM
There’s a talk about being centralized with SOL and probably that’s the problem with their blockchain technology when you compare this to Bitcoin. There’s no failure resistant, what we can see right now is a test from the market and with SOL they should be able to survive this. There’s a lot of things that they need to improve with SOL blockchain technology, and I believe they are already working with this one.
178  Economy / Gambling / Re: Recommend your preffered slot games or game provider on: March 03, 2023, 09:58:37 PM

-snip

For me, pragmatic play slots and Play'n GO slots seem good slots providers.
because these two providers are very popular with gamblers who like slot games.
in these two providers, of course, there are many gamblers who already have good experience with big wins at both providers.
for example I have good experience in Play N Go and you have good experience in Pragmatic.
so actually these two providers are worth trying to get some small wins or big wins depending on their individual preferences.
This game provider also available on most of the gambling site, it can easily be played by many and yes I consider these two as one of the best slots provide in crypto gambling. You can find more games from them and try all of those games if its available in your country, that could be more fun to play. This is a good suggestion already, but if OP is looking for another provider, better to look as well for the best site to play with.
179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 03, 2023, 09:52:08 PM
Danny I is now playing, and although I have not seen much action from him, it's still too early to tell. Meralco has a good lead early, but I think Converge will come back and try to make it a close game. I haven't seen much of a 3-point shooting game, as both teams are playing with great defense, and this game is very important for both.
I’m surprised to read the news about Danny playing again, and I didn’t expect to see him again honestly.
He was legend, and whatever reason for coming back I hope he’s more than healthy to play again. Though a limited playing time for him, but at least he’s in uniform and can be called in any time. This might be a big loss to them but they are not out yet, Converge have to take the win on their remaining game to qualify for the next round.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🐞 Dogecoin Will hit $1? on: March 03, 2023, 09:42:23 PM
Dump $doge ? Cool

BTC= $100,000, when Doge =$1
BTC= 1 million, Doge= $10

I see Bitcoin to achieve that price level but with DOGE, I’m on a bit doubt on this though I’m still open for any possibility. I’ll just hold a few millions for DOGE just in case it reach that level, there’s nothing wrong to hold DOGE but better not to expect that much because maybe, this is just part of a hype from the whales.
