1  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: July 30, 2018, 11:59:45 PM
Investing in cryptocurrency has high risk. And we should be careful about it. To manage our risk, we should keep our emotion intact to avoid panic buying and panic selling.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: July 30, 2018, 11:55:59 PM
No. I will buy both. I will keep buying Bitcoin and my favorite altcoins. Fundamentally speaking, Bitcoin and other alts are looking bullish. There are many alts that have potentials. With this market condition, buying them is good because once Bitcoin runs again, alts will run too.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: July 30, 2018, 11:49:38 PM
Not yet. Bitcoin's acceptance worldwide is a long way shot. Being the worldwide digital currency is still uncertain. Yes, we know that Bitcoin is the solution to the inflation, but the government will not just allow that easily to happen. There are still many issues to consider is the first digital currency.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people try to create their own coins? on: July 30, 2018, 11:27:13 PM
The coins they offer is like a share of stocks in a certain company. But it's different in terms of ownership. Their crypto coins will not give you the right of ownership on that company. But its nature is similar to shares of stocks. It is like they offer it in public so that people would invest in their company. Something like that.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties are STUPID on: July 30, 2018, 11:04:48 PM
It is part of their marketing strategy to hire people that will help them spread the word. That is one of their way to advertise their product to reach people. This will attract potential investors. There are many scam ICOs, but there are still legit and have potentials in the future.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Motivates you to Invest in Cryptocurrency? on: July 18, 2018, 02:15:04 PM
Some of the investors in crypto are just trading for a quick buck since no regulations and it is a 24/7 operation. I am not one of them. I am still in the process of learning how powerful this technology. Many FUDs are coming almost every day but still I am stronger than my fear. I do not believe easily because I trust my belief. I believe that in the future, businesses will be more productive using crypto world.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Two important strategies in crypto trading on: July 18, 2018, 01:49:29 PM
Buy and hold is very different from day-trading. Day-trading transactions take place only within the day. Buy and hold strategy is for long-term traders. The best strategy in crypto trading is to gain more knowledge about trading and practice it. It will take a long period of time before you master it. But it is worth it. In the process of learning, you have to learn also to control your emotions - greed and fear. The two key for me is to read about day-trading and apply it and control your emotions.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Government bans Bitcoins? on: July 02, 2018, 05:38:18 AM
I guess I have to go to the country/es that allows Bitcoin transaction so that I can spend or convert my Bitcoin into cash. But I don't think that's going to be easy. So if ever that would happen, then all I do is cry and cry and accept the fact. And hopes that one day the government will reverse the banning of Bitcoin.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can actually Bitcoin be good for the environment? on: July 02, 2018, 04:46:53 AM
Yes. It was created because Bitcoin wants to improve or change the system. Technologies are designed because it will help our lives more comfortable and convenient. But some people took advantage of technology and used it in wrong ways. Bitcoin would really help and change for the better. It is all up to us how we are going to use it for good.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one is a better investment Bitcoin Or Ethereum, on: July 01, 2018, 11:54:44 PM
You see both of them on the top list. The number 1 and number 2 spot. So I guess their position tells it all. They are both excellent to invest since the technology behind the two coins is being used by many. Their platform is different from each other. So I suggest investing in both.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why are people afraid to invest in cryptocurrency? on: July 01, 2018, 11:48:54 PM
Because they do not have any idea about what cryptocurrency is. They do not give time to learn and discover what does this mean. People nowadays are afraid to invest that they do not know what is about. They will only invest if the government or a trusted financial institution tells them to do so.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The reason people do not want to invest in crypto on: July 01, 2018, 11:43:55 PM
Because they think that it is not possible. Just like what people think on the Internet. The internet before wasn't supported by many. But look at the progress of the Internet today. We don't just use it for personal use. Businesses are booming because of the Internet. That's what will happen in companies that will embrace Blockchain technology. Companies will be more improved.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: July 01, 2018, 11:34:25 PM
I'm a long-term holder too because I really do not know how to trade. Though I am trying to play short trade, honestly, I do not know or understand what I am doing. Just relying on good lucks.  Cheesy That is why I just hold and see what future will be.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the useful tips for beginners? on: July 01, 2018, 11:24:58 PM
I like what you have mentioned above. Beginners should not rush things. Sometimes, newbies tend to speed things that is why they end up doing the wrong one. They focus on earning rather than learning. So what you have said should be done by the beginners. They should learn first before jumping into wild to make a trade.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Persistence is more important than luck? on: July 01, 2018, 11:14:55 PM
Exactly. Many people say that this is an easy task because you'll just post 10-15 posts a week. But that is not easy. In fact, it is hard because you are not allowed to do unquality posts. So you have to make sure that every post you make is informative and do have qualities. This work doesn't depend on luck. It requires hard work and persistence.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think the price of BTC will drop to 4000 dollars? on: July 01, 2018, 10:58:06 PM
Well, everything is possible. It can drop up to $4,000 and will not stay there because for sure, people will buy and enter into that price. So if that happens, ready your buy order. Because of this bear market, some people are going for a short trade only.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ICO period long? on: July 01, 2018, 01:14:21 PM
Some ICOs have been extending their campaign period. I don't know why. But for us bounty hunters, it somehow has an advantage because more extended period means more rewards to earn. And more time people can buy the token. Though I am bothered a bit because more extended period might be scam or fraud. But let's be positive. Just think that more extended campaign period means more stakes per week.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: July 01, 2018, 01:00:58 PM
They are doing this because the government in their country requires them to do so. So for them to adequately operate and build their platform, they have to comply with the rules and regulations implemented by their country. So yes. I support KYC because it seems to me that the campaign itself is legit. But that doesn't mean that all with KYC are legit.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] TrustLogics : Blockchain For Trusted And Secured Professional Data on: June 10, 2018, 10:30:33 PM
If he terminated his job, would it relate to Trustlogics? can he be downplayed or depending on the grounds of the reason for his satisfaction? What

if you were convicted criminal? do you still have to apply thru Trustlogics?

A person with criminal records will definitely have a hard time looking for a job, but it's still worth a shot to try and pass a resume. Some employers still give chances to an ex convict, and these kinds of employers we can never tell, but if someone who has a criminal record would be able to find one on Trustlogic then that must be fate and a blessing from someone who is starting to make a new life again.
And not all having a criminal record is a real criminal, besides they do some things for their family. I hope that some people like having this case was given a chance to have a proper work.

That's right, Criminal records are not a barrier to have a better jobs for them, this projects is for all the jobseekers and even if they have an bad record in their past they have an right to be employer somedays.
I must agree that some  convicted criminal well have the right way to find a job and decent life  if will truly pass the all neccesary  recquires ducoments regarding to their personal background check and need to passed also to health professional councel  regarding to their ability if will fit also to this case, like mentally health ,emotionally health, and physically fit ,that need to  be required almost of employer despite in traditional way process,,I think this condition  is will be a great challenge to trustlogics if this kind of jobseeker will be encounter, do you think trustlogics  will handle it?

Yes we understand your point, but you cannot blame the employer if they are doubted about someone who has that kind of record. Besides i am also excited to what and how will they handle this kind of situation and issues, because there is also no point to be optimistic when we don't know what would be the employers feelings towards the employees.

I do agree. It's the company's right to have policies on how they can hire people who have criminal records. I think it will not be considered as discrimination because it is the company's discretion if they will welcome people who have criminal records.
You got it. Its their right to reject or not any applicant whom they think will not be good to their company or the job they offer but i was wondering. Maybe only me, in the country where i am right now, they prioritize hiring applicants with physical disabilities. As long as their disabilities do not affect the effectiveness of their work they are in. Like for example, a lame person can work in the office as long as he possesses the skills the job needs. Even older applicants like the retirees are hired if they apply. I wonder if applicants have to put this disabilities also?
I believe they have too because if not, their present conditions will eventually be found out by validators even if they disclose it since they will be verified.

Sad   Embarrassed. I wish my country is like the country you are talking about Ahuvali. In my country applicants with physical defects of disabilities have no room for employment. Even if they are the most intelligent applicant, they will always be passed by and left unnoticed.
These system has been started since the beginning in your country, i doubt it will change unless the president will make and implement a specific law that gives priority for the less privileged to be hired like the crippled and the lame. I heard that in some places people who have inferiorities like Down Syndrome are even given a chance to work and earn a living even those who have problem with speech. They also have the right to live and they cannot be shouldered by their parents all their lives and not even by the country.
I agree with you BitFinnese, there's nothing wrong with disability persons, the problem is if you have a criminal records?
sample like in our house you looking for a household chores to help you in doing everyday , the first question came into my mind is, if there is a criminal record, is this a good person even a simple citizen need that.
For me what a sense of the companies background checking.

Work history is definitely related to job application so yes. Convicted criminal? why not? That would actually depend on the company and the job you are applying for.
"If he terminated his job?" What??? Don't you mean if he resigned from his job? That would be included in TrustLogics since that is a previous employment so, of course.

But there are some companies once they've find out that the applicants has a history of bad records they're not accepting

immediately the applicant. So how will trustlogics can mediate on this situation anyway?
That's the right of the company. If you have a bad record, that's your fault. That's why you must keep your record clean because your work history is important. Even in Canada, your previous supervisors are not allowed to say something bad about you, but them saying nothing of the subject like attitude would mean that is the bad thing about you.
There is no need for anyone to mediate the situation. Having a history of bad records mean that you have a history of being a bad employee. Unless you actually have something that they really need, they won't hire you.
I agree, no one else can improve the situation but the applicant himself. Once you have a bad record, it's with you wherever you go. Having a bad employment history is like having a criminal record since it's just the same difficulty in finding a job.
It's much more difficult to find a job if you have a criminal record than a bad employment history record but I believe that actually depends on the applicant's capabilities as well as the type of job the applicant is looking for.
Well it depends on the validator's if they will going to accept even though the applicant's have a criminal records, but for me if they want to be hired with no issues in there resume it's better do not try to have criminal record's so that it won't affect on your personal background, because there are some of the companies depends on how you manage yourself and it's better also to have a pleasing personality.
Aside from pleasing personality, must better to those applicant , if also have experience accorrding to her professionalism, due to trustlogics will also have validators which person authorized to verify your  personal background and submit of your certificate   about of your previous employment.

So that in other words , trustlogics will not verify of those applicant has bad record in short ,,or  not relying on their standard method ,therefore do not  blame of trustlogics if this case will implement.

Isn't it a little unfair for those ex-convict to be discriminated on applying on jobs. We know not all of the convicts or people who served their time on prisons aren't guilty at all and sometimes they are just misjudge or frame up for the crime they didn't do.

I guess there's some company will still hire them depending on the weight of their past crime. They are just people too who just made some wrong decisions in life but we shouldn't judge them because of their wrong doings in the past. What if they repented to all their sins? Is it wrong to make a new life and do things for your family?

It is the sad truth, applicants with criminal records will be very difficult to be hired. Let us be honest, if just incase you own a company, would you hire someone who has a criminal record? I guess not. You are taking a big risk, there are very little instances where in a company hires them but there must be a strong recommendation attesting their personality or taking a responsibility for them. But then again, this is not a scope of Trustlogics anyway.

Trustlogics doesn't guarantee anything that you'll get the job that you want. Trustlogics is just a job portal where you can find jobs, apply for that jobs, and hired by employers. Landing a job still depends on your capabilities and attitude towards the company.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ❇️YAPPADAPPADOO -❇️Bringing Revolutionary Multi-Platform Apps To All Users on: June 10, 2018, 10:00:48 PM
I want to know what popular social media apps are now using PWA? These popular social media apps should be available in Yappadappadoo app store so that people will support your project.
They admit in their whitepaper that some of the applications in apple store and play store are already using PWA so it means PWA will not be the first feature to be used by Yappadappadoo but they will use in most of their applications so they can work with no problems with older devices.
That's a basic for an app store. Apps that are popularly used and well sold should be available in any app store since that's where the market will go to. Social media apps is a must for any app store.
If they want to be a popular store, then they should be a store where everyone can easily find what they need. In the form of app store, those popular social media apps are part of what a normal user looks for, so they should be there.

Of course, they know that I have no doubt about that. What they will do is convert it to PWA so that it can be used more efficiently. What I am waiting are those apps known to be consuming too much memory from our mobile devices like facebook. I will be the first one who will download a Facebook Mobile Apps which is a Progressive Web Apps (PWA) already.
Facebook is already PWA and still will be consuming a lot of memory, I think. When browsing facebook, if the connection suddenly got disconnected, you can still browse pre-loaded page and pre-loaded videos and I think there's a setting for that.

Yes mushimushi. You are right. I think this is what yappadappado is talking about when they say can work fine offline. It is when you open the applications and the pre-loaded content will still appear even if your connection will be suddenly gone. The problem with this kind of application is they consume so much space in our internal memory, but if we choose to use facebook in the web, it will require a continues internet connections though it will not affect our device storage i am also not too pro on it. I like it installed.
Ya. Same here. I still prefer the installed one. Even if i am sleeping or even if my phone is charging i can still receive notifications and messages. Mail messages are continually coming unlike if it is in the browser you will never know unless you open your mails in the browser.
And that's the advantage of yappadappadoo apps from native application, even though you're using the app there's no space need/requirements... I remember when i downloaded games app to my phone that has 700MB plus it takes more than 30mins to download then suddenly my phone reach the space available, and a message promted saying insufficient space available unable to download the file... The feeling of being upset is there because I'm waiting nearly an hour and it all comes to nothing, wasting my time and money...

Having limited space available on phones, this PWA is really of great significant. Most of users are still more
into native app but as this Yappadappadoo project progresses and became available, who wouldn't want to experience
a revolutionized app with PWA feature integrated with Blockchain technology?

Personally, upon learning the existence of this project makes me excited. Why? I am fond of downloading and installing applications that I think would be helpful to my lifestyle. I have downloaded apps regarding office applications for my work, social media apps, DIY apps, health and recipe apps and many more. These applications were due to my need for everyday life. That is why less space occupied is an issue to my mobile device.
As you can see Don Chester these applications that can work fine offline like Microsoft office can be fine working offline but you will have to install them in your device so it is already contrary to what they said that their applications will not need installations nor downloads. In this area I dont understant Yappadappado that much.
Ya and Microsoft 365 can only be fine working when you are online but still if you dont have the subscription there are still some features that are limited. But anyway, if they can provide a better service for older operating system is already good. This way it will also be the answer to the problem everyone have right now with their mobile devices. Not everyone can afford to buy new smartphones, even if they have their old phones, they will be forced to buy a new one since they cannot use it properly anymore.

It can work even if you have an unstable connection or totally don't have an internet connection at all. Because PWA uses caching to maintain offline capabilities. You may not see the latest data if you do not have internet, but it won't be left with a blank screen. Unlike with native apps, if you do not have internet, you cannot see even a bit of image. It is totally blank.
