401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BLOCKCHAIN TECNO WILL SURVIVE, bitcoin not on: November 04, 2017, 06:18:37 PM
Try the other way around....only kidding. But seriously bitcoin is much more important than blockchain technology. Dont forget without bitcoin behind around blockchain wouldnt even be on the map dudes Smiley
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin forks destroying atlcoins! on: November 04, 2017, 06:16:34 PM
This is the time when I wish I had a lot of fiat money right now so I can buy more altcoins. I'm new to crypto and first time experiencing the effect of forks. For those experts, Is it possible that some altcoins will not be able to recover after the fork?

It is definitely possible that some dont recover or take way longer to recover and those will generally be the weaker coins. The coins that people love or have a true function those will be fine a few weeks to month after the

forking. It is the shittier coins (not shitcoins) that you must worry about the most!
403  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is humanity gone? on: November 01, 2017, 06:52:17 PM
Yes but you are seeking out these double faced people that is why you see them. For all people like this there are equally 10 people who are good in nature just for the sake of being good. Do seek out these people too they will

help give faith in the balance of life Smiley
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: November 01, 2017, 06:48:39 PM
Can we only post proper airdrops in here? I see every Tom, Dick, & Harry drop being recommended when 90%+ of these suck. Not only do they not get listed on exchanges but they are copying names off each other and yet

we still give them attention. I know I dont care about these drops and if everybody in community did the same it would curb the shitty drops coming out. Just a thought, I doubt most will heed the advice despite the fact I

think it is in everybodys best interest long term
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Market Dominance going back up to 80%? Alts current Status? on: November 01, 2017, 06:37:25 PM
At the pace bitcoin has been rising lately, it would not surprise me to see it's dominance level back at 90 percent.

I would be thoroughly surprised however. Not saying this cant happen but after the fork dont expect all the money to stay in BTC, especially if the forks are seen are worthless (*cough btcgold ahem cough* )
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins are dying on: October 31, 2017, 06:50:02 PM
Altcoins are dying and some will be dead. Bitcoin murdered them and now I want to murder my self.

I feel how you feel I am 75%+ in alt coins and this massive surge has taken a huge toll on my overall BTC value. But if one thing is keeping me optimistic is that the market goes through cycles and when this bear run is over

and another bull run hits that should be good enough to undue the losses in BTC...or so I hope.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gas fee? on: October 31, 2017, 06:47:46 PM
It wont work, you can set your gas price or fee in the top right corner. I find having more than 10 gwei helps whereas less than that probably is slow unless you are willing to wait it.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the times of big gains against BTC over? on: October 25, 2017, 07:14:13 PM
Perhaps temporarily they are but I would imagine that this isnt the end of alts yet. The market goes through cycles and right now it is a bit of a down cycle for alts. They will likely snap out of it eventually but the only q is

whether that eventually will be a 2 weeks, 2 months, or 2 years from now.
409  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: October 25, 2017, 02:52:32 AM
my life depended on it that is the only way I sell all
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will bitcoin fall on: October 25, 2017, 02:50:04 AM
100% fall  Shocked I wonder who did that ... Roll Eyes. I thinks it gonna fall a bit not anything crazy like China fud but maybe mid 4ks or something like that
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple on: October 22, 2017, 10:28:15 PM
A lot say so but I think that will probably never happen. If bitcoin keeps going up and up that means the valuation of all these other tokens and coins have to do the same. I dont think Ripple has what it takes although I may

be slightly biased in my opinion.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Your opinion] Advisors in ICO - whom you trust on: October 22, 2017, 10:26:44 PM
Basically nobody because advisers are paid to be there and as a result how can you trust what they say? Unless they have actually invested in the project themselves and can prove so I would say dont believe the big name

advisers. I was a fool and fell for these tricks once, never again.
413  Economy / Economics / Re: The next financial crisis and Bitcoin on: October 22, 2017, 10:25:31 PM
Your analysis was right on the button for me. My thought is simply yes I concur with your OP and that is why I am in this game right now. I think another collapse is probable especially with how the current system is setup

and I am very much hedging my bet by being in bitcoin. It is a haven from a world of crap!
414  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: October 21, 2017, 09:58:37 PM
The sharing economy is just going to continue to grow, and governments will be challenged to understand and manage its implications while embracing its benefits. However, governments will be at a significant disadvantage if they wait too long and newer technologies and markets will have already been developed that do not follow traditional models. Think of the following: Uber is the world’s largest taxi service and owns no cars. Airbnb provides lodging yet does not own real estate.

How will local governments adapt to these new ways of doing business that are disrupting traditional business models? All we know now is that governments are a long way from even contemplating and accepting this new reality.

I wouldnt say there are a long way from accepting this new reality. Japan legalized bitcoin in all their shops earlier this year and just now Russia is issuing their own cryptocurrency. If that is not advancement on their parts I

dont know what it is. This indicates that some countries are actively looking for a solution and for a way to be relevant in the future whereas some countries are stuck in the past and are resisting such change. I know people

dont like change but it is what it is and if you dont adapt you will die. Adapt or die baby Smiley
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: October 21, 2017, 09:54:05 PM
Put atleast half of that if not more into bitcoin. It is the gold standard of cryptos and clearly has showed these past few months it is not going anywhere anytime soon.
416  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Fork on: October 21, 2017, 09:52:54 PM
Next week a fork in bitcoin network will happen. What is your position about investing some money:buy, sell, hold or invest in other alcoins?

Gonna sell the bitcoingold almost immediately and gain more bitcoin for that. Gonna use that to offset some of what happened the past few weeks with alts getting destroyed. Then gonna hodl onto whatever else I have left

because there will be another fork in a few weeks plus winter is coming so overall market depression. Hodl on for some brighter times come Spring 2018 hopefully.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best centralized exchange on: October 17, 2017, 08:56:16 PM
I like cryptopia a fair bit. There exchange interface is great and support seems to reply in quick fashion. Also never feel not safe about having funds on that website either.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ether price climbs above 300. Will it stay there? on: October 14, 2017, 12:37:03 AM
I think it will happen, But not now. These days all people prefer to have more bitcoins due to coming forks. After those forks, I think Ethereum can reach 400 dollar or even more.

I think it do one better than that even. By years end I think ethereum will be closer to $500 price point. Obviously this is a guess but considering how so many coins function off of it, it is hard to deduce any different. Until it

isnt that go to platform for all ICOs and coin creations then perhaps you could say differently. It may not hit $500 before years end but next year it will and that is inevitable.
419  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: October 14, 2017, 12:33:20 AM
With more technology in our society the human interactions will get very limited moving into the future. Think about there are machines almost everywhere you go now. Bank, movie theatre, checkout at grocery stores, and

the list goes on. It is only going to get worse as computers get stronger take a look at Moore's law if you dont believe me. The beginning of the end of human interaction is here, enjoy it while you can  Smiley
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BItcoin Dump in 3,2,1... on: October 14, 2017, 12:28:55 AM
Not yet, Bitcoin has to hit 6k first

What this genius said I think the same things are going to happen. Bitcoin still gonna be on the rise for another week or so I think. Once the snapshot happens directly afterwards you should see a sell off of bitcoin and that

crash will be epic (not as epic as earlier btc crashes but still) relatively it will be big. I would predict that bitcoin drops sub 5k but I dont do much TA on bitcoin so that is my best guess only.
