61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can FUD destroy bitcoin? on: April 16, 2018, 05:54:44 PM
I don't react to it, because there is no reason to react to it. What you should be doing is figuring out who has the money and power in this space and kindly follow those individuals. As much as we don't want to admit it, some people control the media. And the media in turn controls people, and the people so happen to drive the market. Anybody see a pattern here? I do and the pattern is saying follow the smart money Wink
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Predictions 2018/2019 on: April 16, 2018, 05:47:45 PM
Don't care for ICOs much and won't spew any misinformation there. In regards to the overall crypto market though I am supremely bullish that we will surpass 1 trillion this year and at some point next year will surpass 2 trillion overall. I also think we won't have more than 1k coins active for trading, maybe somewhere in the range of 300-500 coins left after the end of next year. Regulation will get tighter which means lots of coins will get delisted as a result, some bag holders will suffer but if you are in the correct bags you will be rewarded appropriately. That is how I see 2018 and 2019 panning out, I could be way off though.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO SCAM worth $660 Million on: April 16, 2018, 05:34:16 PM
Sadly nothing will happen to ICOs and people. ICOs will still ask for more money than they know how to handle, and people will continue to give it to them. Of course it won't be the same people but after every scam there comes a new wave of people to fleece. Sometimes people get got more than once, but if they are smart it will only happen once.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any coin like bitcoin? on: April 16, 2018, 05:31:23 PM
No, not even close. Anybody telling you there is a coin that is close to Bitcoin or will one day rival Bitcoin is outright lying to you. They do not know any coin could challenge Bitcoin until it actually does, which means they simply can't tell you the future. Nothing in my opinion will ever rival Bitcoin, although I could be wrong about this.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's causing the dump ? on: March 28, 2018, 05:46:03 PM
OP, the same that caused the dump of the dotcom bubble? But would the reasons "why" matter to you today? They won't, right? All we saw was the crash weeded out the bad companies and left only the good, like Amazon.
Perhaps that is just what we are doing right now, weeding out the crap coins. I can't imagine institutional money getting into shitcoins for the reason that they are shitcoins. They will see through the bs, and I don't think we are gonna experience anything like 2017 ever again. The coming out party is over it seems, and we gotta align our sights in a reasonable and realistic fashion from here on out. Shitcoins are gonna die soon, try not to have too many of those in your portfolios.
66  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto market-cap dips below $300 billion as doom and gloom continues on: March 28, 2018, 05:36:44 PM
Yes, we are in a bear market, but I don’t care. I watch other people crying while I yawn.
Sounds like you used good management and protected yourself against the swings. Well done and I have as well, it will be interesting how many people squirm and sell bottoms in the coming months if we are in fact in a bear market.
67  Economy / Speculation / Re: instead of seeking reasons,... just adjust your strategies to new trend! on: March 28, 2018, 05:32:22 PM
Agree with you about changing the strategy. The winners always use different strategies in different situations. But the reason why the market is falling or it is increasing is always important.
If a person know the reason can decide better what to do. the person can predict better whether the falling or rising is temporary or it will last long.
You can know the reason but since the market is irrational by nature (due to most people being irrational) that means you can't predict what will happen in the short term. That is why you always make plays based off the long term, or if you do want to trade short term you better have some damn good reasons as to why. That is why being a day trader is extremely tough, and not a job I would want to undertake.
68  Economy / Economics / Re: About real state of cryptos on: March 28, 2018, 05:12:27 PM
Interesting article and I would like to point out before we can try accepting these currencies in our day to day, they need to be fungible at the rate of 1:1. Currently, I don't think Bitcoin has that due to the historical nature of where it got its popular roots (crime, drugs, whatever). Once we get rid of that stigma, and everybody is on board with the 1:1 equal fungible rate, then we will proceed to an area where we can accept Bitcoin internationally.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Change rules in bounty programs. on: March 28, 2018, 05:03:09 PM
Who cares? Your main concern here shouldn't be trying to make money. Besides have you ever participated in an ICO? They change dates, terms, roll out time, and just about everything else. Sometimes it is necessary due to market conditions, but sometimes it is the mark of a poor team. In any event, you shouldn't be surprised then the bounty terms get changed, a lot of ICOs themselves change in some way shape or form. Oh and btw like I said previously, your main concern shouldn't be earning money here!
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: China can lift the ban on crypto-currencies and ICO on: March 28, 2018, 04:55:28 PM
If what he is doing is what you are saying he is doing, then there would be no way he can disclose details. Probably has signed tons of NDAs and as such as we should patiently await the outcome. I am stoked though that China could be back with us soon, they are a huge global player with lotta funds. As much as I think we can get on without them, it is much better deal with them getting involved.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange Coinbase Interested To Support ERC20 Ethereum Token on: March 28, 2018, 04:49:12 PM
I wish TRX would still be an ERC-20 token by then. If it isn't, would they still list it? I love TRX (:
I would say they aren't going to list all in one coins, but then again they have added that spectacular coin called Bcash. Roll Eyes
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: G20 Meeting Discusses About Possible Cryptocurrency Policy on: March 28, 2018, 04:46:23 PM
If ninety the most wealthy countries and European Union are concerned about Bitcoin then we can be sure that cryptocurrencies are slowly becoming treated more and more seriously. Regulations are needed if we want to attract more investors. Many people actually think the opposite and they would like to avoid regulating Bitcoin as much as possible. There is no reason to worry, the only thing they can do is making cashing out more difficult for ordinary people. As far as I know, some of the G20 countries already declared that they are going to support Bitcoin, in terms of friendly legislation.

Good point. The US considers it as a tradable commodity. Hopefully other countries can adapt and adopt the idea that Cryptocurrenies in general are here to stay and can impact the lives globally.
Depends what department you ask in the United States funnily enough. They have consider it money, security, commodity, and there are a couple others but I forget off the top of my head. Pretty hilarious though Cheesy.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: CAN THIS BE TRUE on: March 28, 2018, 04:37:34 PM
if thats the case it's sad news for all of us  Embarrassed
Not true, I welcome these bans with open arms. I hate going to my social media pages, and being flooded with crypto. There is a time and a space for it, but dammit at the end of the day I want to relax and see some normal stuff. The only people who are truly upset by FB and Twitter bans are the FB and Twitter hunters. Everybody else is happy, so don't try to paint the narrative that everybody is unhappy, it just ain't true. Smiley
74  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bull run begins now? on: March 28, 2018, 04:28:03 PM
I am still bullish on hitting the 1 trillion mark market cap this year, but I don't know if we will eclipse that 50k barrier for Bitcoin. Even reaching a new ATH at this point would be magical. Also don't get excited for a bull run based off 2-3 days worth of green charts, the charts have been misleading the past couple of weeks. I thought when Storm went up 200% in a day, that we were surely primed for a run then...alas it wasn't the case.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] KNW Token Knowledge Decentralize AdTech Commerce Education Employment on: March 28, 2018, 04:22:19 PM
With less than two weeks remaining and 38% tokens sold I would say this crowd sale has been pretty good. Will the results be published as to how much money came from pre and private sale vs main sale? It is impossible to tell how successful it has been due referring to tokens sold as opposed to listing BTC, ETH, and other currency amounts.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin experience on: March 28, 2018, 04:11:12 PM
Almost 6  Months i read about bitcoin and people were getting rich with Bitcoin i got interested some stories about it and begin to research more..

I read that in the starting the Bitcoin was $2 or $3 most of the people bought bitcoins and they were one of the rich guys in the world in 4, 5 years ..

5 Months ago i thought to involve in bitcoin field i started my hyip websites and started to earn bitcoin, I started Forex, binary and other crypto currency businesses..

I think, At that time bitcoin was $400 i remembered the story i read about bitcoin that it's gonna be up and expensive in December i wanted to collect almost 50-100 bitcoins in my blockchain wallet ..

So i decided to stop working on bitcoin and i left and what happened after 4 months Bitcoin became $20,000 worth.
And i am again in from Januarry and i see that Bitcoin is going down, but i still waiting the price goes at least to 500-1000$.
"i" should be "I" in every spot. Bitcoin wasn't $400 months ago. It won't ever drop to $500-1k, have fun waiting.

Unfortunately i lost everything in forex trading because i had not much knowledge about bitcoin..
This makes zero sense whatsoever...

Remember merits are perishable if not use
Don't do this, this is the anti-merit if your post was worthy (I don't think it was to begin with).
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So why Altcoins exist ?? on: March 28, 2018, 04:05:21 PM
Altcoins prices push the price of bitcoin up and down !!
if Altcoin is a simulation of bitcoin's path, so why not just bitcoin enough ??

Any altcoin owns its name, project and ideas, so why that altcoins are related in the pricing with bitcoin ??

Altcoins exist to diversify and provide new features to the original Bitcoin coreBITCOIN, there are different blockchains for differing option, be they medical, game assets, public records and many more.

There is always volatility, whether this is in the BTC and ALT markets, oil, gas, gold and even wheat, It's a prospectors and traders world we are all in now.
Firstly Roger, it is Bitcoin and thats it. And if you aren't Roger don't fall for that brainwashing crap the only reason they call it Core is so that Bitcoin Cash won't be called Bcash and has relevance (Bcash>Bitcoin Cash imo). Back to the point about Alts though, most of them exist purely to try and obtain more Bitcoin. I can't see a real reason for most of them, but some of the strongest will survive of course.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum could be the next Bitcoin by its price? on: March 23, 2018, 02:11:07 AM
Ethereum will never be able to compare with bitcoin but that doesn't mean ethereum won't do well in the future. After bitcoin, the coin more likely to do better is ethereum and there are a lot of investors in the project.

Just last year Ethereum almost surpassed Bitcoin and was an inch away from doing so. Hardly can say it will never been able to compare in that regard. I agree they are two separate coins doing two separate functions but point remains Ethereum could still usurp Bitcoin, at least temporarily.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICO did you invest first time? on: March 23, 2018, 02:05:14 AM
MobileGo for me, and it did increase after ICO for sure. Sadly I made a mistake and did not take profit, but it was up for a little while after ICO. Have dabbled in a couple others successfully but overall I don't like the ICO scene much I'd rather invest in projects already on the market.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Will Win the Revolution: New Payment Tokens or New Payment Ecosystems? on: March 23, 2018, 02:02:40 AM
I don't think either of those will "win out" in a total way. In the end I think both systems will be in place but I think payment systems will play a bigger role in cryptocurrencies than these utility and single use tokens. Bitcoin will play one of the biggest roles, but a currency like Storm or WAX will play a minor role perhaps.
