So I've got about 250 million trolls still in my old wallet (v1.2.0.0-unk-Full) that I'd like to convert. Is the old chain still active for me to transfer them to Bleutrade?

It was thrown at us with little warning so no surprises there.

The real issue is no updates from anyone on the dev team. A thread that seems to be inactive implies nothing is going on. Like it or not, there are a lot of people that come to this forum looking for information on new coins to invest in. I think at a minimum it wouldn't be a bad thing for someone to post something on here pointing people to the other social channels for any current updates. Not to mention the bump to the top of the list each time someone posts.

Hey guys, any progress with the mintpal case ?

Yep. Lots.

They won their case and Ryan's asset's are in liquidation phase.

http://www.ewsllp.co.uk/cms/content/view/1071?utm_content=buffer7f69f&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

How do you liquidate a company who's assets were all stolen?

Probably not a complete list but they can sell:

- business equipment, such as computers, phones, cash registers, and credit card machines
- office furniture, art, and supplies
- vehicles
- real estate
- security deposits with landlords, utilities, or taxing agencies, and
- prepaid insurance premiums you can get refunded to you.

Unless they have a lot of physical assets to sell I doubt Syscoin will get everything owed to them. But it's better than Ryan/Moopay getting away scott-free.

Yeah, we could entitle it "How to start your own Sys Road"

Does Black Arrow still produce X11?
I have heard about some custommers who was acutally happy about their X11,
or is that just a myth?

You don't need to read the whole thread to know that many customer already screwed by BA.

I did receive my order of X1's and they do run very stable and are silent. However, none of that matters because at 8 months late I can't ROI with them, ever. I paid 2.7BTC (Mined with Block Erupters) for 4 of them and they'll never mine back what I spent on them.

Ignoring a user is an amazing feature.

Excellent! Thanks for the update. Look at that bump in price, good things coming finally?
10  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: February 26, 2015, 10:46:17 PM
I'm pretty sure they're not going to honor anything at this point until the police are knocking on their door.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: February 23, 2015, 04:20:51 PM
Thank you for the update. As most of us on here, we don't require a lot of info we just need to know the lights are on and someone's home.

There are a lot of people that use bitcointalk.org to research and find new opportunities. If you don't update here most people are going to skip over it assuming it's dead or dying. I don't think taking 5 minutes of someone's time to cut and paste a tweet or a slack chat once or twice a week is going to hurt development time. It will, however, make a huge impact with public image and opinion of the coin.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: February 21, 2015, 07:13:36 AM
I think several core member of the team is having an emergency medical problem this week, rather serious as far as i know, however update is usually on live by monday after weekly meeting in the weekend.

I've heard that one before. I really hate to be pessimistic but there was a sudden drop in communication from the dev team. That raises red flags for me.

Also, what's going on with the Moolah lawsuit? There should be some news on that by now and I've heard nothing.

EDIT: And it seems no one from the dev team has bothered to look at this forum and at least try and shut me down with some "Yes we're here" posts.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: February 20, 2015, 07:53:11 PM
What's going on with syscoin?  Huh The price has plummeted, it looks like its dying  Cry And no news in a while

I came here to say this as well. The Syscoin subreddit has also been crickets. I know they've got the whole chat thing setup and twitter but the devs really need to throw something out every now and then in these two places. I'm pulling my buy orders until I hear more.
14  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S3+ Discussion and Support Thread on: February 06, 2015, 11:45:05 PM
Is there a firmware out there that "for sure" disables the alarm altogether when the pool connections/internet drops ?

I'm about to deploy a few S3's offsite, and need to know if I should remove the covering, physically cover the speaker, then reaffix the covering in order to ensure "quiet" operation prior to delivery and setup.

Every S3 firmware I have flashed still causes the alarm bell to sound when the connection drops out entirely Sad

I have a feeling the poor performance became the bigger issue and that fell to the wayside and was never fixed/implemented.
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S3+ Discussion and Support Thread on: February 02, 2015, 09:03:25 PM
I hope you are using a 20amp outlet. If its a 15a it really shouldn't be used for mining in my humble opinion.

I plugged a lamp into where I have my 2 Antminer S3+ running. Every minute or so the light flickers slightly.

Anyway to solve this? I am assuming this is inrush current with the mining cores changing clock rates or fans adjusting their speeds.

15a is fine for 2 miners running. I've got 3 on a single PSU pulling ~9A at the wall. What he needs to do is find out what else is on that breaker. If there's nothing else on the breaker then I would suspect faulty wiring or the breaker itself is going bad.

I think once there are official press releases on the court case Syscoin will gain a lot of attention. In my opinion this is a big deal as there is a physical entity representing the coin at the government level, no hiding there.  To me it gives a lot of credibility to the devs because of the answer I get when I ask myself, what dev would pursue someone in the court of law if their end game was to scam people? Big things coming if they can follow through on the back end and develop the services they promised.

How do you get a Scrypt coin while mining BTC? I assume the pool pays this to the miners as an added bonus?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ultracoin] [Est. Feb 2014] ~ ASIC Resistant & Ultrafast 6 Second Transactions! on: January 12, 2015, 06:29:58 PM
this coin is dead im so stupid i didnt sold when it was 0.0001...i just thought that the devs were serious and i was decevied from fabietech who told that the price will rise to 0.0003 ..i was so idiot for believing to such words..i hope to god for this coin to rise over 0.0001 again and i will unload my bag like there is not tommorow

I'm pretty sure I can speak on the behalf of the rest of the team when I say this, when I see posts like yours after working so hard and so long, it starts to upset me, but then I realized it was never people like you who actually helped us get anywhere. It's easy for you to complain and moan without ever having to lift a finger, or invest hundreds of hours or thousands of dollars into developing, nurturing and working on this coin. All I can say is, good riddance, you are dead weight anyway, especially with that loser attitude. Dump your coins, and leave the hard work to the rest of us. Btw, you are not the first one to say this coins dead, yet we're still here. Heck, we're above Vertcoin and they have been popular in the scene for a long time, making us the biggest adaptive N-Factor coin that I know of (correct me if I'm wrong). Plus we are going to be attending The North American Bitcoin Conference next week, the most esteemed cryptocurrency conference in North America and possibly even the world; how many other altcoins can say that?

This are words of madness ,look out there even useless coins like coinomat ,coinusd ,pangea poker and other ponzi schemes have more marketcap tha ours !!!whats wrong with ultracoin only 200k $ marketcap?? Are you serious ??this is nothing !!its only dust .Even a ferrari costs more than the whole ultracoin !as for the time and money investment i ve done more and invested more than you are doing 6 months for ultracoin! This is unacceptable , im done with this coin once and forever as soon as the price doubles i will dump to you all get ready for some distruction.you never deliver on time anything of what you say and even worse the 30 second transaction has gone to 60 seconds so we cannot rely anymore to our speed

Your first alt-coin, eh? Don't invest more than you can afford to lose. If you do, it's your own fault.
19  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: January 08, 2015, 10:09:17 PM
Even with cheap power you will never have a positive ROI with them.  Your only chance would be if the value of BTC increased significantly or the difficulty plummets.

Call me crazy, but i feel lucky i might get something delivered at last.

According to BA the X-1.5 runs 160 GH/S on 100W. If that's true i'll be looking at them for at least a couple of months (i don't have very expensive electricity).

If you paid for the miners in BTC then ROI won't happen. You'll never mine back the amount of BTC you used to purchase them.

Moolah/Ryan: "As a result of this, it is unlikely that anybody bar the Syscoin development team will ever receive any funds from the liquidation"

Nicely done Sys-team. Good for you.   Cool

I read it like this: The court is going to force me to pay everything to Syscoin instead of distributing the assets among all parties that got scammed by me.

He's not refuting the fact that the court placed judgement against him.
