the fight is between Me and RaptarX. You are out  Tongue

Thank you man,  Smiley

you should pick GT today,, They played well throughout the tournament, and they deserve the Trophy.
Anyway, anything can happen, Best of luck to you,  Smiley

Yeah, should have stayed with GT... Congrats, RaptarX
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔥 BTC365.com 🔥 IPL Prediction Pool 2022 & Discussion(Participants Only) on: May 29, 2022, 02:48:46 PM
Congrats teosanru & Swordsoffreedom.

next 3 participants are competing for 3rd position.
Yup. That includes me who is on a royal losing streak currently. Myself and Rapter ended up in 1st and 2nd position in the last prediction pool and are now competing for the 3rd position in this particular prediction pool. Exciting stuff.

Damn. Did you forget me, guys  Huh I am in the 3rd spot currently:Smiley

I was backing GT initially and decided to back RR as they were ballsy to opt to bat first after winning the toss. However, I was surprised to see you back RR as well.

So, if GT wins, Raptar takes 3rd spot easily. If not, then it's me. So, the fight is between Me and RaptarX. You are out  Tongue

4  Local / India / Re: Tax on Crypto Trading as per New Tax Law - Explained on: March 30, 2022, 03:00:54 PM
@webtricks Regarding Q2, I understand that every transfer is a taxable event. But how will they ascertain that I have realised profit in the exchange of BTC to USDT.? I acquired BTC using INR and then exchanged it for USDT. So unless I convert them back to BTC or INR which shows an increase in the original holding, how can they ascertain that I booked profit in those trades ?
5  Local / India / Re: Tax on Crypto Trading as per New Tax Law - Explained on: March 30, 2022, 09:33:37 AM
@webtricks @teosanru I got few questions.

1. What if I buy BTC for 1 lakh at the start of a financial year let's say 1 April 2022 but didn't sell it in the financial year and the price was 2 lakhs on 31st March 2023. But I sold it in the next financial year for 2.1 lakhs on 1 April 2023 or later. Will I be taxed for 1.1 lakh or 0.1 lakh for the year 2023-24 ?

2. Let's say I bought BTC when it dumped using INR and when the price pumped I exchanged BTC to USDT. I will then never exchange my USDT to btc or INR. Should I pay tax for this? If so why.

3. How to calculate the profits in BTC pairs. If I trade in BTC pairs and make a realised profit of 0.1 BTC should I pay 0.03 BTC as Tax? Or equivalent inr value at the time of trade or filing tax?

Thanks in advance.

If more than 1 person sharing a same position with exact numbers, which is highly unlikely due to superbru system (Win, margin, TDM) so they should share the prize money which is allotted to that particular position. It's seems fair practice in regard to other winners also but please let me know what you guys think?

I don't think it's fair. Let's take the current scenario as an example.

As per my proposal only 4 of them should be declared winners. Timon takes 50%. Royse, kpk & Sword splits the remaining 50% ie.16.67%.
But what you say is that there are 6 winners, Timon takes 50%. Royse, kpk & sword take 10% each for coming 2nd. Raptar & Teo also take 10% for coming 3rd. If anyone of the 3 (Royse, kpk, sword) somehow moved to 3rd spot and push those at the 3rd spot to fourth. Then he would get 20% for 3rd position and the other 2 get 15% each sharing the 30% for the 2nd position. Do they seem fair to you?
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔥 BTC365.com 🔥 IPL Prediction Pool 2022 & Discussion(Participants Only) on: March 30, 2022, 07:22:16 AM
I saw some new unknown names in Superbru, so decided to check the main thread to know who they are and this caught my eye.

Quote
Distribution of the prize
Top 3 wins
1st - 50% of prize pool
2nd - 30% of prize pool
3rd - 20% of prize pool

More than one winner in the same category share the prize equally.

I think this rule is not needed and it's contradictory IMO.

Why contradictory? Let's say if 2 of them take 1st position, as per this rule both share the 50% prize ie. 25% each which is less than the 2nd positions prize.
Instead, it should have been like 2 person share 50%+30% ie. 40% for both and the 3rd person takes 20%. If it's 3 or more took the 1st place, then the entire prize pool is split among them. Or if 2 of then take the second spot, they both get 25% each.

Why not needed? Because, Superbru itself offers a tie breaker policy.
Quote
Tie breaking
In the event of points ties on a leaderboard, position is allocated on the basis of higher WP total, then the higher MP total, then lower TDM. TDM is Total Distance from Margin: the sum of the differences between a player's margin predictions and the actual margins. Example: Where Thrashing = 4, Easy = 3, Comfortable = 2, Narrow = 1: if you picked Easy (3) and the result was Narrow (1), your TDM for that match would be 3 - 1 = 2. Lower is better.

So I think we don't need the rule mentioned in the main thread and  we could follow the tie breaker policy of Superbru.
I am not sure if this was already discussed in the thread, as I didn't go through it all

IND: 74/5 and 5 overs remaining.

Looks like everyone trusted India to win this match. But so far they have been a disappointment Undecided

@Royse777 Woke up to be disappointed by India LoL

Whoo-hoo. Did anyone guess Bangladesh to win this match comfortably? Because I guess that's how this match is going to end.
Both Naim and Mushfiqur batted exceptionally well and had set a target of 172 runs thereby putting huge pressure on the Srilankans. Now they are picked up a wicket in the 1st over itself. Unless the Srilankan batsmen get a good partnership, Bangladesh is going to win this match comfortably.

Too excited for the India vs Pakistan match

Wow, Asalanka and Rajapaksa saved the match. Very bad captaincy and poor fielding have cost Bangladesh and me heavily  Embarrassed

14  Economy / Reputation / Re: Little Mouse and RapTarX - What is this connection? on: September 26, 2021, 10:37:34 AM
I'm slightly disappointed by Little Mouse not responding. I spent quite some time reading through this topic, so I would appreciate a straight answer.
At first, I was disappointed too and when this topic started, I urged him to make a post here or atleast respond to RaptarX. But all he could say regarding this topic was that it was a mistake from his side and that he can't explain and convince the DT's why he misclicked . And it made a bit of sense at that time.

I'm not sure if I'm eligible to join this giveaway. But since I got notified by LoyceV's post, I'm giving it a shot.

My prediction: 40,476$

Reason: I'm not a TA guy, but I have been reading that Bitcoin is following wyckoff accumulation pattern. So I'm expecting that bitcoin would start pumping insanely after July 21st due to the Jack-Elon meet. August should be a very bullish month for BTC to reach a new ATH, then the distribution phase should be in September and October. By December, I expect BTC to be around 40k.

According to news 9 out of 10 mobile users use whats app. So when they heared about new rules from whats app. Users denied to accept the new rules.

From where exactly did you hear this? Almost all the WhatsApp users that I know of in person have already accepted the new privacy policy.  While 8 out of 10 knew there is a potential privacy risk and that there are other better alternative services, only 3 out of the 10 even decided to try other services and they eventually returned back to Watsapp. Even the high ranking officials like the District Collectors and Secretaries of Government are sharing official letters over WhatsApp nowadays  Tongue

Now what do you think, is they can get successful to capture indian users to their project? Share your opinion.

Unless they somehow manage to get a good user base, I don't think that they'll replace Watsapp in the near future. And the use of blockchain tech is just going with the current trend.
