541  Economy / Gambling / Re: Freebitco.in profit cap on: April 18, 2020, 01:41:43 AM
I was wondering if there is a cap to the profit one can make on Freebitco.in, for example with multipy btc or betting. The same question can be asked in a different way, i.e. is there a cap to withdrawals on Freebitco.in?
NO, there is no limit to the profit you make on Freebitco.in and no withdrawal limits too.

In Multiply BTC, as Csmiam has mentioned they do have a limit on the profit you can make on a single bet ie. 20BTC. In betting and lottery, as you can see, it is basically betting on the prize pool which normally is less than 1BTC. In the golden ticket contest, you can win a Lambo or $200,000 in Bitcoin.
542  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoin KYC reply on: April 17, 2020, 07:24:26 AM
By the way, do you mind sharing the platform you use now?
I guess its https://localcryptos.com/, a p2p site which doesn't require KYC. Its also non-custodial, so you can directly login with your Ledger. Originally, it started as a p2p exchange for ETH, now they support BTC.
543  Economy / Reputation / Re: Betnomi is still sketchy. on: April 17, 2020, 03:57:56 AM
I too was contacted by Betnomi via PM with the same message as I had supported the flag but didn't leave negative feedback. I also participated in their review campaign and think that they are sketchy. This was my review -

Review: Tried the blast game several times likely 100 rounds on Mobile and Desktop collectively only to go bust at the end Grin So I'm not able to check if I could withdraw the funds without any hassle. The game experience was fine, no issues faced even in times of slow internet connection it worked smooth. Checked for the provable fairness, it worked fine as supposed. But I don't like the way probably fair works.
Quote
When the round begins, the game logic merges the server seed with the first three clients' seeds. As a result, a new number is generated via SHA512 hashing algorithm, which represents the game result.
Why the need for three client seeds? How can I be sure that you are not manipulating the client seeds?
Do correct me if I am wrong.

I didn't get a reply from them at that time. In provably fair games, users are to be provided with the seed hash prior to the game to prove that the results aren't predetermined or manipulated. In the case of Betnomi, they give you server seed but not the output hash. The result is generated by merging the server seed with the first three clients' seeds.  Even if you are one of the first client seed, in no way you can know the other two client seed provided are not manipulative figures.

I still believe they are sketchy and would not remove my support unless they come clean about the fake team and about how the game works.
544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [GUIDE] Online Gambling Affiliate - Make Money Promoting Online Gambling on: April 16, 2020, 06:52:58 PM
OP, Very detailed and informative thread. I have read all of your posts, but this FAQ makes me wonder why?

Is becoming a gambling affiliate worth it?
I would definitely say yes! I loved being a gambling affiliate, I loved being in control of my work and I loved to check my results after each month - and usually, the more I worked, the better I did. Affiliating was a hobby for me in the beginning before I became a full-time affiliate. Today, I am not an affiliate anymore but I am still doing lots of related work in the gambling space - all of that would not be possible if I never started out as a gambling affiliate. Seriously, becoming a gambling affiliate is something that I would recommend to anyone.

If I may ask, why did you stop being a full-time affiliate earning 4 - 6 figures? Because, as you said, it's not an easy task and requires dedication and hard to become successful. Personally, if I'm successful in a field after much hardwork, I wouldn't just quit it until and unless I find a much better option.

By the way, where is deadley, I see him logged in yesterday but if you look at his post history then he is not much active. I left him a PM few days ago but no response too. Does anyone know his alternative contact details? I hope he is fine.
Contacted him via TG. Hope you'll get a reply soon.

Just an attempt to boost their revenues a bit by hosting IPL in Srilanka, But I don't think we'll have IPL this year as I don't see a gap in the yearly calendar.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free poke hud on: April 16, 2020, 02:28:28 PM
How can the data be accurate? How come these programs able to extract your opponent's information? Is it really necessary to use this and just rely instead on our skills?
Poker sites generally keep the player hand histories for review, HUDs collect these information to provide you stats about your opponents. It gives you an added advantage of knowing your opponent's mentality, whether he is a tight player or a strong player or a maniac who constantly raises bets. Generally, these kinds of information can be gathered by yourself if you are good enough when you are playing in an offline casino but you cant get such info in an online poker site unless you use HUDs. I don't know if they are legit, but I do know that some sites take measures to avoid the exploitation of HUDs.
547  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 15, 2020, 02:03:16 PM
Craig Wright has 3 days to prove he is Satoshi, is that right?

Everybody knows he isn’t but wonder if we’ll get a pump when he fails to deliver these 11,000 documents to prove his (lol) 1.1 million bitcoin stash.

Most probably he'll use the current pandemic situation as a reason to ask for more time.
But I don't think that a pump in BTC will happen if Craig fails to deliver. Because, everyone knows that he isn't Satoshi.
Maybe we can see a dump in BSV. It'll be better to short it  Tongue

How is your job going? Still you go outside to serve?
Yeah, weekly once or twice depending upon the necessity. Earlier, I was roaming between places checking the transportation of essential commodities, now I have been redirected to the Control room, so I just have to sit in a room along with some colleagues and have to attend phones in the wee hours of the day. With the new extension in lockdown period, they have informed that from tomorrow or the day after, additionally I'll have to work from home  Lips sealed I can't understand, how I'll work from home when my job is literally file/record keeping and managing Undecided

Ok the BCCI officials have spoken.

Quote from: BCCI President, Ganguly
We keep monitoring developments. At the present moment, we can’t say anything. And what is there to say anyway? Airports are shut, people are stuck at home, offices are locked down, nobody can go anywhere. And it seems this is how it’s going to be till the middle of May.

Quote from: BCCI Treasurer, Arun Dhumal
Tell me one thing. Firstly, if Australia is under lockdown for six months, how can we conclude that they will allow their players to travel from next month right away? What if the travel restrictions for its citizens are still in place. How will they come to India then? And don't forget that other boards also need to agree. Even if we are in a position to conduct a tournament, for international players, we need to give them a bare minimum time to do full-fledged training before we can start a tournament. All these factors can only be clear when we are in a position to discuss.

From the looks of it, we possibly are not going to see IPL this year. This 2020, literally sucks without entertainment.

550  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help:How convert the high S signature value to the low S signature value? on: April 14, 2020, 02:22:08 PM
the solution is that you use a wallet or library that is designed for bitcoin and is popular enough to be reviewed and have no bugs (popular wallets such as bitcoin core and electrum are some examples) then you will never face such problems.
Trying to educate myself here.
Are you claiming that usage of Brainwallet to create the offline transaction was a wrong idea instead of using Electrum or Bitcoin Core?
Or the usage of blockchain.info to broadcast the raw transaction, a wrong idea? If this is the case, will the issue be resolved if he broadcast the raw transaction using Electrum or Bitcoin Core?

Which other can you add to Binance platform so that I have two to choose from or have option B.
No offence. But it looks like you are wantonly dragging the discussions in this topic and others that you have created. Several members have already informed you that no centralised exchange is good. However, if you are willing to use a centralized exchange, Binance can be used as a trading platform considering the fact that they support major salt, good liquidity and security etc. They have also suggested other alternatives like Huobi, Bisq etc. The right way to chose an exchange is to search for major exchanges like Huobi, Okex etc, check if they support the altcoin you are planning to trade. Search for any open scam accusations against the exchange and choose an exchange that meets your needs. You have to do your own research before choosing an exchange which you think is suitable.
552  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Want to Know on: April 14, 2020, 10:07:49 AM
Nobody is perfect in predicting the market, especially Crypto market. Generally, it's good to buy when the market is in a state of panic and the price dumps. But if you are not good at predicting the highs and lows of the market, I would suggest you to go for DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) strategy. DCA strategy reduces the impact of volatility in large purchases. Have an estimate of how much you are going to invest into Bitcoin, split them into parts and purchase Bitcoin weekly/monthly based on your preference irrespective of the price action. By this way, you don't have to necessarily predict the market.

554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to begin your gambling affiliate journey. on: April 13, 2020, 04:28:05 PM
We can even use with our signatures here, if we are not in a campaign we can put affiliate in our signature and maybe we can get a sign up.
This is the easiest of the many method but I think it's gonna be effective as we have a big community here.

I thought that using affiliate link in a signature space is prohibited. Is it not? Or maybe I just correlate it in a rule that posting referral links in a thread is prohibited.
No, usage of affiliate/referral link in your Signature Space or your Personal Text is not prohibited. However, if you are in a signature campaign, you may be refrained from using your referral links, however, there are exceptions too.

It's true that passive income can be generated through referral links and this is the right time to promote gambling sites, but I think that's only possible for those having gambling related blogs/websites/youtube channel etc. I doubt that some who shares his referral links in random forums, social media will be able to attract much of an income from the referral links. But there is always a possibility that someone will join through your referral link. I personally have experience with sharing Ledger Nano S affiliate links several years back, but the thing is, the income generated is too low that I cant withdraw Tongue
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum prices can tremendously shoot upwards thanks to Reddit. on: April 13, 2020, 04:05:52 PM
I don't think that just because Reddit is planning to create a token based on the Ethereum platform, it will drive the price of Ethereum tremendously. Maybe we can see a short term uptrend but I don't think it's going to have a major effect on the long term Ethereum prices. Currently, the Ethereum's value transfer is dominated by the Stable coins and with the introduction of Reddit token, the value transfer of ETH is going to suffer a bit more. But Ethereum, by itself, is a good investment and its always good to invest and HODL.
556  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help:How convert the high S signature value to the low S signature value? on: April 13, 2020, 03:35:35 PM
I think you can find the answer in this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5226185.0 and I believe this answers your query

Ok I'm back! Smiley

The problem is
Code:
openssl dgst -sha256 -hex -sign chiave_priv_3.pem a.txt
In that way I do another SHA256! I did SHA256 3 times!  Shocked

To resolve this issue, I can do something like
Code:
$ openssl pkeyutl -inkey chiave_priv_3.pem -sign -in a.txt -pkeyopt digest:sha256 | xxd -p -c 256
or I can do single SHA256 and apply another SHA256 with openssl
Code:
$ printf 0200000001e2a8148889a8ec60fd9d28564ed8996bf7ffd6b11388ed9c044d2c250088d83b000000001976a914d2bb7890f3f6356d89673367b44e9a7d0265009188acffffffff01c0e4022a010000001976a914824441111b374bec1952a5b3fa9dd4e3ed679b3888ac0000000001000000 | xxd -r -p | sha256sum -b | xxd -r -p > a.txt
$ openssl dgst -sha256 -hex -sign chiave_priv_3.pem a.txt

I prefer the first solution!

About "mandatory-script-verify-flag-failed (Non-canonical signature: S value is unnecessarily high) (code 16)" it's more complicated than that.
I converted the S (DER signature) to base10. (it's another signature, not the same of thread, sorry but I have my notes)
For example:
Code:
$ s=`echo "ibase=16; $(printf 00f00e64e164ce4fee984165ba8205a8544ece37458006687cdaa53d4e6e1859bc  | tr '[:lower:]' '[:upper:]')" | bc |  tr -d '\n' | tr -d '\' | awk '{print $1}'`
$ echo $s
108580515770129610852831425129233053758690240817412348750872366071983533218236

Then convert N to base 10, and get N/2
Code:
$ N=`echo "ibase=16;FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFEBAAEDCE6AF48A03BBFD25E8CD0364141" | bc  |  tr -d '\n' | tr -d '\' | awk '{print $1}'`
$ echo $N
108580515770129610852831425129233053758690240817412348750872366071983533218236

$ N2=`echo "$N/2" | bc |  tr -d '\n' | tr -d '\' | awk '{print $1}'`
$ echo $N2
57896044618658097711785492504343953926418782139537452191302581570759080747168

You can find very cool stuffs if u search 108580515770129610852831425129233053758690240817412348750872366071983533218236 or 57896044618658097711785492504343953926418782139537452191302581570759080747168 in google

Now I Check if s is greater than N/2, if it is I need to subtract it. (N-S)
Code:
$ s=`echo "$N - $s" | bc |  tr -d '\n' | tr -d '\' | awk '{print $1}'`
$ echo $s
7211573467186584570739559879454854094147323461662555631732797069534628276101

Convert the result to base16
Code:
$ s=`echo "obase=16;$s" | bc`
$ echo $s
E2412F237BCDCA1AD1AD7DA1075D8C0AD258A07066D695F99DEA0AAEC7034A4

Sometimes you can get odd bytes, in that case I have 63 hex.
Code:
$ printf FF19B1E9B31B01167BE9A457DFA57AA6BE0A5A12F4237BEE52D213E621DE785 | wc -c
  63
It's very similar when you get seed phrase, if you don't have a block of 11 bits, you need to add some "padding", then I add 0 at the beginning.

Code:
s=0FF19B1E9B31B01167BE9A457DFA57AA6BE0A5A12F4237BEE52D213E621DE785

Now I can make a "new" DER signature, replace the old s with the new one, calculate the length of it and the length of signature!
And it works! Smiley
I hope to help someone!
Thanks to Andrew Chow and BrewMaster for your time guys
(English is not my mother tongue; please excuse any errors on my part)

Wtf, they need a subscription to read the article?
Anyways never heard of trotting or marble racing before, but I did a quick search and found them to be quite interesting to watch. But I obviously won't bet on it as its purely a luck-based game.  I avoid pure luck-based games at all costs.
558  Other / Meta / Re: POLL: Initial merit provided to older established accounts on: April 12, 2020, 03:21:55 PM
I personally don't really care, but I believe that some members who were spamming the forum since the beginning for bounties/giveaways don't deserve to have merits. This is an online forum, let's not complicate things further. The current merit system is doing good with the original intention of curtailing new users from spamming, let the merit system be as it is.

I have heard of Bet365 in my college days but never joined any sites as I believe gambling is illegal in India (not sure though). Only in 2017, I started gambling online.

Btw, our situation right now in a meme  Sad
