2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I Be Scared Of Hackers If I Have Lot of BTC. on: April 26, 2018, 08:46:06 AM
I am hearing a lot of users' complaint about having a problem transferring their BTC, Nowadays I am not selling it because I am "Hodling" it for future. But I am a bit of scared now because all this news about the people's BTC being hacked.

What should I do If My wallet or BTC gets hacked?

well, thats a bit scary on your side. but i think getting hacked depends on what softwares you put into your computer. bitcoin technology is secured it just depends on the user if he/she is giving information on the hackers.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoins goal to end governments? on: April 24, 2018, 05:53:27 PM
I have seen many people say that Bitcoin will end governments.

But do we really want that?

And if yes how would things like infrastructure be provided without a government? (This is just an example, you can discuss any issue you see fit for this topic)

I've also read articles discussing bitcoins, but i think it wasnt made to do that. It would be just a colateral if so.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: April 24, 2018, 10:40:30 AM
Bitcoin was supposed to be used as a currency, not only a form of investment. However, it's been more successful as a form of investment, a "speculative asset".

Do you guys think that this can change in the long term ?

Its all about the progress, people are making more and more coins. For what exactly? if they just use it as an standard web currency for services, transactions, online payments then it could be seen as a currency not an asset for investment. The number of investors are greater than the number of people using it.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin a pump and dump scheme? on: April 24, 2018, 10:35:11 AM
Base on what I learned here in bitcointalk and understand, Probably not. A  pump and dump scheme is a fraudulent operation where the operators own lots of a low-valued stock or commodity, and use mass advertising to lure large amounts of money from new investors, which in turn inflates the price. Once the commodity has reached a sufficiently high price, the operators “cash out” by selling all their holdings, which causes the commodity’s price to plummet, and the later investors lose most of their invested money.

What do you think ?

Yes, many had schemes like this, they saw that crypto are very volatile for a currency. They uses that strategy as a getaway method so it wont be a scam but Its the people that are implementing these schemes its not what bitcoins are made for. Its for anonymous and fast transactions.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scam in the name of BITCOIN on: April 23, 2018, 10:37:58 AM
Many people are still fall on this kind of bitcoin investment scheme.
Recently heard about the news of $17M bitcoin scam (Biggest scam on that country)

I have here the list why people are still fall on this trap and maybe because of:

*lack of knowledge
*thinking for easy money
*they really not care about this market or
*Being feed with a wrong information

To prevent yourself from being a victim you'd better to start making an effort
to learn more about cryptocurrency, this is not an easy money you still need to make effort.
Any thoughts about this thing ?

agreed, lack of knowledge will be the reason why people are getting scammed. they have no idea what bitcoin volatility is and how it is getting harder and harder to mine. they always get outshined by the high payments that is promised on their deals on such investments that results as scams in the end.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of bitcoin on: April 23, 2018, 10:24:57 AM
Why are some governments so keen to prove that bitcoin is dangerous. Recently, the Indian government sent notifications to the citizens that they should not invest in bitcoin.

bitcoin is not dangerous, people are. people sees bitcoin as a getaway method for their crimes, like those transactions and services that are related to crimes.
bitcoin hides identities for both parties. these are criminals.

others also sees that its price is very volatile, they use this idea to make an investment deals that requires networking. so if the bitcoin price drops, they uses this as their getaway method for scams. these are scammers.

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can Bitcoin help the developing world? on: April 23, 2018, 09:44:28 AM
I want to try open Bitcoin Business. This cause I just have this question. I wanna know is Bitcoin can give a better world and future.

bitcoin can be our future currency if every product can be bought with bitcoins. to start, promote a good quality product that uses bitcoin like those ICO's new coins. keep in mind that bitcoin is for trading, not investment schemes
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why people think that bitcoin is buble coin ? on: April 15, 2018, 03:04:25 PM
after 10 years has been past of bitcoin but still people think bitcoin is bublecoin , why ?

Their point of view about bitcoin is different they see it as an asset for investment. Many followed their footsteps and suffer.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: April 15, 2018, 08:24:59 AM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

If its not secure then the government should be able to track the illegal transactions. It is only hackable when some information is exposed. The government is already making its action towards banning bitcoin but its impossible to shut it down completely.

13  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How is bitcoin supposed to be? on: April 11, 2018, 04:01:39 PM
If you search at the google about bitcoin for criminals, there is a lot.
For example at this link https://www.thesun.co.uk/tech/5092224/criminals-use-bitcoin-for-dark-web-illegal-activity/amp/.
So if there is nothing correct regulations, maybe a lot of countries will be block this payment system.
And as the effects, price of BTC will be drop soon.
So let's start to discuss, what it the right regulations to avoid Bitcoin used as a payment for crime.

Im starting to think that bitcoin was made for crimes, maintained by great minds.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I stop looking at Bitcoin Price on: April 09, 2018, 03:05:23 PM
I just stop looking at bitcoin price. It hurts me actually, that's why I took this decision. I am holding few of BTC and I will not look at my wallets too for 2 months. I hope after 2 months when I will go to see bitcoin price, maybe I will scream happily. What about you guys?  Grin
why be afraid to see bitcoin with falling prices, why just look at bitcoin when the price is high, I think before you invest you must have understood with all the risks and this one of them

Agreed, its natural for its price to go down its been like this for years now. Besides, it always jump back up.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you love Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2018, 10:14:24 AM
I love bitcoin because its the crypto currency and its the king of the crypto.
It hasa lot of use cases.
I can exchange it to any other crypto.

Why do you love Bitcoin?
Why are you interested?

Bitcoin is still going upwards, this is revolutionary.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still buy Bitcoin? on: April 06, 2018, 03:44:43 PM
Hey guys. I was asking my self "Should I buy Bitcoin now? What if it's gonna go down after I buy?". What do you think? Should I buy or wait?

If you have doubt on bitcoin you should review its progress on coinmarketcap. I see raise at the end of the year everytime. Its just about the right time to buy bitcoin and the right time to sell. Buy now and sell before xmas for profit.

Invest at your own risk.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: April 05, 2018, 02:27:57 PM
Right now there are more coins available in the market which gives you more profit than bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is also not stable.
All these factors affect its popularity ??
What you think, still bitcoin is more popular ?

Everything is normal, bitcoin price and new coins popping in the market. Supply and demand makes bitcoin price unstable. A lot of bitcoins has been traded to alt coins and keeps circulating.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: April 03, 2018, 12:03:53 PM
Hello,

I'm still learning about crypto currencies and willing to buy some bitcoins. Is it good time to buy?

Thanks

Hi, ive been monitoring bitcoin growth since january this year and i can say that the price now is low. I suggest you take time to study the graphs of bitcoin on each year starting 2016 to present on coinmarketcap.com, history sometimes repeats itself. You'll notice that part when you see the graphs.

***Invest at your own risk.

Btw gimme some merits hehehe.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency One world? on: January 04, 2018, 05:00:35 AM
Do you guys billieve that bitcoin will become the only one currency that can use as a mode of payment in the whole world? How is this become posible in the future?

bitcoin is very volatile and has high rates plus it has a lot of decimal places and the majority of people would like to own a whole coin. so i believe that there will be an alt coin replacing bitcoin for that purpose in the near future.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN PRICE on: January 03, 2018, 06:18:09 AM
Dear friends.
Do you think Bitcoin price will go down under 10000$ in 2018 ?
Should I buy Bitcoin now or waiting more...
Need your opinions

i think it wont drop below 10000$, it already has dropped its value to 12000$ and that is the result of sudden spike on its value.
