61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need help - bounty problem on: February 15, 2019, 03:52:13 AM
Hello guys,

I really need help, last year I found amazing bounty program (Pigzby or Wollo coin), I submited my work on beta.bounty0x.io and I earned more than 40k coins. My submisions was approved. Now I see the Wollo token is alive on exchange, but the problem is that is a Stellar based coin and I didn`t have added my Stellar adress on beta.bounty0x.io. Now I added addres and my questions is can I get coins now or that is finished story.

Also how will I send that coins on exchange. I know for ETH based tokens with metamask, but what is procedure with Stellar based tokens? I made wallet on Astral online wallet.

Thanks a lot.
I think you need to inform the bounty manager or the dev if you haven't receive your reward in your added wallet.
After you get the tokens in you wallet, you can sent those tokens in an exchange to sell the coins, how to do it is not so much of a different compared when we used another wallet.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TO DO ABOUT 2019? on: February 13, 2019, 08:02:24 AM
Since this year (2019) we still can't see any significant improvement on cryptocurrency perhaps it won't happen now. But it still at the beginning of 2019, there are still plenty of times until the end of this year for cryptocurrency to improve and getting fixed from slumber.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Post-ICO Bounty? on: February 13, 2019, 07:59:26 AM
I started a thread here last Month, November https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5070456.msg47962086#msg47962086

One of our major strength will be the Post-ICO Bounty system.

How it will work:

The project can still continue to pay in Token or in cash even after the official Bounty has been completed. This will make it possible for project owners to promote their project easily using the same method in which funds were raised.

We will like to hear from you!

After raising funds via ICO, you would just prefer to advertise your project or would you still love to promote your project using the Bounty method?

If how it work for Post ICO bounty would be after the coins get listed in the market, it would be able to makes the bounty participant to be happy, cause if the bounty is done and get distributed, the coins already trade able in the market. but the down side would be, if the price of the coins were too low, the most likely any bounty participant will avoid to join the project.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do we still have hope to be able to see bull run?? on: February 13, 2019, 07:56:01 AM
now the market falls again, do we still have hope to be able to see bull run. no one knows when the market can recover. even with the many good news about the ethereum hardfork unable to make the market jump. so I thought bull run would only be a dream for all of us.
I hope we will, and if it's not happening this year, next year should be with the cylce of bitcoin that will have halfing every 4 years period. It should be able to takes the price of bitcoin to increase, and at the same time will also drag the altcoin to increase
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make investor interest to join ico on: February 08, 2019, 02:37:43 PM
I believe the investors already putting some distance to cryptocurrency, after they got hit from the fall on the price of cryptocurrency during 2018.
To take them back will not be easy, we need to build their trust on cryptocurrency again to make them start to invest again.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Should I Expect The Next Bull Run? on: February 08, 2019, 02:34:52 PM
What i'm thinking is, in this year 2019 this will be a time for fixing the worst condition that the market suffer during 2018, and next year should be hoping for the peak of the bull run to happen. that is what scenario i could think of Cheesy
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins to invest in for a beginner on: February 08, 2019, 02:31:39 PM
Ive never bought any coins before and am considering opening an account while the coins are low

How would you invest $1000 - 2000

Thanks

if you have no practice and knowledge of trading and you are new to this business. Then at your place I would buy Btc and ETh for a long time and calmly watch it grow.

Indeed those are absolutely perfect coins to start investing in a cryptocurrency. Those coins has already proven to be a trusted coins and it already given many people a good profit, better for beginner or and older player.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: For those bounty hunters who can hardly relate on: February 08, 2019, 02:29:39 PM
To all crypto bounty hunters who can hardly relate:

Situation: ICO started their main sale and will last 2 months and offers bounty program. ICO price was $0.5.
Bounty Hunter: I will join their signature campaign! Let’s do this!

After 1 month....

Admin: We decided to pause the campaign because our legal advisor suggests for our product to be fully compliant with the country’s regulations.
Bounty Hunter: (facepalm)

After 1 month....

Admin: Good news bounty hunters! We will now resume our bounty campaign. Since ICO was extended for a month, the same goes to our bounty campaign. Happy bounty hunting!
Bounty Hunter: Yippee!!!

After 1 month (one day before the ICO ends)....

Admin edits the ICO countdown timer and replied: Due to overwhelming demand, we decided to extend the ICO to another 2 months!
Bounty Hunter: Whaaaaat??? (But decides to continue the signature campaign).

After 2 months....

Admin: Congrats bounty hunters! Our ICO is successful! Here’s the final spreadsheet!
Bounty hunter looks at the spreadsheet and replied: 1,000 stakes for me! Yippee! I’m excited for my tokens to be distributed.
Admin: Good for you! We will distribute the tokens within 2 weeks!
Bounty Hunter: All right! My hardwork finally pays off in 2 weeks! Can’t wait!

After 2 weeks....

Admin: I received an advise from our legal advisor that bounty hunters must complete KYC process. Since we have an influx of bounty hunters, approving your KYC might take days to weeks.
Bounty Hunter: (sigh) Oh well, it’s better than nothing. I’ll just do it anyway. (Logs in to site and submits KYC verification).

After 3 weeks....

Bounty Hunter receives an email that his KYC was approved and was excited, however.....
Admin: We would like to congratulate those bounty hunters who have passed their KYC. Unfortunately, we had a meeting with the development team. It has come to a conclusion that our team voted for bounty hunter tokens to be locked and will be distributed after 6 months to avoid massive dumping in the exchange.
Bounty Hunter: Admin I HATE YOU!!!!

After 6 months....

Admin: Bounty hunter tokens are now unlocked. You can now transfer your tokens from the dashboard to your ETH wallet. Thank you!

Bounty hunter transfers his tokens to his ETH wallet. After successfully transferred, he goes to Etherdelta exchange where he can trade his token to BTC or ETH. Unfortunately, the token’s buying orders are empty. Only selling orders appear with the lowest bid at $0.001 per token.

Bounty hunter: F*** you admin!!!!! My efforts are wasted coz’ they’re worth shitcoins!!!!
Admin: (blocks bounty hunter from Telegram channel).

Trust me guys, I’ve been here before. Are you too? 😂🤣😅
I really believe many bounty hunter has ever experience this kind of thing. I had ever experience too. it's truly painful, but i have to forget about it and move forward, regretting things won't solve any problem, i prefer to focus on what in the future.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL&CALM on: February 01, 2019, 07:03:06 AM
Holding a coins sometimes force us to keep on being patient, since looking on the market that keep on dropping making us feeling worried if the coins keep on falling and we loose even more if we aren't sell the coins at this moment.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I wanted to know if there is a hodler right here? on: February 01, 2019, 07:00:53 AM
Crypto keeps on the bearish pattern no matter what, if there is a hodler right here from 2017 until now, you should be appreciated and get an achievement because you are doing the right thing as a hodler! Being a hodler means you supporting the coin, didn't you?
I think my main reason in holding a coin is a bit selfish desire, I just don't wanted to suffer loss if i sell my coins during the bear market.
So by best bet would be to hold my coin for now until the market get better.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hunter's Earners on: February 01, 2019, 06:53:29 AM
Hello. Bounty hunters like me, Whay do you think our situation at this year of 2019 Do you think you can earn 1 bitcoin at this year for promoting and joining bounty campaigns? Please Share you experience at this past days. Wink
In order to be able to get 1 bitcoin from doing a bounty campaign, you need to do a lot of bounty campaign, and make sure that all those campaign is not a fake or a scam bounty, cause if it's a fake/scam then you will get nothing, but instead you will loose your time investment joining that bounty
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALL Initial Coin Offerings are Trash on: January 27, 2019, 02:33:17 PM
There's a lot of posts in this section "ICOs will come back", "Some ICOs are scams", "Should I do ICOs". These all contain the implication that Initial Coin Offerings are fine and dandy.

What type of information do you need to know that Initial Coin Offerings are trash the majority of the time? 80% of ICOs in 2017 were scams. To put that into respective, that's 4 out of every 5. The odds are terrible. Going by the rules of probability, you're going to be apart of the four of five. Why wouldn't you be?

The ideas I've seen with Initial Coin Offerings are just as bad. Why do these companies need $80 million in the first place? Let's be realistic, most things don't need to be on the blockchain. Satoshi didn't need to do an Initial Coin Offering to make Bitcoin into a bustling success. He started off putting in his own money. What do ICOs actually have to bring to the table?

The people that are making these threads with a positive implication are probably apart of the scams, or they're risking their money with the odds stacked entirely against them.

It's possible to have original ideas offered for free. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin. Some people are simply blinded by their greed and short-term to try speculate on the worthless. No wonder bubbles are so rampant within this ecosystem.

Todays crypto world is indeed sad. so much scam project keep on appearing without notice, making so many people got trapped in it. The bad side form it is, the scam makes people trust on crypto market to be vanish, due to they got scammed over and over again, that they would stop investing in crypto.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Now The Time To Buy Quality Projects? on: January 27, 2019, 02:30:00 PM
A way to make the crypto market grow would be for everyone to start their investment on crypto coins starting from today, since with more demand on cyrpto maket, it should be able to takes the market to goes up and fix the market that had been facing such a down fall.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will start investing in ICO if on: January 27, 2019, 02:26:47 PM
Since ICO is one of the easy source of company funding, so there are many project that keep opening an ICO when they are trying to start their business. Getting a funding in real world is so much hard if we don't really has a solid project to begin with.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will it still last? on: January 26, 2019, 07:02:06 AM
What makes us still survive in the crypto market situation that has often been red lately. Do you still have high hopes that crypto will become a real future that can be accepted throughout the world? Thank you very much..
It is indeed hard to stay in this cyrpto world with the market condition just like what happen right now. But as long as i has a hope for the future, i will always tried to stay. To do that, there should be some kind on source for us to be able to keep on waiting in the market.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project Initiators and Team need KYC more than Investors on: January 26, 2019, 07:00:27 AM
The decentralized nature of cryptocurrency seems not be effective when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency, seeing that investors in most cases are asked to do KYC, bounty hunters inclusive.

I do not think investors should be compelled or made to do KYC by submitting their personal data and documents, because project initiators do not stand any risk of losing their money. Rather project initiators or developers should be made to do KYC, in order to gain the trust of investors, who want to invest in their projects.

This is necessary because we have seen cases of scam ICOs, which have made investors to lose trust in a lot of them. So to gain the trust back, we would need to know whom we are giving our money to as investors.

I like that idea in asking the team to do a KYC, but it will need some trusted 3rd party involvement to collect all those KYC data, that way should be able to minimize any possibilities for people to make some scam project.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe and invest in ICOs? Why? on: January 26, 2019, 06:58:04 AM
Event though there are many scam project in the past few years, but there are still good project among them. That what makes be still have my believe in some new ICO that are created recently. The key would be to always be careful when looking for a new project/ICO.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why ICO'S Scamed since last year on: January 26, 2019, 06:56:03 AM
With many people knows the negative side of the ICO and the anonymity of the cryptocurrency, making many bad people using them for their own benefit, by creating any scam project. by providing any false information, they could easily getting their hand on a lot of money without doing to much effort, perhaps that what drive people to do something bad by cheating on another.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you buy not top 100 alts? on: January 25, 2019, 03:53:43 AM
I do purchase coins that aren't in the top 100 coins. As long as we could see the market trend, i believe that would be safe even if we purchase coins that aren't listed in the top 100 in marketcap.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans for this year on: January 25, 2019, 03:52:32 AM
Everyone keeps saying 2019 will be profitable for the crypto community... but in life I've had to learn things the hard way.. which makes me always want to look into things in 2 ways no matter the odds

What if 2019 is the beginning of another dump?? What would you do as a investor?? Wait till your portfolio goes to zero?? ... or sell whatever is left of it??
At this moment, the cryptocurrency still haven't shown it's fang in this starting year of 2019.
It still just a small movement on the crypto market, perhaps in the next month of 2019, the condition will be even better than what it was.
