183  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Browser You Use on: July 30, 2014, 10:54:34 PM
I can see why people would use firefox over chrome but I love my speed to much and I'm going to stick with chrome just for that reason.
184  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm done with Israel. on: July 30, 2014, 10:53:41 PM
It's certainly a concerning issue I really can't believe what's going on over there.
185  Other / Off-topic / Re: Help my C drive eating space on: July 30, 2014, 05:37:31 PM
WTF
Is it real?
Yes, I definitely have time to make up random graphs and get someone to upload it on backblaze.com for me, just to win an argument versus some random on the internet.

Some people would go to that extent that's the problem. LIke I said do a full reinstall and then start again.
186  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good News but Price drops ? on: July 30, 2014, 05:13:06 PM
It might seem stable because it hasn't taken many drops/falls recently but that's just a illusion. there will be plenty more drops and rises otherwise I really do fear for Bitcoin.
187  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paid to Click Bitcoin websites on: July 30, 2014, 05:08:04 PM
Pay to click is essentially a scam business model.

Paid clicks are worthless, as businesses are
interested in real traffic, leads, and customers.

The only exception is something like youtube,
where you just want views on your video.

I still don't think youtube is a exception it's the same marketing trick.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC engagement ring? on: July 30, 2014, 05:05:53 PM
It's a niche area for Bitcoin I guess and I can see a lot of people wanting this service since they'll be earning quite a bit from Bitcoin.
189  Other / Off-topic / Re: Lawyers on: July 30, 2014, 05:04:13 PM
Lawyers are needed they know enough to try and protect their client.
190  Other / Off-topic / Re: What should we stop doing? on: July 30, 2014, 05:02:50 PM
We should stop spreading FUD trying to scare people and crash prices because that doesn't work.
191  Other / Off-topic / Re: Farewell on: July 30, 2014, 05:01:46 PM

194  Other / Off-topic / Re: Your last encounter with a goat. on: July 28, 2014, 11:34:27 AM
See goats all the time, right before their head is lopped off and I come back and cook. I love mutton curry cooked with lots of spices, you people won't be able to eat it.

Ewww what the heck? Are you a cook? Poor goats! Nah, vegetarian curry is better, anyways!

No, but once a week I go down to the butcher where we get fresh meat. I am single and prefer to do my own cooking.

I've never tried goat I thought it would be t tough and stringy but they are so cute I don't think I would want to try.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kayne west sues altcoin on: July 28, 2014, 11:32:01 AM
The altcoin was always stupid and it's only advantage was that it's name was catchy and was similar to a famous person.

I agree that the coin never had any potential but I just find it silly that kayne went that far. especially with his big ass lawyers which he paid millions for that which only took a week in trial.
196  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Talk Advertising Email Received - Need Confirmation on: July 28, 2014, 11:30:01 AM
Anyone claiming to be theymos or a staff member you should always ask for them to sign their bitcoin address which is known to the public.
197  Other / Off-topic / Re: Install solar panel Buy solar panel online you may get cashback? on: July 28, 2014, 11:27:42 AM

What? Solar panels are for long term investments and not short term as it takes many years before you break even.
198  Other / Off-topic / Re: Working hard to spread bitcoin awareness. Need some feedback. on: July 28, 2014, 11:18:20 AM
Add some audio just to liven things up a little bit! Good job.
199  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much Bitcoin would you like to have at the end of 2015? on: July 27, 2014, 08:14:37 PM
How much would you like to have in your wallet by the end of 2015? Lets be realistic and not just saying 1 million Bitcoin. I know the majority of this forum hasn't got 10+ Bitcoin.

Simple answer is: I would like to have as much as possible Cheesy  and I am realistic.

But definitely I can't and I won't tell you precise number, because why? Just to point hackers to focus on me?
I don't think you will get direct answer from other members. If so, it'll be lie or an idiot.

I'm not looking for a precise number and didn't really think about the threat of hackers but it seems a lot of people don't mind putting their bitcoin address in the profile field which shows how much bitcoin they have in one wallet so I didn't think it would be a issue.
200  Other / Off-topic / Re: Vod is calling people Pedophiles and Extorting them for money. on: July 27, 2014, 08:12:40 PM
I looked at Vod's thread over at the scam accusations and he said that he removed the trust because he couldn't get proof yet you still tried going after him and then he decided to update that trust and presented evidence against you. So what are you trying to argue there?

evershawn's problem is that he refuses to take responsibility for his own actions.

@evershawn -

You're telling me to speak up about what Vod did to you. Here's I how I see it...

Vod gave you negative trust (he learned later it was unfounded, so was going to remove)
Before Vod could even remove, you have him negative trust and started your campaign against him
That said - who caused what?

He was willing to let this go from the beginning but you egged it on. But now as I understand... the original negative trust is gone, isn't it? So the negative trust you have now is because of this campaign. Like I said - you don't learn.

LOL?

He CHANGED the original scam accusation, after I had poked holes in all of his stories. However he's never REMOVED anything, he's only tried changing the reasoning for leaving it many times.

He can say "Oh, I was going to remove but, but since....." as much as he wants, who knows how true it is, he's still telling lies to this day. His newest one was that I called him a scammer first... I'm seriously laughing out loud right now because that's just so ridiculous.

I mean all anyone has to do is look at my original investment thread here and you can see that Vod accused me of being a scammer 'first' on false grounds. My reaction was to try to get him to explain it as you can also clearly see originally. Ya, so I'm pissed off because an idiot is harassing me. I leave him originally a negative that just says that he left me a false negative and I'll remove it when he removes his.

How ever, this has evolved over time and he made it clear he would never remove it, so I do what I do now and say what I say now, based on that.

He got upset because people started siding with me, poking holes in his stories and reasoning for doing what he was doing, that's when he started in with the alt account, extortion and pedophile stuff. Even on Vod he called me a pedophile a few dozen times, right after the stuff happened with the alt account. He was clearly out of control. He's since got back and erassed stuff but a lot is screenshotted in his dox+scammer thread on me.

He's erasing stuff now because I'm going to see what I can do to him through the legal system for the extortion and defamation. I've already confirmed with a few sources that I have enough evidence to move forward with it.

I am still do this day offering him the opportunity to remove the shit he did on his alt account and Vod account, if he wants it to stop. He won't budge an inch.

So who's the real knuckle head here. Even after all the lame shit he's done to me, I'm willing to reverse everything and stop any actions I'm pursuing against him that could ruin his life but he absolutely refuses to give in.

I think I've been pretty reasonable with him. He on the other hand, will not admit to any wrong doing, nor will he reverse it. So he leaves me no alternative than do what what I do here as well as try to get law enforcement involved against him.

And I'm the knucklehead....

I was under the impression that he had already removed it. but if he didn't then no one can be sure that he was going to remove it but Vod has a good history within the community and I don't think he would risk is reputation for such a silly issue I think we can all believe Vod when he says he was going to do it. But no without assuming or believing him we can't prove anything. But you did start a hate campaign against in and trying to belittle him and he stated that he's already felt uneasy about the whole thing in his scam accusation against you.
