Not true, there is Telegram for years and many other encrypted open-source programs like Truecrypt which you can use to safely and anonymously communicate online and store files on your computers or in the cloud. Nobody is forced to use Facebook, Gmail, TikTok, or any other website or app which is known that has privacy issues.

Of course, young people don't value anything and privacy is their smallest concern at this time in their lives but believe me, many of them will be sorry when 10 years later somebody will download and show their naked pictures on a job interview. Thas is why we should everybody and spread the word about privacy risks to make people aware and influence their mindset a little.

I just hope that finally everybody understands that our privacy is at risk online and we have to do all that possible to protect it.

TBH in this particular case, we just don't have enough info to be able to say if it was indeed a scam and what sort of (double-spend, suspicious activity, cheating, AML, etc).

In last few days, I have read a couple of threads about scams in casinos and now I know that the fraud prevention teams investigate involved accounts deeply and many times the summary of their findings confirm or deny if the user indeed tried to scam, was lucky or maybe found a bug in the system. Without all these pieces of information, we are just not able to judge because many scams are much more sophisticated and involve many accounts, addresses, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, additionally can be exploited for a longer period of time.

Just like in this particular case the latest deposits/withdrawals don't have to be the reason for account suspension and limited withdrawals.

Don't understand why you think that they "confused" their own business model?
I don't want to defend Coinbase, only try to look at them like at any other business which aims to be profitable, so the only goal they have in the end is revenue.

At the very beginning, it was one of the few places where you could buy or sell BTC with FIAT using payments like bank wire or credit card to make it easy for everybody. Later they aimed at newcomers to help them buy their first BTC, but today we are 10 years further and the crypto market has changed beyond recognition. We have almost 6000 cryptocurrencies, 400 exchanges, dozens if not hundreds of custodial and non-custodial wallets, ATM's, OTC, P2P, swaps and many other ways to buy, sell, exchange, take a loan, give a loan, and do hundreds of other things with our BTC while using many different payment options available.

In my opinion, if they did not go with time, but stayed only as a place to buy and sell BTC and didn't add the exchange, all these new cryptocurrencies, officially became a wallet (although they were treated in such a way anyway), they wouldn't be currently a tycoon on this market. Who knows if they would still exist?

One could argue now whether they really need BSV, XRP, or any other shitcoins and as Bitcoin supporters, we may not like it, but in the end, Coinbase is just another business that is fully profit-oriented.

Po drugie sam projekt, to nic specjalnego biorąc pod uwagę prędkość bloku 2,5 minuty i 24 potrzebne potwierdzenia, bo to jest nawet wolniej niż BTC.

Nie ma Tecra nic specjalnego, czego nie mająy setki, jak nie tysiące, innych projektów opartych na masternodach.
