I asked the new devs this simple and polite question a week ago: Can you explain how a whale taking over a coin for his own short term profit will benefit small investors?
They have not replied, which is quite revealing.

I agree it may seem big, especialy early in the fork's life... But it's a subjective question... It all depends on how this 1% is used over time... So far, I don't see huge dumps from the devs, they seem to act responsible with it. Giving the runner a chance, anyway I'm just hodling what they airdropped, they don't owe me anything...

I disagree that the pre-mine is huge. From looking at the address provided above, it is the same as stated in the original post: 5,5 milions LCC. Again, with the address provided above, we can see that under 60 000 (1.1%) of those has been spent so far. I don't see any problems with that situation, it is as stated and spent accordingly to what the developer said so far. The pre-mine address above may give a false impression as it shows that over 200 milions were transferred (sent/received) but it looks like they just resend the change address to the original pre-mine address... nothing unusual or shady there.

I've tried to join the beta platform over a week ago but haven't received any response yet.

To get your private keys with qt wallet, you can get them from the debug console:

if locked, unlock your wallet first
example: if your passphrase is  "tagada", you have to write , in the console :
  walletpassphrase tagada 500     (500 here will the number of seconds your wallet will unlock)

then type :

dumpprivkey your-bitcoin-adress-here


Careful to do it on a trusted offline pc in case you have hidden keyloggers or other stuff!
To import on android os your probably have an option to import your private key somewhere in the app...

The ceo of the new coin is called Lindawhale, joined twitter end of december, joined bitcointalk at the end of decemeber. He seems to have only talents in marketing and throwing money out of his windows, absolutely nothing else. At that point if you are backing him and his takeover, you are begging to be scammed! Stop blaming the original dev for everything, the coin was going great before a bunch of greedy noobs used Linda to try to become rich too quick. The community has become a closed and small minority of sheep, working behind the scenes on discord. Constantly blaming others for everything makes your plea absolutely pathetic. There's is no chance in the world I would trust thoses guys to hard fork Linda. Good chance on your undemocratic takeover and profiting off newbies ignorance. So far the work they did for the coin speaks for itself, look at what happened to Linda since they got involved, getting into twitter fights and drama, creating huge accusations in the hope to destroy Linda to start they own fork... They are the ones responsible for Linda demise. THINK before trusting those guys that just appeared out of the blue a month ago.

WOW... What a contributor, only 1 post on Linda thread made on first day of registration, in which he openly dreams of taking over the coin... everything else he did was done behind the scene.

This coin is really fun to mine for nvidia gpus (getting over 800mh/s per gtx1070 and around 20 blocks are found per hour on the most popular pool), I feel it's going to pick up in hashrate in the next weeks as people will look for legit alternatives! Love the concrete ideas behind the coin, there's definitely a place for a creative platform for artists so they get known and at the same time encourage them in their passions. I think so far, with the amount of hype this fork got the last 2 weeks, the developpers delivered. Bootstrap and wallet were quickly available to all and their website resisted the high amount of traffic when and after the fork. The base is there, now envisaging on long term holding those coins. Good work LCC team!

I am not trying to spread fud, I am just one miner, do what you want with my message... but here is a copy/paste of a post that I made on the Sparks coin thread a few days ago... My suspicions are getting more serious since, those always anonymous developpers are getting more and more silent, and I feel it is important you research this:

Sparks, Rapture, Phobos, Cerberus, Crowdcoin, Race, Dinero, Infinex, Force, Stipend, Endorphin, VIVO, Innova, Cropcoin and the list goes on and on and on.... All the same exact pattern copied: Masternode/PoW hybrid, ''small'' premine, Masternode auctions through discords, Airdrops , Anonymous teams, same wallet code and bugs, Masternode gets most or half of the mining, only on stocksexchange (except 2 or 3 of thoses)... It wouldnt surprise me if it would be all coming from the same team/person or maybe a teacher somewhere giving his students a school project to each start a coin... Extremely suspicious, do your research and prove me wrong please!

I think it's an autotrade pool and yes I think it may dump the coin for those miners who choosed btc payouts... ''BTC is the only guaranteed payout currency'' I really dislike that pool just for that...

The coin is also a joy to mine if you have Nvidia gpus... as long as there is no lyra2z ASICS in sight, it has a really bright future because people are just always looking for good alternatives for gpu mining...

That's it?? I didnt knew comparing stats on a website that doesnt even exist should open my eyes or prove me anything. The coin just started up, I couldnt care less for random daily numbers about R.O.I. Thanks for providing, once again, absolutely nothing substancial.
