1202  Economy / Gambling / Re: # FOR SALE Royal Casino - Jackpot Lotto, Roulette, Blackjack, Slots.. # on: May 28, 2014, 12:52:17 AM
Hello All,

I am the owner of Royal Casino sites and decided to ditch the royal-casino account and use my main account. This was only to separate business from speculation activities but it makes no difference here on this forum it seems. I will be running dice games and other sites from now on. Thanks

Can you update the op to mention that?

Anyways, congrats!

Hey nahtnam

I am the OP, i was using both accounts and was only trying to separate business with speculation but it doesn't make sense so i am ditching royal-casino member account

Oh ok, well you should remove the "#FOR SALE" part from the title if you didnt already.

1) Tx Fees making it too expensive,

This is a big issue, but its not that hard to get around. Just use a micro payments api OR at the end of every day, make one large send.

2) Bitcoin is much bigger, which means I am a much larger target to hackers, and it will cost more to keep funded.

I was botted, but it wasnt that bad. There are hundreds of other faucets so you wont really have to worry about it.

Were you able to actually make a profit from your faucet (and was it recently) or did you end up paying more than it was bringing in?

Truthfully, my goal wasnt really to make money. I think I gave away 0.1 BTC of my own money, but it was a fun experience. I am thinking of re-launching it soon!
1207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1,000,000 bits = 1 bitcoin. Future-proofing Bitcoin for common usage? VOTE on: May 24, 2014, 11:10:45 PM
I agree with your statements BUT, right now I much prefer decimal fractions. Its just what im used to.

The bit would still be a decimal fraction, such that if you wanted to you could do 1.30 bits. It'd be just like cash (you don't go say "this costs $99.391838923").

funny, but sometimes it does when you buy/sell order is filled by high frequency trading at the online brokerage (well, maybe few less integers to the right of the decimal, but much more than 2).  Smiley

Well in that case, why not update the main QT to support bits? Just simply make it so that in the setttings, if you choose bits it just converts the BTC into bits form...

1217  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Introducing Hive, a beautiful new wallet for Mac OS X on: May 21, 2014, 12:01:14 AM
Hey, dudes, I'd like to see my userpic in Hive from Gravatar. Any plans?

That's a pretty good idea. Would you mind adding it as an issue here?

https://github.com/hivewallet/hive-osx/issues?state=open

What about adding offline transactions?

Maybe! How do you see it working?

It wouldn't be that useful unless it for phones but, lets say I make a transaction but don't have an Internet connection. It would just wait until you got a good Internet connection and then would send the transaction.
1218  Economy / Auctions / Re: Auctioning Primedice.info on: May 20, 2014, 02:10:13 PM
Why dont you sell it to stunna??? And as you haven't received any bid for this, why dont you reduce its price?? I am interested in buying it at 0.015BTC

No thanks.

At this point, the auction is closed. I'll try to message Stunna.
