I don't understand why Zimbabwe performed so badly at the Zimbabwean venue where a team like Ireland won the T20I series and yet again managed to beat Zimbabwe miserably in the ODI match. Sikandar Raja is not able to perform himself well and also in bowling Zimbabwe is doing worse compared to Ireland. They were able to take this innings to 166 runs yesterday when Zimbabwe fell by four wickets for just 21 runs. But Ireland's innings target of 166 runs was not difficult to win. So I want to make one comment, unless there is some change in the Zimbabwean squad, it is not possible to get anything good in Zimbabwean cricket.

Zimbabwe cricket has been trying for a long time to develop their cricket but they are not able to do that. Earlier I heard that their cricket board is riddled with corruption. They are not able to motivate the players properly. Moreover, the cricket board doesn't get enough support. Now every Zimbabwean cricketer has to take responsibility if they can't keep cricket in good position then their cricket will be in dire straits. Since some of the players are not consistently performing well, there is definitely need for changes in the team. The cricket board must take a proper decision in this regard.
