The scale of global financial trade is truly breathtaking. The scale of global IT spend and IT spend within finance is truly breathtaking. The Blockchain is going to be one big mother ship of revenue and profit. I reckon around 0.1 km worth of Panamax ships full of $10 notes ok - so we still fail to see WHY decentalized bitcoin came about it the first place ... its do AWAY with all that crap in the first place ... the only reason WE are boggled by these numbers and figures is because WE will NEVER see these figures in the FIAT industry ... NEVER ... hence - bitcoin ... satoshi was not stupid ... a replacement for all those numbers and government controlled figures you guys were just spewing here? ... yup - he was on the right track alright ... but WE ( as a community ) STILL relate it all back to fiat ... o well ... #crysx You're right, it will take time for people to realise all the financial bloat is unnecessary now. A lot of those figures are just recycling the same 'money' around and around between the traditional finance players, but the figures are still mind blowing. Once crypto removes the need for 90% of the leeches the volumes will be much less, but the actual economic activity created will be much higher, and much more efficient. Global productivity will explode as people get fast cheap access to community driven credit. It'll be great to watch!

What about this 20% price decrease. Is this the usual market movement? Most of my other PoS coins do not show this kind of volatility.
More soft trolling from the DMD shill. Same thing over in the HYP thread. So pathetic. I agree, there's many explanations for the recent decline that have nothing to do with the long term health of TEK. Someone wanted/needed to cash out, lets hope they made a profit. Maybe their car broke down and needed fixing, who knows!! TEK is still my favourite PoS along with HBN

Synereo + Ethereum = <3
We are thrilled to help Ethereum develop their Proof-of-Stake mechanism using Synereo tech. Using our distributed protocol machine we can create an implementation of the Ethereum protocol that we can then run to individuate potential issues.
For more info visit our blog: http://blog.synereo.com/2015/07/23/Ethereum-+-Synereo/ Hey that's pretty cool, well done!!

Great News!Qora will be listed on CCEDK.com next week!We may also be able to get a listing on metaexchange.info, but we're still discussing the how's. A big thanks to Ronny @CCEDK, Ander and Vrontis for getting this all worked out. Once they have this all setup, I'm sure there will be another announcement, but I wanted to give everyone some advance notice so that we can give them some activity right off the bat! Maybe we can get BTer's withdrawal problems (aka teach them how to unlock their wallet) solved before then and those of us that have been stuck there for more than a month can move our funds over to CCEDK. Great news, well done everyone involved!!

Where is dev?
he's buying VTR on the cheap, no IPO, so staying quiet sometimes and accumulating is his best option to make $$$

I'd be very careful buying before any code is uploaded to git.
good advice, although BTM is a real bargain now, and coinsolidation is active again on slack

i'd certainly say tis unfair distribution if 7 stakes goto the 1 IP.
there are plenty of valid reasons for multiple stakes coming from 1 IP, so a fair and reasonable approach is to use multiple criteria to determine each case, not just IP address. what is worse for NEM; some guilty socks getting through, or some genuine stakeholders getting denied? if you think for a moment the answer is obvious

Could someone post a few nodes, I can't sync anymore (going through TOR) thanks

My friend is trying to install the wallet and has the same issues. Something i cannot figure. Anyone ? Joe ?
If it is helpful here is my output from getpeerinfo. You could try adding ip address to the config file using addnode to get connected. I'm not sure what is going on, I had no troubles getting connected but have experienced issues with other coins in the past. Whilst Vertoe is a talented developer and he contributed alot to Darkcoin, after seeing his personality he isnt someone I would invest in. He was just a dark dev and was power hungry at that.
He uses a scorched earth policy when he disagree's with something instead of keeping a cool head and discussing professionally, when he left Darkcoin he deleted all the hard work people had done translating the wallets into difference languages, shutdown sites and blatantly tried to cause as much damage as possible. This is not someone who I respect and would put my money into.
Think about once he gets bored or has enough with this project - delete, dump and walk away....all the best
'He...' I got the impression Vertoe was a 'she' Doesn't make any difference at all, but we might as well get the details of Vertoe's gender correct also, why pump too early? this is why so many alts fail, hype, bust, cycle. take a cold shower people

Whether it is a premium or discount, determines if the price will next go up or down. Same applies to everything, eg. Silvervault is currently selling physical silver that you can take delivery of (without extra cost), at less than the melt value of the silver. This would not exist if silver was in an uptrend. Btw not a terribly bad way to purchase your silver, as you can freely take delivery and tax-free carry it with you to any EUropean country. That makes sense, thanks! Good tip on the silver too
