542  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 04, 2013, 04:17:47 PM
Lophie, you're being an idiot and childish, and that's at best. You're going to look extremely foolish once the full story can be revealed.

If you aren't prepared to wait then hire a lawyer and have them speak to Neo, who have said they will do this. There are no excuses for not doing so if you're that unhappy. I also don't blame anyone for doing so - it's a fair thing to do, but your lawyer can only advise based on what they know, and they need to be aware of Neo's involvement and who Neo are.

Same goes for anyone else throwing accusations around but not actually doing anything about it for themselves. You're not dealing with any anonymous people here, unlike TradeFortress, BTCE or Labcoin.

Personally, and perhaps I speak only for myself, but I'm very thankful with have a major company helping ukyo on our behalf. How many other times has that happened when something has gone wrong?

You know what, ffssixtynine, I don't care if Lophie is being childish, and you're trying to derail the thread. The problem is ukyo stealing over a million dollars of coin, not someone making a poor choice in comments because they're frustrated about their loss. Trying to swap victimhood onto the thief while condemning the actual victim is pretty fucking repulsive and you should be ashamed of yourself, but of course you're not.

You spend a lot of time on here helping with delay tactics for ukyo. It's pretty obvious you're in cahoots.

Is anyone watching this thread in Texas?

If so, PM me.

545  Economy / Economics / Re: fiatleak - watch the world's currencies flow into BTC in realtime on: November 30, 2013, 11:56:25 PM
Quickly could somebody explain where the Bitcoin is 'leaking' to?

I thought the site was "fiat leak", not bitcoin leak.
546  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Closing bitstamp account on: November 30, 2013, 11:55:15 PM
Finally got a reply after 3+ days with instructions for shutting down my account. I've met all their requirements, so we'll see how long it takes for me to receive.
547  Economy / Economics / Re: fiatleak - watch the world's currencies flow into BTC in realtime on: November 30, 2013, 02:46:46 PM
Just discovered the site. I could watch it all day.  Smiley
548  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will bitcoin = public sector workers rioting?? on: November 29, 2013, 10:41:36 PM

Bitcoin is anarchist.

Exactly. A lot of people seem to miss that here. Bitcoin's roots trace back to Timothy May and the CryptoAnarchist Manifesto  -it was designed for the purpose of anarchy, not just as a better paypal like the Hawkers of the world would try to have you believe.

549  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will bitcoin = public sector workers rioting?? on: November 29, 2013, 09:52:00 PM
There are lots of pasrasites like Hawker who can make excuses for why its necessary to rob people to prop up the state. They are parasites, after all. They don't know how to create their own wealth, and think they are entitled to yours.

When cryptocoins make it harder for them to steal from you, they will come up with new justifications to outright rob you - violently, if necessary. Guys like Hawker think there is nothing wrong with holding a gun to your head to take your money, because they feel 100% entitled to it.

That's really what this thread is about - what will these nutjobs do when the state can no longer collect revenues for them?
550  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will bitcoin = public sector workers rioting?? on: November 29, 2013, 09:29:15 PM

Yes, i'm reading it now.....

Its just propaganda, fear and intimidation.

And the only thing i've learnt is that tax collectors are sneaky perverts.

Complete failures of humanity who get a power trip out of stealing other peoples wealth.

LOL...that's Hawker for you!
551  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Closing bitstamp account on: November 29, 2013, 08:50:59 PM
Ticket is still unresponded to after 2 days and 11 hours...  Undecided

Anyone know what's going on with bitstamp? Does it usually take them 2 1/2 days to respond to tickets?
552  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will bitcoin = public sector workers rioting?? on: November 29, 2013, 08:39:20 PM
Since I can't prove a hypothetical I'm not sure what you are looking for.  Do you agree that bitcoin provides protection from taxation called money printing?  Do you agree that seizing bitcoins is harder then seizing a bank account or cash?  Do you agree that the nature of bitcoin makes proving that someone owns any specific coins harder then proving you own money in a bank or cash under your mattress?  If your answer is YES then you already agree with
...  Bitcoin makes not paying them easier and also makes forcibly collecting them by governments much harder. ...
If your answer is NO then why?

Hawker is a government troll and you're wasting your time trying to talk sense into him. He's the type you're going to have to worry about when the governments collapse along with their phony fiat currency - a career parasite.
553  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will You Sell when BTC Hits $1,000? on: November 29, 2013, 07:40:34 AM

554  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will You Sell when BTC Hits $1,000? on: November 28, 2013, 10:18:57 PM
So who was enough stupid to sell ?

My plan was to sell bitcoins for litecoins when btc hit $1000, but the irony is that the opposite happened - the price of litecoin jumped up so fast before btc hit $1000 that I ended up selling litecoin for bitcoin instead.

At least you sold LTC at the top.

eh..I sold most around .035, so not quite the top. If they drop to .03, I'll probably buy them all back.
555  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Closing bitstamp account on: November 28, 2013, 07:17:12 PM
You'd think they'd at least send an email that they received my support ticket.

There is going to be widespread rioting and looting by public sector workers as the dollar and other fiat dries up. I posted about it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=350490

Be ready for the zombies (public sector employees)!!
