641  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Different PSUs for different GPUs on: June 23, 2011, 02:27:59 PM
Well when I did it (probably overkill), I cut the ATX off the cheaper second psu, wirenutted all of the grounds ( black ones) and then connected it to a ground on the host PSU, and then I connected the power circuit a green wire (google it) together on both so they both boot
642  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Different PSUs for different GPUs on: June 23, 2011, 01:57:28 PM
Just make sure you ground the second powersupply to the original or it will kill you gpu and MOBO
643  Economy / Economics / Re: Chargebacks. on: June 22, 2011, 06:26:14 PM
I heard that Ebay was nixing all BTC listings because it was having the chargeback issue with paypal, but I still plenty of listings up.  Can someone shed light onto this situation for me?

Ya I did this for a couple days, not worth it just sell in mtgox/tradehill

Its really easy to chargeback with paypal
644  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Using 2 PSU for one rig on: June 22, 2011, 04:57:53 PM
You need to properly ground the second psu or it will ruin your motherboard.

Hi,

I have never done it, but maybe you need to shortcut some pins
look here http://blog.zorinaq.com/?e=42, then scroll down until it says: Shorting Pins for "Presence Detection"

If it works you can send the BTC here: 1E3kex71ozqWdWuzKfemMJPDJhpdSKHmSw

 Cool

Very good attitude when asking for help.

Well i'm not sure what info you need, or is relevant/pertinent. I could tell you all sorts of stuff, but that probably wont help.

everything is running the way it should. I fail to see your issue

guiminer and GPU-z do not see this card

I don't think thats the case its showing up as display device on: vga, instead of generic non-pnp  monitor like the other 3.

What sort of info do you want...

+1 for new servers

Getting intermitant connection issues

Set a second miner for each gpu to another pool with lower -f value will roll over
660  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: 4 workers, how many different pools? on: June 16, 2011, 05:26:52 PM
