1101  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 19, 2016, 09:24:55 PM
Gold started at 1040 USD and today it's around  1240
Bitcon started at 400 dollar this year and today it's around 407

For me gold is not only better but also a more stable asset.
Yes people involving in bitcoin with main reason to get more money from it.
Everybody are blinded with previous success and expecting more rapid rise..
Gold is more secure and stable, and there is no chance to lose on value!
And if dropping in price you know this is just a shakeout.

Yes gold is the most trusted product worldwide and bitcoin is unstable and difficult to trust as anything is possible with its price, who wants to make safe investment will always choose gold.
1102  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: March 19, 2016, 09:23:01 PM
Yup it matters as much as you spend on your daily commodities, bitcoin is been traded all around the world and many people are using it.

When there is no price there is no way to use bitcoin for any kind of transaction. So yes it matters.
Both for the seller aswell as the buyer. They both need a price to agree upon.

Yes, for both of the parties a price is mandatory so they know against which value a trade can occur.
I believe the price being low or high is not important since a stable price is better then this fluctuation.

Its difficult to see stable price of bitcoin as for stable price we need more adoption as the market cap of bitcoin is too small at a moment, price would be stable if have more users.
1103  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: March 13, 2016, 01:22:00 PM
The best price were the last year around 300 dollars and had jumped into the current 400 soo between this ans above as could be hard to see this value gets lower with the such and short time moment to happen at bitcoin, sure some whales getting into altcoins to get even more btc,but well the market is very hot you can profit even buying and selling daily.

Yes, this is the good price to buy as the price is not too high at a moment, so if we buy at  a moment we can make some good money out of it at the time of halving, so anything around $400 is  good to buy.

Yeah, I think this is the best time to make some investments into bitcoins as price is too good to invest and you can expect some good returns by halving so investing for 4 months is the best thing at a moment.

Good decision to make mate, this price is really good to buy some bitcoins as we are seeing the debate going on bitcoin related to the price that it will  be much higher at the time of halving.
1104  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: March 13, 2016, 01:18:31 PM
If you google the tech about bitcoin you will find many information. Read it and try to understand the concept of bitcon.
Then you will have to decide, do you believe it will be the next generation payment item

It is already becoming one of the most widely used currencies worldwide and being used as a next generation payment system...
It is obvious one should believe in Bitcoins, but the only bad thing about it is, it is completely speculative and you don't know the price of BTC as to where it will stop, as it never stops...

Yes we cannot be sure about the price of bitcoins that where  it will land in future or what is the best price to buy or sell as price keeps on fluctuating but still have a great belief that it will be on the top in future.
1105  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: March 13, 2016, 01:15:28 PM
Not a lot. For me there are not enough shops i like that accept bitcoin.
I also don't own a lot of bitcoin (at this moment around 0.4 BTC) which i safely stored offline for future usage.

Yes hold it for next couple of months until the halving as price would be good at that time so don't spend it now, just keep it safe for future as you can sell it when the price is higher.
1106  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: March 13, 2016, 01:13:04 PM
Bitcoin is much safer and now also very easy to store. You can be robbed with cash and that is not good.
Bitcoin wallets are also very good to use and that is also very important for Bitcoin. And it is also free so that is very good.
But in bitcoin though never be safe, if you store your coin on online wallet it easly can be hacked. Cheesy
And also even in cold wallet can also be exposed to hacker attacks, no system is safe. Cheesy

Then why don't you try out paper wallets??? Wink
Bitcoins are by-far the most secure technology I have ever witnessed, and are obviously better than cash if compared in terms of being stolen...

Yes bitcoin is very safe as no one can steal your bitcoins very easily but if you ar holding cash in your wallet then it  can easily get stolen or get robbed but not the same goes with bitcoins.
1107  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: March 13, 2016, 01:10:17 PM
Selling now could potentially be the worst thing you can do. Remember the halving is coming.
And also the world economy's markets are changing. In a way i expect the markets to dissolve partly which gives room for bitcoin.

Yes i think that holding the coins till the next halving at least will be the best choice.
We predict that Bitcoin's price will rise after the next halving.

Yeah holding at a moment can be profitable in future, selling at a moment will not give you best returns but if you wait for next couple of months then you can make good money from it.
1108  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: March 13, 2016, 01:08:13 PM
They wont be controling the bitcoin ,just the porfolio each one has will be exposed,to them, soo you can keep trading the same way you do now but knowing that they governement knows what you are doing ,and wont block your funds asking were the money came from.

Bitcoin is not just about trading.  Roll Eyes
It is about a lot more than that, and the government may not like it. They lose control over the flow of money. You can easily send your bitcoins out of the country and the government can do nothing about it.

That's true and that is the reason they are not supporting bitcoins as they don't have any control over it, as whatever amount you hold in your wallet no one would be aware about it that what exact amount of bitcoin you have.
1109  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: March 13, 2016, 01:03:55 PM
Its good to not sell any coin now. There is no reason to that so that is very smart. And the value is not that high now.
We all hope that the value will rise in the future and that we can all sell it with profit that will be so nice.
yeah I think the price is not too high. so better save your bitcoin now. except if you need money urgently. you can sell at any price. with calendar notes above $ 400

This is also a better price for selling, previously we sat around the range of $380 for a long time. Now other than the requirement holding of the bitcoins is the best to get good profit on halving.
it can be done by selling now. if you buy it when the price of bitcoin $380 but that price has been long time ago. most people buy at a price of about $420. same as me. so they have to hold

Yes, if you want to earn good extra profit then you should hold it for the halving as bitcoin's position would be better at the time of halving so it is recommended to hold your bitcoins and sell it at the time of halving.
halving will happen four months. I think if prices rise. you can immediately resell. i think hold of now is still too long.
so did trade a few more times. better and maybe you can get a lot of profit

Keep on selling on regular intervals as only holding will not be profitable in long run, I keep on selling my coins whenever I am in need of money so it is recommended to spend your bitcoins.
1110  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: March 13, 2016, 12:56:42 PM
I will never quit my job for bitcoins, and if I does then I am taking a huge risk with my family as there is no security for future if you are only earning with bitcoins as you don't know where bitcoin will stand in future.
agree there is no guarantee for the future of bitcoin besides income or salary in bitcoin will not be stable and fix in Every month could go up or down. so if you have your responsibilities as a family better to work in a real job. do not leave it mate

Yeah, cannot afford only to rely on bitcoin, as if it doesn't survive in future then that would be the worst scenario as you don't have any other source to earn money so its better that we keep on working on both.
1111  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: March 13, 2016, 12:50:25 PM
Paper money is more durable than electronic money. Obviously, you cannot accept electronic money any place that is not specifically set up to take it, or when power or internet is out. I'm not sure you'll ever eliminate physical currency for that reason.

I agree with you, especially in my country there are many place that hard to get internet. So paper money very usefull on that place. I think paper money will permanent in some place.
Paper money will never die it will always exist majority of people will continue to use fiat in future too as they find it easy an convenient and using bitcoin is something really complicated for them.
1112  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: March 13, 2016, 12:45:56 PM
Who knows..it's can be SO different after halfing i don't even know what we will get. It can be so high price or not. But anyway we all hope that we will be rich with our coins in future.

I think that the next halving will help to stabilize the Bitcoin's price and also getting it higher level, so more users will start supporting it worldwide.
LOL bitcoin price it will be difficult to stabilize it may take centuries mate because the fluctuation is inherent in bitcoin. if the fluctuations disappear certainly trader do not like it

Its fluctuating so much because of the halving and all bitcoin hasnt been mine yet, when all the bitcoin has been mine eventually we will see a stable price in the market.

I don't think so, bitcoin price is not going to be stable even after halving, it will always keep getting high or coming low, as @betohell said if the price of bitcoin gets stable then what the traders will do after that?

Price stability depends on user base and the market cap, and at a moment the market cap of bitcoin is too small so you cannot expect stable price in it, if adoption goes to next level then we can expect price stability.
1113  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 13, 2016, 12:43:04 PM
I would keep larger amount of money in Gold but have some (not that much) in btc as well Smiley
If I had hmm 10k USD, I would buy 2BTC and for rest buy a gold for example Smiley

Gold is always good as an investment as you can expect better returns from it in future, no doubt its bit time consuming but you can afford to wait for a long time if you are getting some benefits from it.
1114  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: March 13, 2016, 12:40:31 PM
I'm better save my money because it's much safer than investing.
By save my money, I can collect bank's interest for every year meanwhile investing is risky ( can scam without being expected )

Better collect a bit rather than loss at the end !
yeah agree with you. save while continuing to collect bitcoin is the best way. because the investment that has a large profit. have the possibility of large scam
we can not know when it will be scam

Saving is good but it will pay you in peanuts as you cannot expect a huge from it, everything is limited when it comes to savings, but if you take ar risk and invest your money then your can expect higher returns in future.
1115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MOST COMMON MISTAKES OF A NEWBIE on: March 13, 2016, 12:37:41 PM
The most common mistake done by a newbie is they start using their  bitcoin on gambling as they want to multiply their coins in a short time and gradually end up loosing everything, so it is recommended to stay away from gambling.
1116  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: March 13, 2016, 12:34:46 PM
In my opinion the simplest way you can invest in Bitcoin is to buy some bitcoins and now buying BTC is simpler than ever. If u wish to earn more bitcoins with coins u have then u have several options. In my case its gambling, for now. I`m thinking about cloud mining, a lot of people make money that way as I see.

My suggestion is u to try everything with small amounts, and when u find a way that suits u hit it hard!

I don't think that gambling or investing in the cloud mining sites is the best suggestion to invest the coins there. Gambling is so risky, and most likely we will lose there instead earning, and the so called "cloud mining" most of them are just ponzi schemes.

Yeah cannot afford to trust this sites as majority of them are ponzi if I have to invest my money into bitcoins then I would surely buy bitcoin using fiat at a moment and will hold it for next couple of months for price rise.
1117  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: March 13, 2016, 12:31:48 PM
Not the profitable price to sell, will hold for the future as I have faith that the price would be much higher at the time of halving so can afford to wait till then and not selling at a lower price.
