461  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: August 07, 2016, 03:23:36 PM
These days I am very active on trading of altcoins and some trades of me was made so nice profit for me, I think if we had good resource to get some inside news than trading would be helpful to generate very good profit, after this I am buying some stuff for me from online stores.

well, pretty much agree with this. trading altcoin is very profitable activity to get some good profit now adays. specially investing in these new altcoins which have their ICO running. buying coins for cheap in their ICO and selling them in the exchange is really a profitable thing. but always invest what you can afford. some time an altcoin can dumped so badly.

You need to invest in altcoin that holds a good reputation and will survive for a long term, and before investing you need to do great level research to avoid losses.
Yes, trading is one best to earn bitcoin but it's depends on how many bitcoin you invest in the project, say that we have invest little bitcoin in the project it's sure that you earn is little to but if you more bitcoin it's a sure that you can make more bitcoin in that project, the more bitcoin you invest the more you bitcoin you earn but make if you invest more bitcoin in the project make sure it's a trustworthy and know how to uplift the project.

Higher investment will give you higher profits, so if you invest big in trading then you will also earn huge profits even with a small price movement but its also an risky affair.
Yup it's true that's why we need to consider carefully whether we participate or not there, we need to think first before we invest because if you invest in the wrong project it's possible to lose your bitcoin, that's why we need to think first before you invest.

Higher profits will take you to higher risks also. And that my friend should be considered. Are people who are going to take the risk that strong to wait for a month or a year to maximize the profit. I cant think of a person that have that lot of patience anymore. All are trying to win it in a blink.

If you want to make profits then you need to take that risk, as higher rewards comes with higher risks, and if you are not a risk taker then its better to stay away from it.
462  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise? on: August 06, 2016, 01:11:26 PM
Should I sell my BTC or wait till it goes up and why do you think it will go up?

You could invest some of your btc to earn more.  Or you could just keep it and wait for the price to go up.  And it will surely goes up because bitcoin now is becoming famous and more investors are after it.  Bitcoin is the well-known cryptocurrency right now.

As the bitcoin price has dropped quite a lot recently., it might be a good time to buy some bitcoin now.

I have bought some bitcoins at the price just below the current levels. I think it will rise to 700 dollars soon.

Yeah price has started to recover again and may be next 2 to 3 months we will see bitcoin touching to the price of $700 or even above that, patience would be the key to earn higher profits.
463  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 2000 $ possible ? on: August 06, 2016, 01:09:44 PM
This year? No. Next year? No. The other year? No. No. In five years? Maybe.

Max price that bitcoin can handle is like 700-750$ for now. It won't sustain more than that because there will be people selling shitloads of coins. Don't forget 800$/900$+ Buyers from the Gox incident.

People will start selling their coins when they will see the price of $800 and I think that is the right thing to do as if you will not sell then how you will taste the profits.
464  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: August 06, 2016, 01:07:38 PM
Buy or develop your own time machine and go back to 2008 and mine BTC on the computer at your mothers house in the basement
You don't need to go back from the time that bitcoin is low, you just need to work for it if you want to be rich, there is no easy to be rich imho and not only bitcoin give you oportunity to become rich.
A person must not be an empty dream. A person should have specific plans for the future. Then, there is a high probability that the person in the future will get exactly what he wants. The same can be said obitkoin. You do not need much to be an impossible dream. We need to work and be able to think properly.
As long we are realistic with our dreams we can rich it in the future, if we dream that the price of bitcoin will increase because we have invested their a good amount of money then your dream is too realistic because we know that once a massive adoption is achieve the price will increase accordingly.

If you have a plan to get rich with bitcoin then you need to hold huge number of coins as no one is sure what price it will hold in future but price will surely go higher in future.
yeah you are right and i also recommend that if you want to get rich then hold your bitcoin.

I have hold my bitcoin for more than 3 years. The price has risen many times already. But it is still low.

You should have sold some of them when it touched $780 last month to secure some profits but you have great level of patience to hold it for more then 3 years.
Well, you cannot blame the guy, he has a goal in his investment and holding bitcoins for long term is very hard to do as it require a lot of discipline and the fact that the price has substantially increase from the last 3 years the amount of your bitcoin has already appreciated and you could still sell it for profit.

If everyone will keep on holding their coins without spending then how can you expect higher price of bitcoin? You should play with it regularly to earn regular profits.
465  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 06, 2016, 01:05:41 PM
If you want to earn Bitcoin without actively doing anything you probably mean either loaning with interest or just asking for free money. You can not earn money doing nothing. You can try signature campaigns, they pay you for posting, that is almost like doing nothing, so there you go. If you want to earn doing nothing open a loan service and give loans with interest if you already have some Bitcoins, that is the only way.

The income from the signature campaign is quite low, you need to be a senior member or higher to earn decent money.
If there are people who has system trading, they can be steady income on bitcoin. And they can get bitcoin by signature campaign too, it is more better than get bitcoin one way only.

Signature campaign will help you in earning steady income but you cannot expect the same from trading as there is no guarantee of making profits every time.
466  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: August 06, 2016, 01:04:02 PM
Trading and investing are both good to do . Be careful on the investment site attendance for much of releasing scam sites especially in investment . But if you do not want to run the risk of investment site better trading diligence and perseverance just to earn . The investment that you earn departure times and think of others .
Unfortunately both investing and trading have their own risks. Investment has the risk of losing money and in this forum we have seen some types of such scams before, however trading you have the risk of losing money but at least in trading you have the chance of learning compared to investing.

Yeah trading gives you an opportunity to earn some good money on regular basis and even if you loose money at any point there is always an chance to recover it in future.
yes that is right to say but think that both trading and investment have their own merit and demerits, we cannot ignore the importance of one, to me in present time investment in bitcoin will be more profitable because the price of bitcoin is really attractive and the price have to raise again in next few days therefore i can suggest to my friends to invest in bitcoin instead of any where else.

Yeah investing in bitcoin at a moment is the right thing to do as price is low now so its a good time to make some investments to enjoy higher profits in future.

That is right. The price of bitcoin at around $560 is very good price to buy. The price will be over $1000 next year.

Price may touch to $1k in future or even it can go down drastically, nothing can be assured when it comes to bitcoin and that is the reason it makes bitcoin more exciting.
467  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 06, 2016, 01:02:29 PM
Spending bitcoin is difficult at a moment, the reason is lack of offline stores and also the price is not too good at a moment, will wait for the right time to spend.
468  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 06, 2016, 01:00:50 PM
if i get 10 btc then i will start trading with 1-3 btc and rest of btc will remain in my separate wallet for the wait of increase in price and then sell .
i think you can invest more in trade cause this time the price are getting low... incase if this remain for long time then the amount in trade will help to increase you BTC,so you need to invest more in trade

Do good homework before you get into trading business as its not easy to make profits from it if you have lack of knowledge related to market trends.
469  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: August 06, 2016, 12:59:10 PM
in my country i can use BTC for recharge of mobile phone and some governmental works... so i use my btc for recharge and invest some in trade

You mean mobile recharge from offline shop or doing it online? As in my country I don't have any single shop where I can spend my coins to buy anything.
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your money aim? At which point you would go in "retire"? on: August 06, 2016, 12:57:44 PM
The day I would be holding 100 btc in my wallet at the same point of time I will retire from my job as 100 btc is more then enough for me to live luxury life.
471  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: August 06, 2016, 12:55:51 PM
Bitcoin holds multiple benefits and people uses it according to their convenience and the advantage that best fits them, its difficult to point single benefit of using bitcoin.
472  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will bitcoin reach 500 USD again ? on: August 05, 2016, 01:57:59 PM
I notice this thread was just last year 2015 and yes, for now the price of $500 was already reached and even surpassed. That concludes that this thread is giving us a conservative projection, and normally when we are not too confident to see it, it normally happens. So in overall, I think the question would be after the $500 will it reach to $1,000?

I don't think that price will fall to $500, price is recovering now sow we can expect higher price in coming months and maximum it can achieve in this year is $800 not more then that.
473  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 05, 2016, 01:51:54 PM
I used to buy my bitcoins each fortnight on payday but the fees add up over a year of doing it that way so i now op to get paid about half my wage directly in btc, no more fees  Smiley
That is a good move for you, buying is too expensive while if you can earn it the better, we should focus on our way to earn bitcoins rather than buying if we don't really need that much. We only buy more bitcoins if we will use it as our capital in doing day trading and investing a huge amount of money.

Focus on earning not on buying?? If all people will do that, then the price will not move. Smiley

Please keep in mind that price is moving because dollars are inserted and circulating in the bitcoin market. Without it no such price fluctuations will happen.

Price has gone down now so I think many people will prefer to buy with this price which will eventually take price again higher, so its better to wait and watch the price movements.
474  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: August 05, 2016, 01:46:53 PM
If you currently have bitcoin, I think it's not the time to sell nor to buy. It's the time to wait. If you don't have any bitcoins, you might wanna fill in your stash because BTC is currently recovering from the previous price decrease. After a few days/week, you'll get your profit. The profit would depend on how long you wait and how much did you invest initially.

You should buy some coins at this stage as price is below $600 and its a perfect price to make some investment into it as price will reach to a new level in coming months.
475  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: August 05, 2016, 01:44:46 PM
i still believe in fiat, because in my offline life, there is no store that receive bitcoin as payment. because bitcoin still not accepting by every country and there are a few country that already accepting bitcoin as their payment. and if bitcoin is available on every store in my country, then maybe i use fiat as my investment  Grin
Of course, the same with my country there are not much stores that are accepting bitcoins, if I cannot use fiat then I could not survive living in our country, bitcoin is just good for online transactions and investment as well but the truth is we need the two, fiat and bitcoins.
and that is the problem of every country, may be there are few states where there will be some shops where people are accepting bitcoin in their shop, like in Brazil there are some shops where they accept bitcoin for shopping, and same is the problem in my country, i think fiat money is the main important thing in our life, with our which we cannot even thing about life, therefore i do believe on bitcoin ,

Fiat is really important part of our lives as it can be easily used everywhere and same doesn't go with bitcoin at a moment as the usage of bitcoin is very limited.
476  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 05, 2016, 01:42:17 PM
Hello All,

What you think is the best investment to gain steady income in btc without actively doing anything?
So no trading/gambling/loaning etc.

Steady income more likely to be 'small & secure' than 'big & risky'.

Thanks,
BR Oinas

If you want your income 'small & secure' instead of 'big & risky' the only possible way I can see is holding your coins because Bitcoin has proved to be a good investment by itself.

That's true you need to save it for future to earn safe profits from it but you can also try your luck on trading with small amount to grow your coins in your wallet.
477  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 05, 2016, 01:37:52 PM
Do you use bitcoin as currency? Or you use bitcoin as investment? Or both?
I use bitcoin as currency and i never sell my bitcoin, but i prefer to use bitcoin when price is rising Grin

So, how about you?

Men i use my bitcoin as investment but planing to use it as a currency too in future

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Bitcoin is a currency and it should be used like an currency but the fact is most of the users are treating it as an investment and the only reason behind it is they don't have any scope of spending it at a moment.
478  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: August 05, 2016, 01:34:27 PM
Right now i am earning close to 0.01btc per weak with my signature campaign but i just dont know what to do with them.

If you really don't know what to do with your money, donate them.
And I will not say to donate to me. There are plenty of organizations that are doing good or help the needy and they could use more funds.
Yes, I know, this means some research, since not too many actually accept Bitcoin...

Why not just save them? There is no reason to use them right away. Wait a year or two, there will be more shops around to spend them in the future. And also the value will propably rise in the next years.

I haven't heard about too many charities accepting bitcoins as donation. Might be different in US though.

I will never donate my hard earned coins in charity, instead I would prefer to save it for future as everyone is aware that bitcoin has great future ahead holding higher price.
479  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: August 05, 2016, 01:32:20 PM
That's going to be for sure in the future look at what did happened to bitcoin for the past days it really fall on it's stable price and but look what happened it is shining again. So, for sure it is going to have something to do with the good effect of it in the year of 2017. Just keep on believing and for sure it is going to be worth it.

It's just a price decrease because there is a reason so I don't considered that scene as a falling one. If the price decrease without any such possible reasons and really dropped for a larger margin then that was the time I have to think about my position.

Well 2017 is just another year of bitcoin, nothing new.

Yes and bitcoin will keep on moving as it has been doing so far and we cannot expect any big miracle in the next year, and only  time will show what position it will hold in next year.
The only important thing is we have survive the big crisis this year, and from this moment I guess 2016 alone is already a year of bitcoins. We have a lot of time left before the end of this year, and how much more if we surpass the $1,000 this year, that would be great right?

Most of the users are holding their coins to sell at the price when it touches to $1k and everyone is hoping to see that price at the end of this year but I still feel that we need to wait longer to see that price.
480  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: August 05, 2016, 01:28:42 PM
Hello guys,

how many of you are earning for living just with bitcoin based projects? If some of you do, can you contribute what do you do?

At list i can eat well and dress well because of bitcoin
how i get my own bitcoin is applying for loan from people or any bitcoin P2P loan site and if i get funded i use it for many types of biz and repay back with interest (i gain mostly but i also lose but that does not make me give up) Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Bitcoin is the best

If you are depending on bitcoin by applying for loan the you cannot expect to earn a living with it, to a living with it you need to have stable income from it.
