I really think if one large enough company started to accept bitcoin and gave some sort of advantage to using it (free shipping, 5% off on all bitcoin purchases) then it would give people an incentive to actually buy some bitcoin. Then if bitcoin speculators saw this and pulled or raised their sell orders, price could go up very quickly. I think the hardest part of educating the public is being done on a daily basis and is greatly helping with the potential for a big rise in value even if only some new people come aboard.

Definitely. At the very least you could get spot price, which right now is around $21, so about $105.  But you should be able to always get at least some premium over spot for maples.

That is actually a decent price, only about $2 more than at JM Bullion.  If your trying to buy and sell them quickly, that probably wont happen, although theres lot of talk about global financial crisis sending PM's skyhigh.  I think it is a possiblilty.

But, if you are looking at silver, I'd say definitely stick with the government minted coins (Maples, Eagles, Philharmonics), they will always be easiest to sell if you need to, and will get you the best premium over spot.

Dragging this out? Once the escrow was set up you asked for confirmation of the escrow address and features of the phone which you could have googled amd figured out in minutes. Shipping and delivery dates had already been confirmed. If you are not interested thats fine. Please stop with this back and forth though, cause now I've only been wasting my time dealing with you.

Dailydogecoin.com has not paid and appears to be backing out based on his most recent message. Phone is still up for sale unless he comes through with the agreed upon sale. I asked him to message DannyHamilton if he is backing out so as not to waste any more of his time.

USPS Priority Mail w/ tracking provided, usually 2-day, it will depend on where he is in the US.  If payment is made tonight I can ship tomorrow and expected delivery will be tues-wed.  0.95 includes shipping costs.

Late delivery and failure to deliver should not be issues, but if they were I would cancel the transaction.

If buyer backs out or cancels I would hope he would let me know as soon as possible.

Still awaiting confirmation if he wants me to inspect the phone and provide pics of seal being carefully removed and all equipment inside, as well as verification of IMEI and warranty date.

But with mainstream acceptance, naturally loads more people will be acquiring BTC.  So I would think that would cause value to rise.  Then once acceptance has grown to a large enough level, I imagine the price would stabilize.

Yeah I wont be posting the actual IMEI, because this phone has never been registered or activated I dont know what someone could do with it.  I will blot it out though and post the results showing it to be a genuine phone.

Yes, especially once a 100% legit US base exchange (potentially this is where the wall st money will go) is opened.  That will help people obtain BTC and start using it day to day.  The limited nature of BTC will also help drive the value up.

Ok, checking the imei should settle any questions about authenticity also.  I forgot but will post a ss of that later with the warantee check also.

Its not too hard to spot a fake though, the charge port is different on fakes, it will be missing UL approval stickers and there are other pretty easy differences to spot, although I am 100% certain this is not fake.

I know right, I mean its pretty easy to spot a scammer on here, they would be a newbie posting a phone like this for $300, have a 2 post count, and never respond to any pm's.  Not to mention I already have good trust ratings for selling other samsung gear on here!!!

This article gives a very concise, but accurate history of bitcoin, and what is going on with it right now.  I definitely agree that it is currently on track to start lowering debit/credit card/cash use by large amounts.  Also I have seen coinbase now allowing merchants who go through them have the option to give bitcoin paying customers a % discount on their puchases, giving an incentive for people to pay with BTC.  This I think could really start getting people interested.

Anyway, I think hes right about the "venture capital" phase being just about complete, allowing the "wall street" phase to begin this fall/winter.  It is interesting times coming in the near future no doubt!
