The Dev is an Elektron Releasing Group. ERGs release Elektrons into reaction centers known as Mining Pools and as such stabilize Elektron Deficient Carbocations, or wallets. An example of my favorite electron releasing group is known as an alcohol group. I will be tipping one to celebrate the ERG activity. There are other chemistry/cryptocurrency analogies but this parallel inference was too easy to ignore.

so the smolter displays the sum of all your gpus.
I'm testing it on Nicehash and getting a lot of discarding stale work and NONCE overflows and a few Error 23: Share above target

Next build is out, with more work on Stratum. Tested only with single 280x, but those cards should work: Juniper (6770, 6750, 5750, 5770) Pitcairn (7850, 7870, Curacao: 265, 270, 270X) Tahiti (7870, 7950, 7970, 280, 290X) Tonga (285) Thanks for your efforts. What command line settings work for 280x please?

Another shitcoin ico? I bet c-cex will host it and then all the shitcoins will be sold in a couple of hours. Of course then it'll die and burn in hell...
Say whatever you want but I netted over 7 fold on my investment in CYP. Let's see if DRZ can do that.

Thanks, Dev, for a great coin!

Very expensive 100M rig on miningrigrentals.
Yeah, they're nuts.

What Algo?
Supposed to be qubit. I heard it was to be darkqubit. It imitates an efficient algorithm by fooling its users because it doesn't utilize the registers adequately. Oh, wait...

The PoW is a joke for this coin. Why did you even bother with it dev?
The PoW phase is meant for miners to have a chance at getting some PRO and joining the community. Except for the poor butt-hurt saps who started mining at POW phase opening because of the stealthy announcement that the first 150 blocks had a zero coin value. They decided to leave the community.
|
|
|
Dev, next time you launch a coin please place the coin reward structure in the OP. Announcing a post on page 2 about zero reward for first 150 blocks is somewhat inconsiderate.

What block does block reward kick in?

new wallet will not update. I followed directions. Gets stuck at about 10000 blocks left.

My config will get a 280x = 5.5Mh/s

Which algo is the most (top 3) user friendly to mine (lowest GPU temp, lowest power consuption)?
Definitely Fresh QUBIT FRESH? What's that? Never heard of this algo...Which coin(s) are FRESH? What about Qubit - top 3 qubit coins? That's not your question. The question was "Which algo is the most (top 3) user friendly to mine (lowest GPU temp, lowest power consuption)?" You didn't ask about familiarity.

get some HW error after a few day I have try used many setting with -w -X gpuengne and memclock but still got HW error setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
sgminer.exe -k zr5 -o stratum+tcp://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc:2257 -u ziftrcoin.1 -p x -w 256 -g 2 -X 1024 --gpu-powertune 20 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1500 --lookup-gap 2 only use: sgminer.exe -k zr5 -o stratum+tcp://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc:2257 -u ziftrcoin.1 -p x -w 256 -i 18 When i am home i will send u my .conf file, this because i dont put this information into the .bat file. atm i am at work till 22:00 gmt+1 I see that you also only have hardware errors with gpu0. The mind boggles. Surely an answer is forthcoming.

I'll crosspost here since I am getting no response in the mining forum:
Wolf0,
I am using the Ziftr miner on 6 different rigs. These rigs all have AMD 14.6 or 14.7 installed so I put the 15.3b drivers in your miner folder. After about 18 hours of running with no reboots (yea!) each rig has multiple hardware errors and it is ALWAYS and ONLY gpu 0. Does that mean anything to you?
I am using Tahiti cards, 1050/1500, xI 1024, w 256, g 2
Please advise.

qubit is a good algo does anybody have any good settings for 280x and 270x sgminer v5.0

14.7 vs 15.3b DRIVERS -- First, version 14.7 drivers are Linux, and contemporary with 14.6 Windows drivers. I run my 280x cards on Linux, and if I let them run for 18 hours, it is a long run. I usually am forced to reboot by the power switch because sgminer will not close out cleanly. During the last few hours of a 15-18 hour run, performance drops dramatically. The longer it drops, the more likely it is that the rig will need a hard (power switch) reboot. Many times I can only run for a few hours. The performance is similar over several algos, Lyra2, x11, whatever. --scryptr Interesting. I almost never have to hard reboot my rigs. The performance I am getting from Wolf0's latest ZR5 miner is the same as when I started it. Few rejects. I am mainly concerned about the hardware errors only from gpu 0 when none of the others are affected. It seems like this pattern should be able to be addressed logically. Having said that, I am going to hard reboot each one and see what happens over the next 24 hours.
