You problem is your so entrenched in the status quo, you'd be happy if the coin continued as it as Which is silver to Monero's Gold. I don't hear anything innovating from you. How do you propose to promote BBR? How do you propose to raise BBR's market cap? All I hear from you are rude comments when anybody disagrees with you. The way you wax poetic about the Boolberry name makes you sound like a biblical fundamentalist. I don't see anything constructive coming out of your mouth.
There are others trying to do something positive to move this coin forward, and you doing nothing but gripe about the goddam name, and putting people down that don't share your opinion. While I agree you have the right to oppose a name change, you’re not the only one this coin effects. OK WE GET IT already! You want to keep the name, now shut up and let’s move on!
You and sussex seem have no respect for CZ and what he puts into this coin, it’s like you'd rather see the coin destroyed before you'd let it be renamed. Really? Can't you think of just one other name other than Boolberry that you like? Why are you so disaffected by change? Well, since you ask............ CZ is a top notch dev, a reasonable guy (most of the time) and clearly committed - I respect him hugely for all of this, he does the work of three devs. However, I'm not so sure he's cut out to be a promotional guru as well, that would be asking for too much. This is where, in my and other's opinion, there is/was a weakness in the management of Boolberry and virtually all other coins. That is all I have been trying to say. Your reasoning that I cannot have respect for CZ is unsound, mis-judged, partisan and very slightly insulting - are you sure you read my posts? Edit: Also slapper's posts don't help - perhaps if he could just ease up on the "fag" accusations..... or at least find a synonym? |

If boolberry wins, and defeats the old name of boolberry, I suggest the following:
A short, cute nickname for the coin:
Easier to use in a sentence (written/spoken/heard) than "boolberry".
A cute memory device recalling fond memories of the name boolberry.
An in-joke/badge for "founders" and old-timers, like "you don't even know what it means, but I do" (kind of like, "I have more posts than you do, so I'm better/my opinion counts more/etc")
A hook for people who like new things.
See, the short, cute nickname has something to offer everyone.

I think your last 50 posts have been about how you like Boolberry. It is pretty obvious that you like Boolberry. Please give it a rest and do not stifle opinions. It was cute the first 48 times. Hi Guys I think we are losing focus here, Tech comes 1st 2nd and 3rd in the big list of what is important. I'd love to see this many contributed suggestions to improve implement new tech, its obvious that a lot of people have spent time and effort thinking about the re-branding issue. I don't like some of names put forward but so what, big deal it doesn't give me the right to belittle the person who suggested it. I encourage everyone to suggest there choice of name, and ask everyone else to respect there effort in doing so. A simple +1 or -1 is a fair and valid response instead of some rant declaring the poster is some kind of mental midget. My suggestion was Aardvark..... which would a least be great fun on speak like a Pirate day, if nothing else. So come on lets start looking and acting like a community of mature adults who exchange ideas without resorting to name calling and other childish behavior, they still have school yards for that. Respect yourself respect others. Jon aardvark is genius. always first on the list of coins. a long tongue to suck the transactions from the mempool into the block. A bushy tail to obscure anyone trying to look into the blockchain. Plus we can have giveaways at zoos and spread the word.
