I like the new approach we're starting to see too, though. Presales used to give smaller investors the chance to get in. Either by proportionally dividing everyone's max buy-in (ZRX, Gimli, Kyber) or by capping the buyin of registered users (ICON)
From what I've seen, Real pre-sale included, is that the pre-sales have nothing to offer for the small investor. They are geared towards the big fish and used to draw the attention of the rest of the investor pool. Real had a huge minimum buy-in for the pre sale. I like the idea of smaller investors being included in the pre sales but the former is much more useful for the business.

I like the idea of big investors during the pre-sale. Huge amounts are better to start this project!
If the pre-sale goes well with big investors that means its a solid project so there will be a very good ICO.

I don't think offering multiple incentives to whales during pre-sales is ideal. A lot of this whales just pump and dump ICO projects cos they can get major bonus from investing early. they usually have little interest in what the companies are offering. Anyway, I know that's not the case with real, due to the nature of what they INTEND TO DO. This is more of a long term investment, and the passive income it provides will pique several interest.

Some of the whales may be hedge funds or better yet institutional investors. Long term hodl-ers are great for price stability, but it must be expected that some of the whales are traders too.

right now the real estate business is a lot of devotees. I think the developers exactly make the concept of a project like this
hopefully the investors will be many who are interested to entrust their capital here

Yes, the more they can raise, the bigger real estate they can start with.

in my calculation, they will reach minimum 50% - 60% of soft cap. but, looking back to the road map, they can reach soft cap before token sale end.

I wouldn't be surprised to see that because they have a good vision and experienced team.

The amount they're asking is pretty high. They're going to need some more marketing on this. It's not unreachable but only projects that manage to get the word out will be able to reach their targets.

Despite the value you want to achieve, it is a solid company in a promising segment, it makes me think that even in the last hours there will be great demand for tokens. The project is very much accompanied by many at the moment and causes great impact by the precocious fame. I would not want to miss this chance.

Marketing is important, for example, Atlant was unknown for me, and REAL was waaay more popular, but now Atlant has gain popularity because it's been in a LOT more places and news and blogs, etc. marketing is key for any project to succeed, REAL is similar to Atlant, but better, so REAL has the potential to be greater, they just need a little more publicly, and they are set, they would reach the hard cap in the procees.

This project is actually doing pretty well.
The hard cap is huge but overall you can do something with 10.000.000 $

Hey guys.  Just saw this project today and I'm very interested in it.  However, when I try to goto the website it refuses to even let me read the whitepaper because I live in the US?  I also tried to watch the video to gain more insight but youtube says the video is unavailable now.  Did I miss something where it is restricted to americans?

I agree about the hard cap that's pretty huge but, in Real Estate thing you need high investments as their cost is also very high.

10 m $ is a pretty huge amount. The experienced Real team can do great things with that I think. First step is to find the first REAL office in november. But I think we can reach the hard cap and have more capital to invest. All that real offer to us Is solid and the roadmap is great, a lot of investors have understand that and continue to come.
REAL has a bright future, I Will hold my token for a long time ...

As far as I know I have never heard about the US banning any kind of crypto ICOs..  I know china just recently said they are going to ban them but they have yet to release more information about it.   The error message it is giving me says, "US or Singapore citizens will be able to access website after Token Sale." And the first video does not work.  Does it work for you guys?

Actually real started with a great publicity campaign. At start there was real everywhere. But now it lost some momentum. I believe team would make some more push regarding to publicity incoming days.

Well China is actually banning ICO's (for now, they will regulate ICO's according to some rumors)
Real doesn't have any issues with their ICO as they are EU based.
I do expect regulations coming in sooner than later.

There has been a statement from melissa. They banned US investors from the ICO. You might have to wait till the tokens hit the exchanges if you want to get some.

The recent American SEC statement regarding ICO's concerns americans and companies rising funds from americans. We are not accepting american investors and are based in Singapore.

Best,

Melissa
