1142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 31, 2023, 08:23:45 PM
In terms of ball possession, it looks almost the same for both teams and it is very natural that both of them still haven't scored a goal because they both have a better defense. But if you look at the time, which is still quite long, because now the match has just entered its 57th minute, these two teams still have the same chance of winning if one of them makes a fatal mistake. Because the strength they have shown so far is also almost the same so that these two teams are also very close in the La Liga standings.
These two teams have the same statistics, namely the number of goals scored and the number of goals conceded in their last 26 matches. But considering that Mallorca is playing at home, their chances of winning the match look better than Osasuna. Statistics show that Mallorca has had several chances to score, but so far they have not scored. I wouldn't think it would be weird if this match ended in goalless draw, it's a possibility.

Without many mistakes, I think it's safe to say that Barcelona will win this match. The odds are reasonable, but I really hope this match isn't as easy as most people think.
The overall performance by elche was the main thing that makes me doubt if it will be a tough game for barcelona. barcelona may not able to perform with some important players like dembele or gavi but barcelona is still having very good secondary player that has almost the same skill to them. Since barcelona was always winning in the el classico against real madrid in la liga and it was also boosting the confidence of player to win upcoming match.

Elche is the weakest club in la liga while barcelona is the strongest one. I doubt if barcelona will be so difficult to win against elche. I meant people will be aware about that by seeing barcelona as easy pick for the match against elche.
Barcelona will be so easy to take three points.

Barcelona is now even closer to the la liga. Im thinking barcelona is a winner now even though there are still many matches remaining at this moment.
Some of Barcelona's defenders seem to be injured, that's something to watch out for in this game. While Pedri, Dembele and Raphinha are also likely to be absent due to injury and accumulation of cards (Raphinha), but I'm sure it won't have much impact on Barcelona's performance later.

Quoting Livescore, Dembele doesn't seem to be on the injury list, but I don't know the certainty yet.

1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 30, 2023, 09:14:44 PM
if Sevilla plays like last season, of course, Sevilla's chances of winning against United will be even greater. but the current situation is different, Sevilla lost quite a lot of support in this match. United with his current appearance is indeed a favorite.
I didn't expect that there would be many surprises in this fight. a lot of people will bet on United. In terms of quality, Ten Hag should be able to bring United to victory.
Although Sevilla has not been very good this season in La Liga, failed in the Champions League, but I think they also have hope to reach a higher level. Manchester United are a good team but they are very likely to be beaten despite being the favorite of many. Sevilla are good in some ways, they are a good team but of course they have to try their best to find a good form in this match.

Manchester United also need to play perfectly to win against Sevilla, but when they underestimate Sevilla for whatever reason, then they must be prepared to fail. There is a possibility of surprises in the quarter-finals in my opinion, especially Sevilla vs Manchester United.
1147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 30, 2023, 08:29:50 PM
I would guess that being out of UCL means even more focus on the league and PSG will probably play a lot better in the coming games. I am not saying that it is going to be easy for them or anything, but they should be able to get it fine enough.

They have such great players at the front that sometimes the problems at the midfield do not even matter. They tried to get some players before for the midfield but they are failing to do that direly, their defense is good, goalkeeping is good, offense is good, only thing that is lacking is a good midfield and I think they are not going to be able to fix that now anyway, so they will want to focus winning with this roster.
PSG's injury problems so far have made the team's performance unstable. They have to be realistic enough to finish the match with a number of substitute players, while it is difficult to prevent conceding in their last few match.

Their defense isn't great even if they have great players. PSG conceded 8 goals in their last 5 matches, it is bad to assume a solid team is defended. Defensive and midfield issues are the most obvious about PSG at the moment, but this season they are the title favorites for whatever reason now.
1148  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 1$ per day crypto investment plan any good ? on: March 29, 2023, 07:17:17 PM
He said he would invest $1 in crypto perday, and if he continued to invest he could buy bitcoins in the area of $15k. As a result, his purchase price would have averaged as much as the market would have dumped, so he might not have made much of a loss at the current price. So if he actually followed this strategy he would have got a better return in future.
This is a kind of saving strategy that is carried out consistently throughout the year. The OP may not need to buy bitcoin every month, but he can also buy at the end of the year when he has $360 in his account.

If the OP did it in the early days of bitcoin then surely he would have gotten commensurate returns, but if he does it now then I don't know when he will have 0.5 bitcoin as his investment asset. Even if I may consider the price volatility, it would take many years to accumulate 0.5 btc in his investment account. But anyway, this idea is not bad as long as he understands and believes in the future potential of bitcoin. My assumption is the OP isn't investing in bitcoin, but chances are he will be doing it in altcoin. $360 per year might be good to expect worth it returns.
1149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 29, 2023, 07:05:46 PM
Arsenal is still not clear from the danger. And especially after the last season, I am not saying anything too confidently about arsenal. Because we all know with arsenal, anything can happen at the last match of the season if it is mathematically possible. And there are a lot of mathematical possibilities. Now we all know that Arsenal has a good lead. But Manchester City has the capability of regaining the first position on the table. But if Arsenal is consistent enough, and they do not make any unexpected blunders, I think they are all right and will be winning the English Premier League title.
The competition between Arsenal and Manchester City in the race for the title this season is expected to get tougher at the end of the season. Arsenal may not be as smooth as before as they have some tough games waiting for them in April, this can't be ignored. Either of the two teams dropping points will lower the aggregate odds for the title, so it's sure to be a very exciting season until the end.

So no one is safe to say Arsenal will win the Premier League this season while they are still likely to loss a few points. I will try to remain realistic that if Manchester City loses to Liverpool in the next game, then Arsenal are one step ahead to seal the title. But on the other hand, if Manchester City wins, then Arsenal certainly have to be careful.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 29, 2023, 06:00:39 PM
The title king of europa league that owned by sevilla means nothing against MU. I don't care so much about that but the thing that is always become my main concern is about how good the performance from the club in the domestic league and europa league itself.
As you can see that if MU was able beating betis easily. We did know if betis far better than sevilla this season. Mu will be going all in as ten hag was aiming europa league trophy as one of main target for this season.

It will give MU insant spot to the UCL as well. It seems like that juventus vs MU will become the final match. I hope this will happen. That will be very interesting to see serie a team to face EPL club.
I may disagree a little when Sevilla were underestimated in the Europa League quarter-finals. Of course on paper Manchester United are the favourites, but after all they are not the only team with a chance to win.

Sevilla also have a chance, they also have a home game, and these two teams are both fighting for a place regardless of who you prefer. I never underestimate Sevilla getting to this stage, meaning they also have a chance to beat Manchester United, no matter how many people say they are favourites.
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 29, 2023, 05:17:28 PM
1. Barcelona vs elche

That is actually an easy match for barcelona consider elche has horrible performance in la liga. Barcelona's odds quite good consider the next opponent was the weakest team in la liga. I see no chance for elche to win against barcelona yet barcelona will play without gavi and dembele.

Pedri and lewandowski will become important players against elche.
There's no denying that Barcelona are the favorites at away match against Elche. But it is also an important match to watch because Elche is not expected to be that weak and let Barcelona win the match easily. Even though it will be increasingly difficult for Elche to survive in La Liga next season, this relegation zone team cannot be underestimated. Barcelona has been beaten by Almeria, and of course Elche also has the potential to do so if Barcelona underestimate this team.

Without many mistakes, I think it's safe to say that Barcelona will win this match. The odds are reasonable, but I really hope this match isn't as easy as most people think.
1152  Economy / Speculation / Re: Maybe it's time for BTC to take off and reach the $100K on: March 28, 2023, 08:38:05 PM
Its not bad to be optimistic because we all do really expect something positive towards Bitcoins price movement. It might not really be that an assured thing to happen but we know that it does really have the potential.
As experience has spoken, then they must be quite optimistic about the future of bitcoin. It's hard to get new users to be optimistic about the future of bitcoin even if they can say blah blah blah. Trust me.  Cheesy

Yes, it could reach up $100k but there's no way that someone could able to tell that it would happen for this year.We cant really be able to determine on how far it would be able to reach up on particular price.
Just bare in mind that reaching out new all time highs wont really be that much so simple on which we do really need even more recognition and adoption which is something that we do mainly
need, because this is the main reason on why price would become even more higher.
We are on the same side, also not believing in the $100k opportunity this year. Bitcoin is going to hit ATH, that's true but of course there has to be a strong push to get to it. I can't say ATH before the halving, but the journey to ATH is very likely this year and next.
1153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 28, 2023, 08:29:14 PM
Indeed, basically getting odds at these numbers sometimes invites doubts to bet on Lazio. But if you see Lazio's enthusiasm in their last few matches in Serie A they have proven that they can achieve quite good results, it's no doubt that later in this match they have more enthusiasm so they can secure a place for the champions league zone next season and won't let other competing teams in standings to be able to shift its position
In probability I think Lazio is still ahead of Monza. Of course you can still consider a draw for this match because Monza is playing at home, but Lazio's performance seems more promising to win.

My focus in Serie A is Napoli vs Milan which will be held at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. It was the first Champions League pre-leg match between the two teams, of course it attracted a lot of attention. I think Napoli are the favorites to win but Milan will have to try something to keep their chances of staying in the top 4.
1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 28, 2023, 08:10:48 PM
With the points that Barcelona has, it feels like this will be very easy to control. The opportunity for Madrid to catch up is also getting further away, so Xavi and his squad will play a little and control the situation in order to keep his players from getting injured.

Barcelona's fate this season is not much different from what was experienced by Arsenal, both of them tried to get up with the formation of young players, and both Xavi and Arteta managed to fulfill their desire in securing a trophy. Elche will not threaten Barcelona's defense too much with the track record of meeting the two on paper even before the match Barcelona had won a landslide victory.
Now Xavi can breathe easy because Barcelona has controlled the standings with 12 points advantage. Of course it is a very great achievement after the previous season so far away from Real Madrid, but things have changed for Barcelona this season.

I am stunned by Barcelona's defense this season, they have only conceded 9 goals in 26 matches. That's a really great thing to prove to the world even though Barcelona is in trouble with its finances. Xavi will likely aim for 100 points as a finish to complete his title this season, but I don't think it will be easy. About Elche, I think Barcelona will win and keep a clean sheet.
1155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 27, 2023, 06:17:46 PM
I don't expect Xavi to win everything in his second season at Barcelona. He still has a lot to learn and build his team better season after season, but this season they have moved forward to prove something.

Xavi and Barcelona have won the Spanish Super Cup this season, while they still have the second leg of the Copa Del Rey and lead La Liga by 12 points. It is an extraordinary achievement even though Barcelona have not been able to impress in Europe. I think Xavi will come back with even more strength and experience in his third season at Barcelona. For this season, they are still unstable.

First, Barcelona must avoid getting into the Segunda for their corrupt dealings. However, even if the punishment is less severe (although for what reason it should be less severe - everyone saw what happened to Juventus the previous time) and Barcelona will just be removed from the euro cups, it will also be interesting. On the one hand, coupled with the financial problems of the club, this will lead to the loss of some of the players, and on the other hand, Barcelona will have the opportunity to fully concentrate on La Liga. If Real buy a top striker in the summer, we will see an interesting rivalry.
I haven't considered the punishment that Barcelona will receive before it is proven true and decided. We probably won't talk about it too often given that anything can be the final decision there regarding Barcelona's future, however heavy or light.

The main focus is La Liga, of course because it will be the most realistic at the moment. While Barcelona is also struggling with its financial predicament, it is great that they have still managed to top the rankings this season against teams who are not in such financial straits like Real Madrid. I also expect better competition next season in La Liga because it looks like Real Madrid will spend lot of money for replace players who are getting older.
1156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 27, 2023, 06:09:46 PM
Messi, Neymar and in fact PSG are no longer in the CL this season, thus i wonder why you mentioned them. But of course City are strong contenders to make it to this year's final in Istanbul, but before we can even discuss that, they have a gigantic game in the QF against Bayern Munich, a team who just recently hired a new manager in the person of the former Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel.

Having said that, i would still stick with City being my favorite to lift the CL trophy this season, i think they have come close enough in recent year's and they have also acquired the necessary experience that's required to win a CL trophy. Mind you also that it is the only trophy that has so far eluded them, so i think it is time for them to break that 'curse'.
Right now is not the time to discuss Messi, Neymar or Mbappe in the Champions League because PSG have failed.
Manchester City and Bayern Munich are two good contenders this season where one of them must failed in the quarter-finals. I also hope Pep Guardiola and Manchester City manage to break the curse that has been haunting them for so far, I think there is a good chance to look forward to if Manchester City qualify for the semi-finals with beat Bayern Munich.

Everyone is looking forward to this match because it is one of the toughest matches in the quarter-finals. It's much tighter than Napoli vs Milan or Real Madrid vs Chelsea. I wish Manchester City luck this season and reach the final of their dreams.

1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 27, 2023, 04:32:46 PM
This has not been the best year for Barcelona, they have only impressed in La Liga but not in European Competitions. A 12 point advantage over Real Madrid has made Barcelona closer to the La Liga trophy, at least this trophy can cheer up Barcelona players for their struggles since the start of the season. Barcelona must learn a lot from their failures in the Champions League and Europa League, next season they must be able to provide competition to other teams to win a more prestigious trophy than La Liga.

1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 26, 2023, 09:07:45 PM
Manchester United is understandably better than Newcastle United judging by their current form and general performance this week. They also have player of higher quality than Newcastle but that shouldn't be a reason to think that it'll be impossible for Newcastle to win the match.
Newcastle have had a great season so far and they know how to get good results that's why they're in 5th position in the table so for Manchester United to win that game, they must play to their full strength
Manchester United is only better than Newcastle due to the points are higher. But if you analyze the team's performance and statistics, then Newcastle is certainly better. Until the 26th match, Newcastle only lost 3 times and only conceded 19 times. Meanwhile at Manchester United, they lost 6 times and conceded 35 goals in 26 matches.

On paper you could say Manchester United are better because of the points advantage, but I don't think so about Newcastle. Manchester United have lost 5/13 of their away match this season, while Newcastle have only lost 1/13 of their home match. From these statistics, I think there is a possibility of a draw as a fair result for both teams even though Newcastle are the favorites at home. I would consider Newcastle one of the top teams this season, they have changed completely under Eddie Howe.
1159  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price guess for March on: March 25, 2023, 05:50:14 PM
There were a lot of price guesses and projection this month and many of such speculation did not hold water while a few who believed that bitcoin will climb above 25000 dollars and would likely get to 30,000 dollars this month are the ones that got the correct speculation.

Obviously there is a lot of resistance at 28,000 dollars then I'm not sure that bitcoin will be able to break the 28,000 dollars this month, rather it could drop down to the range of 25000 dollars as it is in the range of 27000 Dollars presently.
Many speculators hoped that $30k in March would happen, but it hasn't. Well I'm not blaming the speculators for how they made their analysis, but it just seems obvious that $30k is a tough resistance to break this month. Also $28k is still hard to hold this month but there seems high hopes for another $30k in the remainder of March.

so I would not say that the $30K area would be difficult for Bitcoin to achieve.
Not difficult, but definitely a bit difficult in the short term. $30k failed to break through in a few moves a few days ago, even $29k is still hard to come by. While the price is still sideway between $27k to $28k, there are a few days in March to look forward to a hike.

1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 25, 2023, 05:22:11 PM
The club's internal problems have nothing to do with their performance in the game IMO, if Tottenham lose to Everton, that means they are not doing well from their performance side, I mean, there is nothing to do with internal problems with the match they will play.
Internal problems sometimes impact team performance, but I think that's a very rare case. I can imagine one of them is when the club is having financial problems, I think the performance of the team really falls short of expectations. But I know, maybe this has nothing to do with Tottenham's performance at the moment.

Regarding the H2H of the two teams, we see that Tottenham has been more dominant than their last 4 meetings. But have you not seen that the draws that Tottenham got in their last 4 meetings were played at Goodison Park? IMO, this is a difficult match for Tottenham, they will not easily get 3 points here later.
Everton are struggling to stay away from the relegation zone so I think they will try to do their best to get the points. Meanwhile, Tottenham still have a very good chance of stealing points at Goodison Park considering their mission is to stay in the top 4 and place a safe position from Newcastle's pursuit.

This game should be very interesting to look forward to, but I believe in probability I think Tottenham will have a good chance to get those 3 points.
