2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu turns into privacy coin like Monero or ZCash? on: September 22, 2023, 04:24:12 AM
Why would we need shiba to be private when we already have Monero and 0xMonero? What do they offer that is different or better?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that you will be hold till next Bull Run on: September 22, 2023, 04:23:22 AM
Although current crypto market situation is very disappointing. Investors also showing less interested investing in new coins even most of new coins are also shitcoins. Altcoins crypto market pumped a little, a month ago but still no impressive movement is found. Wel  During this situation, what are you thinking and how you preparing for next bull run?  Which Altcoins you are planning to be hold untill next bull run?
I accumulated like 50 different cryptos over the years, a lot of them I will never be able to sell due to lack of liquidity but that will be more than made up for by the ones that do survive. Some long term holds are HBAR, NEAR, Q Blockchain, XRP, XLM, and IOTA. Even better if you can stake them while you wait for the next cycle.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May I ask, how can I securely store USDT, USDC, DAI? on: September 22, 2023, 04:22:06 AM
I don't store USDC, I farm with it. Why would you just let it sit when you can get around 500% during the Q saving and borrowing incentive program? Even providing liquidity on a dApp like pancakeswap should get you higher returns than storing it in a savings account. Put that money to use or lose your money to inflation!
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to keep your money in bank? on: September 22, 2023, 04:20:34 AM
I only use a bank so that I can pay for things using a debit card or QR code. As soon as I can, I will switch to using crypto instead and be my own bank.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The problem of wrapped tokens & DEX on: September 22, 2023, 04:19:25 AM
The internet computer has ckBTC, which doesn't use a bridge. CCIP by chainlink will obsolete bridges.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram launches crypto currency wallet. on: September 22, 2023, 04:18:20 AM

Congratulations to telegram for launching their own crypto wallet. It has long been on the news and limelight of telegram running their own TON network for quite some years now and at last they achieved it. With their large traffic size of over 800 million users on monthly basis I think this would give them a good edge and stand on Crypto market as they already have a good utility value coupled with the fact that they just launched their own Crypto wallet.

I further had to do some research and records findings of past occurrences and experience with telegram and it became pertinent that I ask these questions. I believe each telegram account holder would definitely have to create his or her own wallet possibly after an upgrade to update such features into the app. So far there have been a lot of nefarious act been done on telegram such as account cloning, account hacking and lots more and I ask what if in a situation where by one's account telegram account is hacked does that automatically grants the hacker access to the wallet? Because I believe the wallet is already built with that telegram account  irrespective of the fact that there is private key or phrase. Another question I have is this what if in the case of banning or blocking a telegram account, would the telegram team also block the wallet of the owner as well? I have to ask this because I became curious about this when I started doing my research into it. Another question I also have is this would the telegram wallet be some sorts of attached or linked to telegram username or ID of every telegram account holder?

I believe we can discuss this here to knowing more and sharing ideas about this unfolding development because telegram itself has a huge number of Crypto enthusiast and I tell you there would definitely be lots of activities and engagements on telegram in the days coming and this would definitely increase lots of telegram scams and hacks which would warrant telegram account holders to strengthen their telegram security features.
Your ideas are welcomed for further discussions.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google Play updates its policies permitting blockchain games and apps on: September 22, 2023, 04:17:31 AM
Google Play has updated its store policy to allow for new ways to transact blockchain-based digital content within apps and games. The move comes as a response to the growing interest in non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and other tokenized digital assets, which offer unique and engaging experiences for users.

Updates to Cryptocurrencies and related products policy (August 2023)

Google provides translated versions of our Help Center, though they are not meant to change the content of our policies. The English version is the official language we use to enforce our policies. To view this article in a different language, use the language dropdown at the bottom of the page.

In September 2023, Google will update the Cryptocurrencies and related products policy to clarify the scope and requirements for the advertisement of blockchain- based games involving NFTs.
Beginning September 15, 2023, advertisers offering FT games that do not promote gambling-related content may advertise those products and services when they meet the following requirements and are certified by Google.

Promotion of blockchain-based games involving NFTs.

Examples: NFT games that allow players to purchase in-game items, like virtual apparel for a player's characters, weaponry, or armor with better stats, consumed or used in a game to enhance a user's experience or aid users in advancing the game.

For NFT games, the following are not allowed:

* Promotion of games where players can wager or stake NFTs in exchange for the opportunity to win anything of real-world value (including other NFTs).
Examples (non-exhaustive): Games that allow players to stake NFTs in exchange for fungible tokens such as cryptocurrencies.

* Promotion of social casino games that reward NFT.

* Examples (non-exhaustive): Simulated casino gambling (for example, poker, slots or roulette) that offer the opportunity to win NFTs.
( Promotion of "real money gambling" destinations. This includes gambling-related advertisements that appear on your game's destination.

Do you believe that this update from Google Play will drive the adoption of NFTs in mobile games?

Friendly, OceanFriends!

Okay, can someone list crypto games that are on googleplay now?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Low cap altcoins best for rising price? on: September 22, 2023, 04:16:54 AM
Are you collecting low cap altcoins for the bull market? It sounds like you think low cap altcoins can easily make 100x profits. I don't think so and even if the supply of a good quality project is high then you will get good profit there. Many new investors tend to follow supply more. You should know that there are many low cap altcoins that can't even sail the market in bull seas.
We have been in the longest bear market in history and prices can't stay down forever. Adoption of this technology is inevitable. A lot of projects have been waiting for the bull market to launch, so if you can get them, grab them fast and ride the next cycle up: Scroll, Taiko, Lamina1, Q Blockchain, Mantle etc.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: September 22, 2023, 04:15:41 AM

Sometimes when we listen to users who advise us to only focus on BTC, it strays us from making a profit especially when we see the potential of a token that may just dast track its bullish market.

True that, there are other means of getting profit in cryptocurrency aside from BTC but the problem is the risk involved reason why many members here want to keep it safe and always recommend BTC for investment because there are lots of scam projects in altcoin though altcoin can also give us sever times profit than investing Bitcoin if we are lucky enough to stumbe and invest on they so called "gems".

I saw this Toncoin (TON) last year which had dropped to its lowest point. I almost bought some of it but just thought I would hold my BTC longer. Had I concluded my research and decided to buy, I would have made a big profit from TON. Now in the top 10.

Well, it can go either way at that time so you can't certainly tell whether TON will recover or not during those times.  Since you are not sure about investing on TON, you decided to put your money in a more reliable investment, BTC.
TON is actually going up right now. Check the price for yourself. Some other projects to look into that are down are Algo and IOTA, both ISO20022 coins. For new launch microcaps, look into Q Blockchain, Zeta, and QUAI.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Monero so unpopular? on: September 22, 2023, 04:06:19 AM
0xMonero does everything that Monero was supposed to do better. It's EVM compatible, limited supply, not a honey pot, no whales, no viruses or cryptojackers etc.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mainstream coins or altcoins? on: September 22, 2023, 04:05:16 AM
Mainstream coins or altcoins.  I mean it's bitcoin and then everything else is altcoins so I think you need to figure out what you are asking first.  But if you are talking large cap vs small cap coins it all depends on your goal and appetite for risk.  There is not one size fits all answer here.
It's up to your risk tolerance and how much money you have to invest. I'm poor so I go for newly launched projects only... Shardeum, Lamina1, Layer0, Q Blockchain, Zeta, QUAI, Mantle, Monad, Scroll, Taiko etc. Lower cap means higher potential returns. I need a moonshot!
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Retrospective airdrop experiences on: September 22, 2023, 04:00:22 AM
Mine:

— Testnets are waste of time
— Zealy/Taskon/Galx and such platforms are waste of time
— Using platforms for sake of being interested can be rewarding while using them for sake of airdrop leads to burning
 out and disappointment
— Retrospective airdrop trend is too saturated, good amount of money is no longer found here
— Already announced airdrops are waste of time
— Projects/'X' influencers are milking the hype
— Minting NFTs to qualify is waste.

Share yours?

QUAI is supposed to be giving rewards out for retweeting their content on X. Q Blockchain had several zealy campaigns that they paid out. They gave free tokens to discord community members before and will probably do it again soon. They are releasing a faucet where you can collect .1 Q per day. They have a bridge incentive where if you bridge from Ethereum you get 5 Q plus a bridging bonus of up to 1500 Q and they are running a Saving and Borrowing campaign where they are giving away 333k+ Q to the community. Those are the two best ones I have found so far. I did the shardeum one, lamina1 etc. and got nothing so far.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waiting patiently for the next bull run... on: September 22, 2023, 03:57:51 AM
New memecoins seem to be a great investment if you get in on them early on.
# BART #DOGEAI #GREG  #DONS

Memes are ponzi and 99% of the time you will get rekt. Invest in projects with real teams and business usecases. Projects like XLM, UTNP, Q Blockchain, and IOTA. Look for ISO20022 compatible chains.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: September 22, 2023, 03:57:00 AM
If I had 600 to spend to build my portfolio I would put 100 usd into each of these:

NEAR
IOTA
Q Blockchain
XRP
HBAR
0xMR
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: September 22, 2023, 03:48:04 AM
Hi everyone!

We are all partly investors, we are trying to find the token that will bring us good x2x5x10... We will scatter our several thousand in different places with the hope of a good income. Feel free to manage your deposit, take into account risk management, etc.
But the situation is interesting, imagine that things are going well and at one point your deposit is $ 1,000,000.
What would you do and how would you behave? What altcoins would he invest in? Perhaps you would keep in stable positions while waiting for a great situation to enter the market?
What altcoin / altcoins would you choose and what would you invest your million in? Huh

I think the best option now, given the risk-to-return ratio, is:

$NEAR

$FLOW

$DOT
You could buy 1 million XRP then put the rest into USDC and farm it for 500% APR on Q Blockchain in their saving and borrowing incentive campaign. Then stake your Q rewards for 13% APR and wait for the exchange listing. If you use DeFi, you could live off of your USDC without spending it.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bnb after next 5years on: September 22, 2023, 03:46:54 AM
Binance might fall, but that will not be like FTX. SEC can force them to wrap up their operations with Binance and operate outside of the USA. The only thing that can tear down Binance is a major hack. Binance offers most of the utilities of BNB, so if anything happens to Binance, BNB will face the consequences.
Everyone also thought that FTX would not be like MtGox, but it turned out to be a bit worse than the crowd expected. FTX not only went into debt, but was also hacked. There's no telling how shaky CZ's empire is. He may be telling us everything is fine, but in reality things are on a powder keg there. Huge projects can also go bankrupt and close down very lightning fast. Then they will pay investors their money for decades, like the infamous MtGox.
That's always the case for smaller places, and mt.gox was a big one but a first one. Binance has one advantage, which is the money they are making. Mt.gox never made billions in profit, Binance does, and FTX may have done some profit, but do you remember their ranking when they existed?

They weren't 10% of what binance was, that's the difference. Obviously this doesn't mean that Binance will never have any issues, it could have a problem and they almost did which resulted with them losing BUSD all together but that doesn't mean that they are going to, it just means that the possibility exists. I will trust them and BNB as long as I possibly could, then I could end up with anything I want that would be a lot more smarter.
I don't trust CZ and I don't believe funds are safu. I prefer to use DEXs to CEXs.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to collect altcoins now or later? on: September 22, 2023, 03:44:42 AM
Planning about collection some MORE altcoins and thats why i manage extra money for that. But market situation is still confusing and today Altcoins dump minimum 10% even more. So is it really right to collect altcoins?  Or another dump will be coming before bull run? Should i postponed my invest or not? I post this in speculation sector cause we can only predict!  And I'll go with the most predicted result

At the moment you just wait and watch. It is expected that the market is going for another correction, so the altcoin market might dip further if you want to invest, wait for a couple of months.
I DCA into alts every month. I'm not a fan of BTC and don't want to get stuck holding any when it inevitably collapses. When you compare BTC with something newer like Q Blockchain or Hedera, it's not even in the same ball park tech wise.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's the best Altcoin for this moment to accumulate right now? on: September 22, 2023, 03:43:24 AM
I want to find a good Altcoin to invest in before the bull starts, also have a non-custodial exchange. This means, that we have complete control over our funds. If there is, please help convey it, because a lots of new altcoins was born every day.
You could trade on nonkyc dot io, it obviously doesn't have KYC. As far as tokens/coins to buy, consider IOTA and ALGO, both have dropped significantly and are good buys. Also look into newer projects like Lamina1, Layerzero and Q Blockchain.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 7k usdt on: September 22, 2023, 03:35:00 AM
Where to invest 7k usdt

To get profit daily 30$
Q Blockchain's Saving and Borrowing Incentive Program has an APR right now of over 500%. That should get you more than 30 usd per day.
