761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TomoChain AMA with the AEX PR Manager Asya on April, 21, 2022 on: May 17, 2022, 12:30:54 PM
Tomochain lost market share after they announced an ERC20 token bridge but then only bridged a handful of tokens. You can't do that and expect to be competitive against other open sidechains like gnosis, polygon, and fantom.
ICP is preparing to integrate Ethereum and other chains fully, so in that case, there shouldn't be any gatekeeping. This is a lesson that all other blockchains should learn from. Tomochain isn't the only chain that failed due to this fact, secret and tron did the same thing as tomochain and we hardly hear about them anymore because of it. Poor management and greed can ruin a good project fast.

763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pockets full of potential on: May 17, 2022, 12:27:49 PM
Hey guys,

I started farming 3.5 months ago on BSC chain.

I want to build a profitable strategy from providing liquidity to pools.

I have the following coins in my portfolio, which I hold with long-term goals and some of which I have already added to pools:

XRP goal $3 (77% APY) – wowswap
BSW goal $5 (45% APY) – biswap
SXP goal $8 (19% APY) – wowswap
BNB goal $1000 (17% APY) – alpaca
ETH goal $8 000 (4% APR) – rocket

I also have some other coins from the top 100 and some low-liquid coins that I haven't figured out what to do with yet. If you guys can give advice on my targets or new coins I'd be happy to.
It looks like you are doing well. Yes, Alpaca has some really good APY. The problem with XRP on BNB chain is that it is reliant on Binance to switch back to real XRP. Consider farming on songbird or flare when that is available. Another high APY coin good for staking is ICP, which can net you 28%.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: layer one blockchain on: May 16, 2022, 11:53:30 AM
hello folks,,,
i need your opinion about the best layer one blockchain networks
besides ethereum network and binancechain
regards
IMO the best layer 1 is the internet computer because:

*Users don't pay gas fees, DApp developers do

*It is infinitely scaleable with subnets

*The potential for profit is high as it has fallen significantly from its all time high due to a market downturn

*Staking rewards of up to 18%

*It's technology means that it is not just a normal L1 but that it can host websites on top of its blockchain and make Web2 sites into Web3 ones

*It incorporates biometric ID to ensure you never get hacked or have your identity stolen again
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question of the day 5/16 on: May 16, 2022, 11:40:40 AM
I would use a platform that currently has no native stablecoin, like the internet computer ICP. Also, the token should be collateralized.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree ETH have become seen as less risk asset over BTC? on: May 13, 2022, 01:00:24 PM
We usually see people go to bitcoin if everything else is unstable,"

@chainalysis CEO @gronager says. But, in today's markets,

"ETH have actually become seen ... as a less risky asset."

He presents this in a chart on "First Mover,"

From the point that Gronager raised between the two Asset and doing my own comparison, I now highlighted this two key points.

✓BTC halves every four years and gets more scarce and is deflationary .

✓ETH gets burn everyday becomes deflationary Asset.

    Do you agree?

Bitcoin is a higher risk than Ethereum because it doesn't have smart contract functionality, cannot scale, and is POW, which is being banned. Is Ethereum a good investment? Well, it already increased in value. If you want to get rich you need to invest in something that hasn't mooned yet, like ICP or Celo.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hard lesson I learnt from crypto in 2 Years on: May 13, 2022, 12:58:32 PM
1, Never  listen to YouTubers they are bums .

Even the youtubers that you love and think trusty.

Coinbereu : He all the time recommended on terra luna. He recommended it on the shitcoin Netvrk and put it on the list of metaverse best projects.

Sheldon Evans: Open youtube video terra luna to $1000 and never take responsibility for his mistakes.

Jrnycrypto -  Said that Sand token will be top 10 in 2022, dogecoin will be $1, ada will be $10 in 2021 and many wrong calls.

they are all bums.

2. BTC is the king. The ratio should be like BTC/ETH 80%  rest alts.

3. Make a decision - When big opportunities knock the door make decisions fast.  trust your gut. Examples are Elon musk shill dogecoin first time. Facebook change the name to Meta. You have to make a decision when is happening the same day.
Like when you have the opportunity to go out with a girl you like. Make a decision now. All these  waiting and thinking is  killing you.  Think fast.

listen to you
The only ones that I have seen that are right 90% of the time are crypto mason and bearable bull. Youtubers are paid to create content, so don't be surprised when they shill you something. Instead, invest in projects with real world utility with developers and a business usecase, like ICP, HBAR and 0xMR.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Azbit is a scam exchange on: May 13, 2022, 12:56:37 PM
It's your mistake for using Unknown and Shit Exchanges
Do you know of any exchanges that are legit with low listing fees? Tokpie is the only one I can find that is tracked on CMC.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smart decision I made toward the end of the bull run on: May 13, 2022, 12:55:37 PM
I converted all all my altcoins to btc and eth and solona and stop listen to youtubers.
The youtubers can ruin your life. make your own decision and you will be fine.
This is relevant for me.
Most youtubers get paid to promote projects. I plan on consolidating my 40+ alts into just 10:

ICP
0xMR
XRP
XLM
HBAR
ETH
BTC
IOTA
NEAR
Link

I am accumulating ICP right now. Solana I would stay away from.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin is good to invest in right into? on: May 13, 2022, 12:40:35 PM
What do you think is the most promising coin right now for investment?
I can tell you that right now I am buying 0xMR (because they are about to release their bridge/mixer) and ICP (which is about to integrate Bitcon within its blockchain). These are the most promising investments right now and should see massive pumps this month and next.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS and Cardano are better than Bitcoin on: May 13, 2022, 12:39:08 PM
Weiss Ratings, a private company that provides analyses for savers and professionals, published this week a list of the notes it attributes to 93 crypto-currencies.
Top of its ranking are Cardano (ADA) and EOS (EOS), which are followed by Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Stellar (XLM) and TRONIX (TRX).

Full Top 93 Ranking : https://bitcoinist.com/weiss-ratings-releases-93-cryptocurrency-grades-free-week-7-major-winners/
These ratings are obviously fake. EOS has had literally 0 adoption the last three years. Project like ICP, which have hundreds of developers and provide real world utility should be the top rated cryptos on a non-biased list.
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Careful! on: May 13, 2022, 12:37:39 PM
Careful yous guys. In this deep bear market there will be new altcoins that will be spreading around claiming they are one of the coins that were hit by the dump and might be a good decision to invest with because of their cheap price.

Just a bit of advise from a long time crypto investor. It happened to me and became a victim of it so might as well share it with you before you make wrong decisions.
I don't understand your argument here. You should be buying undervalued cryptos right now, like ICP and FTM, if you want to get rich, which you will when they return to their previous ATH.
773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No condition is permanent in crypto on: May 12, 2022, 11:34:00 AM
Same Old feeling  Grin

When the Bull market comes it always feels like it's here to stay and many ends up believing that there is no such thing as a bear market.

When the Bear market comes everyone feels like it's over for crypto and no Bull market is coming again, maybe because got tired of holding on and on.

In the crypto space no condition is permanent, get ready for both sides because they are inevitable.
Or take the staking red pill. No DeFi farming hack risks, no leverage lending risks, no leverage margin trading risks, no bad trades, just stake your favorite cryptos long term and forget about them until the bull market returns. That's the pill I swallowed and I'm staking Celo, NEAR, and ICP.
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to buy - end of bear market incoming on: May 12, 2022, 11:31:05 AM
After first bullish day i think its good day to invest now.

Which option is best? 2 coins, 4 coins, 5 coins or 8 coins in a bear market?

option 1: 2x 5.000€
Ethereum (ETH)
Polygon (MATIC)

option 2: 4x 2.500€
Ethereum (ETH)
Polygon (MATIC)
Avalanche (AVAX)
The Sandbox (SAND)

option 3: 5x 2.000€
Ethereum (ETH)
Polygon (MATIC)
Avalanche (AVAX)
The Sandbox (SAND)
Moonbeam (GLMR)

option 4: 8x 1.250€
Ethereum (ETH)
Polygon (MATIC)
Avalanche (AVAX)
The Sandbox (SAND)
Moonbeam (GLMR)
ApeCoin (APE)
Acala Token (ACA)
Astar (ASTR)

Option 5:
ICP
HBAR
Fantom
0xMR

These projects are the most undervalued, particularly the internet computer.
775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everything stop on: May 12, 2022, 11:29:03 AM
Todays current situation for Luna all my works just stop and cant belive whats going on with this scenario!!  Lost too much in my life savings!! Now thinking about invest on btc at least there is no chance like 98% dump at least stable coin looking to more risky!!
If you still have funds left over after Luna, consider investing in 0xMR, which has held up very well during this collapse, and ICP, which has fallen dramatically but is the most undervalued project in the top 100 MC IMO.
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for interesting projects on: May 12, 2022, 11:27:45 AM
I am looking for blockchain projects that don't have a native token. I am interested in video games, smart applications etc

I have a lot of experience in marketing and content creation. If gaming projects exist I would also be able to give into the currency economy within the game and exp rates etc.

If anyone knows a project or has a project feel free to comment it. I would be willing to work for equity.

I don't want:

Pump in dump groups
ICO's
Any token
Trading bots

Some microcaps: 0xMR, DRC, ATRI (these are involved in gaming/metaverse mostly)
Large caps: ICP, Celo (you can't ignore large caps at these prices either) ICP is down more than most other projects right now but that's the best time to invest.
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETC future after ETH goes to PoS on: May 12, 2022, 11:25:31 AM
ETH (Ethreum) has been anonced that 75% progress made toward the PoS.

When PoS on ETH will be activated what will be with the miners? Are they all go to ETC?
Can it push ETC to price grow?

How about ETH after PoS? Price will drop shortly after that?

What are your thought and why?
ETC has been 51% attacked too much and technically, it cannot compete with newer projects like ICP and HBAR. As to mining, most people will move to mining tokens on Ethereum like 0xMR or will switch to mining RVN, which will be used for tokenized real estate and stocks. Current art NFTs are just a testing ground and a hook to get people interested and using the technology. You will become an NFT, just as you are now a stock certificate (SS card and Birth Certificate).
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New altcoins you can invest on. on: May 12, 2022, 11:22:43 AM
Will be giving regular updates on new and recently updated crypto currency’s added on Coinbase, a few will be worth your interest as this coins can make you a fortune, new alt pins are usually affordable and early birds make millions of these coins in months!!!, usually below the $1 mark and with endless potentials.
Number 1 on our today’s list is !?
1- Decentralized USD (TRX) at $0.9.., issues in tron DAO, presently trading in sunswap and pancakeswap. This coin self stabilizes again fluctuating price. You can find more info about this coin on CoinMarketCap.com
2- smolting inu (smol) at $8.5…, currently trading just at uniswap ,provide meme reality, for game lover all over the world.
3-petoverse (peto) at $7.6.., currently trading  at pancake swap.
This coin is supposed to be the first METAVERSE PROJECT that provides a decentralized financial asset which rewards users .

Ensure to your own research on above coin before investing,
Franky I am not interested in any of those projects. Instead I am buying the following microcaps- ATRI, DRC, 0xMR, and the large cap ICP. I think that in the not to distant future, most of the internet will migrate to the internet computer.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's the ethereum killer ... on: May 11, 2022, 11:59:44 AM
in your opinion which blockchain could beat the Ethereum ... and why  Huh ?
I think that Vitalik respects and looks up to the Internet Computer ICP, based on his previous statements. He wishes that Ethereum had the technical capabilities that ICP has. Soon the matter will be irrelevant though as Ethereum is being integrated fully within the code of ICP, meaning that we will no longer have to use the main Ethereum chain.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about algorithmic stablecoin staking? on: May 11, 2022, 11:57:06 AM
Stablecoins like UST, USN, USDD have a very tricky link to the dollar and the collateral pool, in the form of a native token of a particular blockchain, be it LUNA, NEAR, TRON, etc. Such projects offer or are about to offer 20-30% per annum in staking these stablecoins. Not a bad interest rate, is it? But will these projects be able to provide such a high interest rate all the time, and won't that provoke a cascading collapse of both the stablecoins, with the loss of the peg and a cascading collapse of the native tokens that act as reserve collateral?

After all, such high payouts to stakers must be accompanied by constant replenishment of these projects reserve funds. But what will happen if the money stops flowing in the right amount?
To be fair, the NEAR stablecoin is fractionally reserved, and not fully algorithmic like the others. This means that it is safer and most of the staking rewards don't come from NEAR, but from partner trading and lending platforms. We'll see if fractional stablecoins can work well long term but consider this... The USD is only going to lose value. Is that the boat you want to ride on or do you want something that is going to change your life in a few years. If that's the case, then I suggest investing in NEAR directly or a competitor even, like Fantom or ICP. ICP for example has a hackathon going on RN, which will bring DeFi usecases to the chain. There's never been a better time to ride that to the top.
