1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Nft Blockchain and Games? on: January 16, 2022, 01:52:12 PM
People are not really familiar with "WAX".

Most people will use "Polygon & BSC", most dapps game already moving on "Polygon" due the less fee + faster transaction comparing to BSC right now. My NFT Game already been tried "AXIE & Trade Race Manager"

Soon, gonna to tried CyberTrade form the same company TRM. They're building on BSC and one month ago, make Mystery BOX Sale on Binance NFTs Marketplace.

That is true I don't think many people know Wax, but the blockchain is so good and is working together with many big names already.
And they have some really cool projects for example Funko or Hotwheels, have really cool Nft's where you can trade them in for actual physical Funko pops or Hotwheel cars.
And the userbase is really big on Wax + the tokens are so cheap still.

what makes you choose exclusively nft projects on the Binance chain tho I am wondering?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Best Nft Blockchain and Games? on: January 14, 2022, 12:46:42 AM
Hello everyone,

I would like to know what Nft games and blockchains are the best in your opinion and why, I will also give you my best picks and tell you the story of the succes I had with different games, and the blockchains available.

First the best game In my opinion is Gods unchained they are the most advanced of any Nft game I know, and existed the longest.
They also solved a great problem on the Ethereum blockchain with Nft's gas fees.
I will give you some information how I played this game for the past 2+ years and how it evolved.

It was the first Nft game I got introduced to, I was kinda lucky to read a post about the closed beta of the game.
And since I loved gaming and Crypto and I believe it is a really good combination, I was hooked on the idea of owning your cards on the blockchain right away and selling or trading them whenever you want.
I get that not everyone likes card games but I played Hearthstone before and some other card games, but those are more Pay to win games then Play to earn games.

Also Immutable promised that they would like everyone to be able to play the game and earn money with Gods unchained, and that part really spoke to me and it was a very good idea.
Since I played games my whole life but never really made money with it but it, but it was kinda a dream of mine.

Back then you where able to play games which would earn you tickets depending if you won or not, those tickets would grant you access to a draw where you would be able to win prices, the biggest being a 1 of 1 mythic card that eventually sold for 210 ETH, which at the time was 31 thousand dollars.
You could also sell those tickets for Ethereum directly which I did and at the time I believed more in Ethereum then I did in the game, and nft's that at the time was really a new concept in the crypto community.

Also the weekend events they are still holding every weekend I really liked, because I love pvp games and so the weekly event where you could win packs for the Genesis set I really enjoyed.
I managed to earn 0,25 Ethereum selling the tickets and also winning packs from the weekend events, where I got one of the best Epic cards which i later sold for 0,15 Eth Which was a mistake as well since a few months later that same card is being sold for 0,35 Eth.

Back then the gwei costs was about 1 gwei for a transaction and Ethereum was 144,88$ per Ethereum so there weren't any issues yet.
1 year later when they released a new set the Trial of the gods Set, there where many problems on the horizon for example:
The gas fees ~119 gwei for transactions and the Ethereum price was $368.09.
When Immutable released the packs for sale there was a mistake where the transaction would give a out of gas error in most transactions which cost all the players a lot of Ethereum.
Every weekend Immutable had to send thousands of packs to different Ethereum addresses which costs them 1000's of dollars in Ethereum per week.
Also trading the cards would cost a lot of gas fees as well which is a issue in a game where you want to trade and sell the cards.

So what they did is create Immutable x, a second layer on Ethereum where you can trade Nft's on the Ethereum blockchain without any gas fees.
But the beautiful thing was that it isn't only for Gods unchained, but for every other Nft on Ethereum and wants to trade on their platform.
Solving a huge problem IMO, especially now the gas fees have even risen more.
So with one problem out of the way which took about a year to solve, they had some more problems which was low amount of players playing the game and the play to earn promise.

Play to earn: What they did is create their own token called Gods which released not long ago, with also a airdrop for the earlier players rewarding those players with some nice pocket money Wink
They created a new event now for 12 weeks to attract new players and reward players with God Tokens every week that play the game, and it really helped a lot the player base increased from about 10k weekly players to almost 70k weekly players now.
And what it did to the price of the cards is even more crazier everything increased in price so much.
You can check for yourself here: https://tokentrove.com/collection/GodsUnchainedCards

And the future is looking really good for this game where this year they will release:
Daily play to earn
A mobile version of the game (which will increase the player base so much more)
New game modes
Staking gods tokens
Gods Governance
Purchasing cards using Gods (This one seems really good where if someone purchases cards using for example Ethereum 20% of that Ethereum will be used to buy god tokens and used for the purchase, and those God tokens will go to the staking pool!)

So for me this has been the most profitable game and really look forward to the future of this game, I have about 3500$ in cards, which is really nothing compared to other players because I never really invested any of my own money in to the game.
But overtime I believe that the price of the cards will only increase when more players start buying and investing in the Nft's/Cards.

So what I want to know is: what have been your successful Blockchain/Nft games and which ones do you think will do good in the future?

Alienworlds: Have had some good succes with this game earning around 1000$ total but don't play it anymore.

Games I am trying/tried with less succes:
Xpansion
Wrath of Tezca
Axies

Blockchains:

Ethereum/Immutable:

Still believe Ethereum is here to stay and with immutable it has almost no gas fees the only gas fees are sending and withdrawing your Ethereum from Immutable.

Wax:
Working together with really big names like:
Mattel, Hasbro, Funko, MLB, Street Fighter, Leaf Trading Cards, Atari, Topps that all created nft's on the Wax blockchain already
Processes an average of 15 million+ daily transactions (8,000 per second).
Often exceeds 500k daily active users.
Has facilitated the trade of more than 100 million digital collectibles.
Is the most used and transacted blockchain in the world.

These are the only Blockchains i traded on and I would like to know what everyone else thinks about these, but also other blockchains you maybe have been trading on, and are successful with.

3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 13, 2022, 05:37:01 PM
The more solo mining, the better it is for the network.
Correct me If i am wrong?

How do you know it is solo mining?

If you look at the posts above it you can see its about this twitter post:

Where it says these solo miners are lucky, but if you want to know how to see if they are solo mining or not?

You can find that all in the blockchain, lets say the the bitcoin address that receives those bitcoins is a wallet operated by one person.
Or that the wallet is paying out to a lot of users that are mining in a pool, most big pool wallets are known addresses I assume as well.
4  Other / Off-topic / Re: Stopping with smoking on: September 21, 2020, 10:49:50 PM
Hello, a little update on stopping with smoking!

Well it's more then a year ago that I quit smoking tabacco, and I still dont smoke cigarettes Cheesy
Since Corona my brother is living home again and I am smoking some hash with him again.

But I have no desire to start smoking cigarette's again!
1 of the big advantages is that I save a lot more money, before when I got any money I would most of the time spend it on tabacco and weed.
Now I dont even know what to do with it, I put some more in to Crypto's of course, also bought a big boxing bag so I can lose some weight.
Because I did gain some weight because I started eating a little more, then before also with corona almost no exercise.

But I am happy for sure that I quit those stinking toxic cigarettes, and if I can do it you guys can do it to!!
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Brave the best crypto friendly web browser? on: February 12, 2020, 12:25:55 PM
I don't think there is anything out there like Brave, with the build in adblocker, cryptowallets, webtorrents and earning system.
It is definitely the best crypto friendly wallet in my opinion, and with over 8 million users in 2019 it is already used a lot as well.

They added advertisements for my country recently and I have been using it which is really nice, I already moved over using Brave completely as well.
I didn't think it was possible not using Chrome anymore but Brave has proven otherwise.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Coronavirus Outbreak on: January 30, 2020, 12:25:28 AM
I agree with the Corona virus being this a global issue, we dont have it in my country yet but I assume it is only a matter of time before it is overhere as well.
Everyday more and more people are infected with the official statistics they release everyday, and the numbers are increasing rapidly.
And with a incuabtion time of 2 weeks it is kinda scary to think how many people are already infected but they dont know it yet.

It will be interesting to see what will happen this year with the virus kinda just like Bitcoin, but there is no way to stop the virus and they are saying making a vaccin takes about a year so that will be a long time..

7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Discord & scammers. Check user IDs and user colors of strangers send you PMs on: January 30, 2020, 12:15:15 AM
I have noticed recently there are a lot of Discord scammers.. Since the first one messaged me and I tried to redeem my price on a website only to see I needed to deposit to redeem my price, I instantly knew it was a scam then and just ignore any message about crypto on Discord now.
No one is legit is going to message you about crypto on Discord so you should really watch out with that.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO declared dead, but don’t be too quick to bury it on: January 30, 2020, 12:12:30 AM
Im not sure if they are dead already but I just haven't seen a good IEO which i liked.
Most of the IEO's are also releasing on Binance which I dont really use much because they have such High Fee's, I should maybe buy some Binance Tokens to reduce the Fee's.

But they where pretty expensive in the past so I didnt yet, I am hoping there will be a good IEO in the future because I deem them safer then a ICO at the moment.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Forecast for 2020 on: January 30, 2020, 12:03:02 AM
It is pretty hard to predict what Crypto will do this year, but if I had to guess we will see a rise again compared to the lasts years.
Im not sure if we are going to have a all time high this year already, it could be but I think it will be next year.
It will be exciting to see what will happen this year and Im looking forward to it.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are you staking? on: January 29, 2020, 11:53:47 PM
At the moment I am just Staking NRG and Lending waves, I used to have lots of Mintcoin and stake them every month.
I always liked the idea of staking I will check out Atom for sure that one sounds interesting.
Got some Tezos on Coinbase as well is it possible to stake it on Coinbase?
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: On most altcoins disappearing on: January 28, 2020, 07:08:53 PM
I think lots of Altcoins will disappear because the value will be to low it already happened to a lot of coins and just will continue.
That is why it is really important to only invest in the really important Altcoins that actually add value to the Cryptomarket.

Because I don't think Altcoins will completely dissapear some actually add something new to the Cryptoworld or they work togheter with some of the main Altcoins.
But Bitcoin and Ethereum are definitely the main Crypto's which you should have but time will tell what the other Alts will do.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about NRG staking reward ? on: January 28, 2020, 06:58:42 PM
I got the Airdrop as well and I really like it, normally I try to sell the airdrops right away and buy actual usefull Cryptocurrency's but with Energi I decided to take the Risk of keeping it.

Mainly because the price was already 1$+ per NRG and also they where on coinmarketcap.com already.
I also noticed the ROI for the masternodes and liked the staking rewards.

Managed to get 2 staking rewards already which account for: 4.48 Energi which is really nice, they have a strong community in the Discord and would definitely recommend Energi.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading app? on: January 28, 2020, 06:52:34 PM
The Waves Dex is a wallet and trading app in one, it is really easy to use and you can trade the main cryptocurrency's on there and the fee's are in Waves.
So the only downside is that u need some waves but those are cheap and you can send Bitcoin or Ethereum to you Waves wallet and then purchase Waves with your Crypto.

14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide] How to get genuine windows 10 ISO and why? on: January 28, 2020, 04:21:46 PM
If u still are running windows 7 like I was till a few weeks ago, there are still ways to upgrade to Windows 10 for free!

The way I did it was following this guide:

https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-get-windows-10-for-free/

You just have to download one program called: Winkeyfinder (this is the one I used there are many other programs that work but this one worked for me and was easy to use, just google to download) just to make sure you have your Windows key saved.

And just follow the simple steps on the webpage to upgrade your Windows 7 to 10 for free!
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Crypto Projects to Watch in 2020 on: January 28, 2020, 04:10:38 PM
Definitely would add:

EOS: just because they have almost free fee's and super fast transactions.

Theta: Sharing Bandwith for cryptocurrency but they want to share data and more in the future.

Waves: The Dex is super easy to use and cheap fee's it is super easy to trade and hold your Crypto in the Waves dex

Just a few I personally like to watch im sure there are others worth of watching.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: January 27, 2020, 05:26:31 PM
It is more easy to trust a Legendary member then a Jr.Member of course, but I wouldn't do that right away.
Because a legendary account can easily be bought as well and Maybe a good project just wanted to make a new account for their new Crypto.

So I think it isn't really important to look at the forum rank, it is more important to look at the project it self, and see if it is legitimate.
I also think you can't really trust anyone online with a lot of Bitcoin/Money sooner or later most people will fall to the attraction of having a lot of Bitcoin.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a Stock Market Crash affect Bitcoin? on: January 27, 2020, 05:20:15 PM
I have been thinking of that myself , what if a lot of people pulled out their money out of crypto when it crashed in 2017, and put it in to Stocks.
And then when the stockmarket is performing bad/or before a big event like the halvening they pull it out and put it back in to Crypto.

That might be a good strategy, it isn't weird to think that most people investing in to crypto also have a portfolio in stocks or the other way around.
So yeh I definitely think those 2 influence the price of eachother.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Corona Virus will Impact the price of Bitcoin ? on: January 27, 2020, 05:15:09 PM
I think it is pretty Bullish for Crypto's, because you can send value/money without any interaction with other people, and seeing how easily this virus is distributed, we might see a lot of scared people who don't want to interact with people anymore.

I have heard Gasmasks and filtermasks are being sold out online and in stores around the world.
People are preparing for the worst and with such a long incubation time(2 weeks) and that you can pass the virus along without having any symptomes yet it seems very serious to me.

Only time will tell how this virus will spread if it is really that serious but China is taking it very serious, and the videos comming out of there it doesn't look to good!
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What about WAVES? No one talks about it anymore! on: January 27, 2020, 05:10:45 PM
Yeh I joined the Waves Ico and always tought it was a really good project, I dont know why the price is so low right now.
Because I recently started to use waves again and it so damn simple and good, A wallet for multiple Cryptocurrency's and also the decentralized Exchange within the wallet.
Which is so easy to use and also very cheap to trade the main Cryptocurrency's, Maybe they can add a few more to the list you can already trade there.

But I can definitely see the potential with waves, where you can easily trade and store Crypto with low fees.
I would even say buy some Waves yourself and test out how easy you can Recieve, Trade and Send waves within the DEX!
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World’s Most Crypto-friendly Countries on: January 27, 2020, 05:05:50 PM
I think The Netherlands is missing out on that list, because there are many shops online and retail that are already accepting multiple cryptocurrency's
And we have a lot of the Bitcoin Atm's In the Netherands.
Also we have really good ways of buying Bitcoin and other Crypto's like ethereum or more with our own Online banking system Ideal, Those cryptotraders are already operation for a very long time and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

You can easily buy and sell your crypto there and they dont charge insane fees!
