7/14 - 97.87% of PPS
7/21 - 89.92% of PPS
7/28 - 155.12% of PPS

Diff period 16,818,461,371 - 98.44% of PPS
Diff period 17,336,316,979 - 101.78% of PPS

FREE Teramining contracts have been paid their final payment and the contracts have been ended.

PAID Teramining contracts will continue to receive payouts once we receive more equipment. VPS has liquidated all hashing power until our next set of equipment arrives so there will be no payouts until this equipment arrives and is setup.

Best,
James

Payments will be delayed due to my daughter arriving on my wedding anniversary. Baby and Mommy are fine, my wife's labor was under two hours, what a rockstar. Shocked

It will probably take me a day or two to get out cold storage as the rest of the team is traveling. Thanks for understanding.

Best,
James

Do you take fiat?

Is that a serious question?  Cool

Hello fellow miners,

I have a couple S3 miners sitting in my office here. They ship same day from Orlando, FL.

Current price is $450 per miner paid in BTC with shipping included to the lower 48 US.

67  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - Best W/GH/s ratio, Best $/GH/s ratio on: July 24, 2014, 10:43:46 AM
Don't worry. Your miners will arrive on time and on spec.
Unfortunately, this is the same thing CoinTerra, KnC, BFL all said.  It has about the same meaning as 'the check is in the mail!'
lol!

Spondoolies said with supreme confidence - they would deliver on time and on spec.  Well, unless something doesn't go right that is.  joke.

I bought a $100,000 joke. Again.  There is no need to trust these guys.  Words are cheap.  Its the guy who sends the money that gets screwed every time.  Spondoolies will say anything.

I actually believed it would be a Hamas missile that would ruin this deal.  Up to the very end, I didn't think it would be technical incompetence which would end up spoiling everything.  What a royal pig fuck.  Lies, lies, then more lies.

Seriously, we know what we're doing.
The ASICs will arrive on time, working. SP30 will be delivered on time and on spec.

Seriously, we know what we're doing - we're fucking the customers with even more lies!!!

I was saying this in April but nobody wanted to listen to me then.

Now you have to "hope" that they'll make it right and that they can still deliver on time because they've offloaded all of the risk to you.
68  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 23, 2014, 08:47:22 PM
You are mistaking SP-Tech with BFL.

I can very well differentiate BFL from SP-Tech and have said that SP-Tech have an amazing product with SP10.

If each chip pulls double the wattage that it was supposed to, do you think they made sure that the copper layers in the PCB can handle the extra load? Can the rest of the components handle the extra load?

The may not need "Two Weeks" as BFL did to redesign a PCB board 50 times, but it has not been ruled out.
69  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 23, 2014, 08:33:37 PM
SP-Tech says delivery dates will not be impacted. This means that hashrate will be constained by the 2400W power envelope; power supplies have already been qualified.

So if, for example, the chip needs 0.8W/GH at the system level then the SP30 will be a 3TH/s box drawing 2400W. If it is 0.6W/GH then you can have 4TH/s in the same box.

Reading this brings back memories.

They are quoting best case power estimates and guess what, if they don't come in on spec, the power supplies chosen won't be able to handle extra capacity so they'll have to completely redesign the PCB and the box will end up running slowing at the same wattage.

They may or may not need a pcb redesign, guess we'll find out soon enough.

I sure hope everything is OK with the rockerbox chip and feel for anyone who is in on the pre-order.

Unfortunately, pre-orders put all the risk on the purchaser and leave the manufacturer with tons of money whether they ship on time or not.

I've definitely been there and won't do it again.

Woow this looks so nice... Perfect setup.

Thanks. Lots of planning and work to get 540 antminer S1 up and running back in February.

74  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: July 22, 2014, 08:43:49 PM
Do you often ask a series of stupid questions that are factually inaccurate, and have already been addressed in the thread?

I'm simply trying to understand where this $9mm figure came from and if there is a buyer offering it today.

From my calculations, I can buy in stock equipment from Bitmain at $1/Gh + power supply. This equipment can be air cooled and doesn't require any fancy water cooled solution to work.

I can buy AM chips at $0.35/Gh which would be equivalent to purchasing HF chips except for the fact that the boards for HF chips are more complicated than for Bitmain or AM chips. I'll be overly fair and say the HF chips are worth the same.

27,000 chips * 500Gh per chip * .35 == $4,725,000 USD

This price is only relevant if you actually have a buyer who has 20mW of data center space and enough capital to build boards, coolers, PDUs, PSUs, cabling, etc.

Seems to me that there aren't very many people who have all of these pieces ready to go. It takes months of work and planning to build even a 350Th/s mine.

So it seems you are valuing the IP at $4,275,000. Again, who is going to purchase the IP at this price? Do you have a buyer?

If that is a dumb question, I'll happily leave the thread.
75  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: July 22, 2014, 07:41:44 PM
It really doesn't matter if they are investing $10M or $100M.  The most the creditors every see is $6M, in 2 years.  In exchange we give them $9M of inventory and IP rights.

Do you have a buyer at $9mm for the inventory and IP?

How did you come to believe that the inventory and IP is worth $9mm?

Isn't $6mm better than nothing?

You can trust what he is saying, I got 1, and it was in great working order when arrived Grin

Thanks Coopster8888.
77  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Antminer S2 - 235 Available on: July 21, 2014, 10:45:18 PM
I doubt it. He usually has his stuff in a data-center. So "like new" would be more appropriate.

You can be assured that all S2 units function at 100% of expected hash rate and all work and are working now.

All "chips down" issues have been resolved with the capacitor fix.

We will ship the units so that the boards are packaged up carefully so that UPS cannot destroy them before they get to you.

This will require a little more effort on your part to reassemble the unit.

Are there unit still available?

Yes.

do you accept Paypal??

No.
