If u want to make it fair - released password after 2-3 minutes the source has been released.
in another way - time to compile the source and run the pool is max 3 minutes. U make it very unfair for solo miners and for typical windows users. Shame on u - another shitty dev

For the people still mining this or buying into the IPO...what has this dev done to earn your trust or inspire confidence that this is a big money operation?

Just curious...or are you guys just launch addicts? (I'm picturing guys with sweaty palms checking the Countdown Calendar every second)

Why don't you just join a pool as well? As this is a KGW coin, solo mining will work just for the first couple of blocks anyway.

For the record I actually don't like coins that are launched with KGW. I know a long diff retarget is unfair to people joining a couple of days late, but without big bag holders there are little or no interest in promoting the coin. In this case though I think KGW@launch is the way to go as there are only seven days of mining!
