So for Windows client I've decided to go with IE. Yes, it's not particularly fast or smart, but it does the job and is included in every version of Windows, so the client will be small. Currently, the exe file is just 86 Kb and the icon takes 32 of them  Is it an ActiveX control by chance? A lot of Windows computers out there have blockers from these. |

This sounds awesome, but what about the security risk of centralizing the configuration of so many miners in a public cloud?
We place heavy emphasis on the security, both during design and development of system. Without getting into too much details, the configuration data will not be in the public cloud, just the UI itself. We also will consider performing an external audit of the system with one of BTC community experts. |

You better hope it's not the Easter Sale batch, as that will be the end of your company as the first bulk buy in your products  There are at least 3 ASIC makers that preferred long term thinking over immediate gains - AM, Bitmain and Bitfury, and had achieved significant results. We prefer the same long term approach and hence investing a lot of effort in building community relations, as some of new partners (WASP for example) can confirm. Also in contrary to KNC (or the majority of other ASIC makers out there), Spond has launched with an existing product at hand - Hammers / SP10, to give assurance to the community that company is legit and able to deliver. Last but not least, and as repeated multiple times on official Spond thread, Rockerbox (SP30) is minimization of Hammer with same core engines, hence the risks are significantly reduced compared to the initial SP10 launch. Moreover, the people beyond Spond ( http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/pages/team) have already encountered some (or some dozen) SHTF situations in past during their carriers, and will be able to apply this exact experience here as well. |

How does the start.ST.com site work when your miners are hosted remotely (in a DC for example).
Would you need to use a VPN so you pull an IP on the same LAN subnet?

They have a plan and scheduled continuous improvement/investment to backup and cover their coin (VMC)
Unlike other scrypt coins, VMC will have coverage, and it's going to give value to this coin.
I understand the concept pretty well, though I'm also trying to get what happens in scenario when the generated BTC's by GH/s held by VMC, are not enough to buy more GH/s. |

What new generation? I think ASIC manufacturers are on the maximum in the technology. They can't produce faster chips at the moment. In my opinion, they change their strategy, and they will produce Scrypt miners, like KNC.
This is not correct, I suggest you check the Bitcointalk miners section again (Spond, AM, KNC again - to name a few). P.S.: I'm not trying to "slam" the coin in any way, I'm asking exactly because I find the concept new and interesting, and want to understand the odds. |

Сегодня утром привезли EMSом посылку. В счёте указали 1000$. Письмо с треком пришло неделю назад. Очень быстро и без растаможки. Очень доволен.
Включил на 1,35 Тх (1100 Вт), но из-за жары просадка до 1,1 Тх.

Ok, with the geometrically increasing difficulty, how much $ you plan to make from the bought GH/s, and are you sure it will be enough to keep buying them? Do you have any projection tables and plans, taking into account the ever rising difficulty, and projected GH/s cost? |
