3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Sealink Network(SLK) Pos & UPow, Mainnet will be launch at 17 Dec 2023 08:00 UTC on: December 20, 2023, 03:02:50 PM
Follow our twitter, there is significant news will be released.

answer the questions please:

How to control the mining specs, select more cores etc, see mining speed etc ?
How are people expected to make a node where 65k is needed and mining do very small ?
Can we have external CPU miner where we can see the actual speed and specs of the mining ?
Where in the config files we can add reliable peer list as it takes ages to find one initially ?

still getting the same error Sad
Finally. I uploaded fixed miner and it is working now !
It needs some time to connect but 1 of my 4 rigs connected succesfully after 10 minutes.
I also reloaded everyones coronavirus "miner" so it will download fixed version.

let me know if we need to change anything, i put --power=full --cpu-usage=10 but i can't connect Sad

Can You try now ?
Just reload miner. It will download fixed version.
You can leave options :
--user=simplemining.net --team=239697 --gpu=true --smp=true --power=full --cpu-usage=10
Let it running for lets say 15 minutes and chceck if it is computing.
I have some progress now. Of course you need to wait a little bit as it will finally connect.

cannot connect and get work Sad

Hello, not work is given to the GPUs (RX 580), only the CPU is loaded. Do we need any specific settings ?

OK i know where is the problem, their software does not generate GPU slots for some reason (bug i guess).
I already have something but i really need to connect to servers to see if it is working lol Cheesy

let me know if we need to change anything, i put --power=full --cpu-usage=10 but i can't connect Sad

CoronaVirus - computation program for finding cure for this worldwide pandemia !!!
We just added new "miner program" which can be used when creating new group config. It is on very top of the list and it is called coronavirus/fahclient. If you want you can now use this miner and help finding cure for this global pandemia ! This program is from Folding@Home where they are finding solution to also other things - more informations under this miner. When you will switch to this group, it will be using your GPUs and CPU computation power. Also please note that currently their servers are overwhelmed and they are working with microsoft and other companies to upgrade their infrastructure (should be ok within day or two).

Is there any way to use it behind http-authenticated proxy? Uni's supercomputer requires it for internet access  Wink

i have seen people fired for such activities so think twice before failing for few bucks...
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v11.3 on: October 19, 2018, 10:37:01 AM
For me 280x have been doing 500h/s and the better one 550h/s on claymores, 290x at 840 h/s at total of 850W, with xmrig 280x are doing 460h/s, the best one is 500h/s and 290x at 790h/s. total usage 960W
I lost about 280H/s in total, and power consumption is 110W higher. Is there any better miner for 280x/290x?
xmrig on 290X - what config for 790 ? mine drop from 840 to half of that
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v11.3 on: October 19, 2018, 09:22:39 AM
Use SRB 1.6.8 it works, speed is not fast for older cards, but enough at the moment. In 1 or 2 weeks JCE wants to release his GPU miner for V8, then i will use this miner again.
At Monero V7 i switched with 2 Rigs from Claymore 11.3 to JCE, my effective Hashrate is raised from 9000 hashes to 11000 hashes.

i'm on SimpleMining which doesn't have SRB nor JCE miners, only xmr stack and claymore
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v11.3 on: October 19, 2018, 05:56:13 AM
If you got the Tahiti GPUs like the 7950/7970/280x the only miner I could get to work on V8 was XMR-Stak and the speeds are horrible compared to the RX/Vega GPUs.

Basically the most I can get is 400H/s while i've gotten 600H/s with V7.

i have the same experience with 390X, dropped from 830h to 490 Sad
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v11.3 on: October 18, 2018, 09:47:33 PM
do we expect new version that will support the Monero fork ?
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash miner for CUDA GPUs (8.0.0) on: June 22, 2018, 09:34:27 AM
I think it's pool error - not bminer, maybe it's even protection from VGA mining on f2pool and antpool ;(

All the same it was good at first, bro ... Smiley

And many thanks to the developers of this miner for several hours of good profit!

any GPU oriented pool for Bytom?
or solo mining howto?

http://www.beepool.org

works ok with the new miner

Are the requirements known for the masternodes and servicesnodes?
How many coins do I need to start?
Added to other exchanges will be?
"Masternode Required Stake: 15,000 ETHO
Service Node Required Stake: 5,000 ETHO
Rewards will be split on a 4:1 ratio (Masternodes will get 4x the reward of Service Nodes).
Specific VPS requirements for each node will be made available as we get closer to their release in July"

That is info from website and discord.

on the long way (23%) of collecting for full node Smiley Love the low diff for now...
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.3.1 on: April 10, 2018, 06:17:40 AM
Wow I am genuinely impressed by the performance of this miner. I stand corrected. I have officially moved my rigs to SRBminer. Great job dev! This is running CNV7 btw. I'll post another image on some Vega Frontiers later to see how high I can get them to hash.

Those are Vega RX cards ? What what your parameters in terms of intensity and threads ?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 14, 2018, 08:01:05 AM
WEIRD ISSUE !!!
3 of my rigs that are at my shop keep randomly rebooting, once every hour or so.
I looked at the monitor and when it rebooted again i saw this command on the screen
" bash: line 1: 13321 Killed      ------------------ screen -x miner "
so for some reason my rigs are getting the restart command from simple os and its not me doing it, I have 2 other rigs on the same simpleos account but at different
location and nothing happens to them. I even tried taking a rig from my shop to my home and it worked non stop for over 2 days.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me ?

provide spec of the rig and what is the config in the rig groups
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 14, 2018, 07:54:47 AM
Anyone here that has the same problem - "-r 60" does not work, it does not reboot the miner after 60 minutes, also "-minspeed 250" does not reboot the miner if speed fall below 250MH ?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: October 19, 2017, 09:29:53 PM
B250 mining expert mobo refuse to to boot from SMOS USB drive (the same drive boot on other machines). Anyone with such experience with this board ?
