Is the second round of sale staring in few days?
I see on Faba's telegram, the ICO ends in May 2019, 2nd round of ICO sale will start in March 1st, 2019. I see the highest bonus offered by Faba in the 2nd round is 20%. So there will be bonus afterall?All this time i thought that price will be $1.3 per token,without the bonus. In the second round their won't be any bonus. Token price is fixed at 1.3usd per token. Faba's admin explain to me, there is a bonus but, The bonus is on special conditions which is yet to be decided. And he said No bonus on 200usd minimum investment. And you are right. Token price is fixed. To get the bonus, it will be based on several conditions.  This is a good call,to offer some bonus during 2nd STO riund,as you have to attract people with something.it doesnt have to be big bonus,but just enogh to show people that you appreciate them investing their hard earned money. Im certain FABA team will keep majority of the tokens for themselves, thats the safest way for this idea to suceed as they are well experienced investors ,so they will work in best interest of the company.
Most probably the team will do this. The team will be the majority shareholder to implement what is in their mind. Also I believe that this is a good decision. Because they are more trusted than any other one by the community. Will there be some other use for FABA tokens except for voting rights when they decide about where to invest? Well I must say it is very interesting question, since they act like a share of the company.What will make people to trade them and sell them? More tokens you own, bigger share of the profit you get. Which currencies will be used to pay out the dividends to investors?
I think that it will be ETH used to pay out dividends, wouldn't mind if there was some others included too. Shoudlnt dividends be paid out in FABA tokens?Is that possible? That is actually good question,but for that to be possible AFABA teams should have huge amount of tokens and i doubt that is viable in long run.I personally wouldnt mind getting either ETH or BTC as dividend. Thing is, to get listed on big exchange like Biinance it bittrex you need working product. Will Faba have that by Q3?
Well they don't have to get listed on one of those and that does not have to happen in Q3, Q4 is also very good time to be listed, like end of November is a good timing. Everyone wants to be listed in the big exchanges. With the market the way it is, I believe that it doesn't have the right month to be listed, for example, the end of last November wasn't very good for many projects, it is impossible to predict. It is clear that with a product in operation, the conditions are more favorable but don't guarantee anything. I'm not worried a bit about listing.Faba will get listed on some exchanges when time comes for that and that is it.Team knows what they need to do, they know how it's done so no reason to speculate so much about it already. |

How come you decided to outsource KYC to another company,whats the reasoning behind it? Congrats on new partnership btw  The reason is simple. We want to make sure we get everything right. We decided to outsource the KYC process to an expert company, while we focus on what we are good at. By the way, we will be announcing a couple of projects we have successfully funded. Trust me, you will like it. It makes sense, shows that you don't want to waste time on things that are basicaly just tasks that need to be done, simple but time and manpower consuming. I think that after this the price of ETH will increase very much. Otherwise, mining ether will simply die.
In reality, ETH price fell considerably today. Additionally, I believe that miners will switch to other options, such as Ethereum Classic, Callist Network, and so on for their mining works. The switch to PoS of ETH will not affect them at all. Ethereum Classic just had 51% attack... so don't think people will mine ETC, ETC does not even look like a good option without this issue. Lower block reward will affect mining, how much? Time will tell. |

It is solid amount considering the market situation and it is in FIAT.Hard cap is not something that has to be reached for the project to happen and be a success. |

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that. It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions. The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions. Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily. What will be the fee for transaction on agate platform? Transaction fee will be 0.1 AGT. Thats considerably less than standards fees. That is almost as having no fees if we are being honest here. If there is such a low fee, how will the miners then earn from mining AGT? I think there will be no mining when it comes to Agate. Agate will be POS. Cool, so we can stake AGT.What will we need to be able to stake AGT? Only hold AGT and have a wallet or? Since it will be proof of stake system,it will be abit more complicated than that. Yeah, it won't be a wallet kind of staking, it will be staking through pools. How will that work? I have never tried staking that way before, usually you have a wallet and you put it in the staking mode and that is it.How much AGT do we need to stake? Is 1 AGT for example going to be enough to theoretically stake? When Agate main net is released then you will have more public pools and you will be able to join them and then stake your AGT in one of the pools you choose. Maybe they bought tether with the funds raised.Tether is way to go during this market. I doubt that projects sell their funds or put on the exchange while sale is on,even though going into tether was a good thing to do few months ago. lol you are creating the worst scenario if you are getting the funds in TETHER form. Tether is a centralized currency and the developer can freeze it anytime if they are suspecting it as suspicious amount. Tether is the worst way ever i seen. Yeah i agree on that ,no way Agate went into tether,And this current price is just temporar,prices will go up sooner or later,and it shouldnt affect development a lot. No matter what anyone says, if funds were stored in some stablecoin instead of ETH or BTC a lot if ICO's would have much less problems with this market. |
