I would look in Germany.
Their banking law allow 3rd parties to access bank accounts, so you may be able to find/ develop software/ script to issue a lot of cards with ease.
However if you're expecting to issue that many cards I think you could contact your local banks and they may offer you a solution.
I would also ask in your country's banking forums, there are many knowledgeable folks (bank employees etc.) who may be able to help.

For someone like me who has no experience with signals and day trading I don't fully understand what does it mean if coin hits one or two targets but not the second/ third one - I see such coins marked as "success" so I understand that it was marked as "We Recomend: NOW SELL" after it hit first/ second target, yes? Or is it investor's decision if he want's to aim for 2nd/ 3rd target and every coin which reaches 1st target is "success"?

Your loss is nothing compared to what I did lost, and my loss hurts me much more because I don't have so much funds for investing, I never invested more than couple hundreds, I'm on the edge of being handicapped due to chronic, untreated illness (meaning I can't work, I can't even use a computer - lost x5 your loss because of that) and my mental health is in very bad condition.
OK, I held my coins much longer, but not long enough. I entered crypto at the end of 2013, in 2014 things were much, much faster, coins could go 10x, 50x in matter of weeks, so I didn't think holding my coins for years is good idea and I sold big percentage of them during pumps, just to find out few months/ year later that they were pumped even more. And don't forget BTC rise in 2017, anyone who sold before that lost a lot of potential profit.  


OP probably can and will move on, but not everyone can do this, I invested in 3 coins few years ago saying these are my last crypto investements, one coin died, another one I lost because of personal problems/ health issues/ theft (all of these played a role) and third one I sold too early losing life changing profits.

Please tell me is the current version of IOTA Light Wallet stable and secure???

Or is it better to use BETA Trinity wallet for Android?

If not, I see future for them, EU bank regulations means they could expand into whole EU as all countries are required to allow 3rd parties access to citizens bank accounts on their consent.

Exactly, I missed it too and I'm very sad because of this.
I understand why people call it scam, but it's 50/50 as there is no evidence.
Besides, there were many scam coins that allowed many people to make a lot of money.

I would like to ask again question I asked before, where can I find Syscoin v1 blockchain? If I had access to it I could check if SYScoins were moved from ALL presale wallets - if no, the there would be possibility to recover my coins by getting access to moolah.io database.

i lost because of my own ignorance (+ host of health and family issues) by not downloading SYS private key/ wallet during presale organized by Moolah.io, when I finally found out that I have received e-mail with link to private key/ wallet Moolah.io website was down and I was unable to get my coins ;-(
