There are many reasons but the most valid one, if the community is strong, then you can be sure that people will not let the price of the coin to reduce in a big manner. Because they are waiting to increase the number of coins they have, and a smaller reduce in the price, they buy it.

Many platforms can be used to follow the news. I simply follow the upcoming events of the coins which are in my portfolio, then I follow official twitter account of the company, blog sites and I follow the news on BCT.

Selling right away may be profitable in some cases but in most of the cases I have seen that waiting always provides you more profit. I support keeping that to sell for higher prices.

Yeah, most probably it will change financial industry. Many people thought that fees that we pay (which is crucial for banks) will reduce in the near future. Transfering money will be a lot more easier. There will be many changes in the near future.

Of course you can, making sure of that you hide your private key safely and do not share it anyone else (and also your computer should be malware free).

A good way to follow in this bearish market is giving more slice to altcoins in the porfolio, especially the ones with 50M-100M USD market cap coins, and smaller slice to BTC-ETH-NEO etc. The thing is, if bearish trend continues, altcoins will provide more profit as it happens in the previous cases.

No way, it has way tooo much to go at the moment, consider buying it atm. since it will most probably see its all-time-high within 2 months.

If you have enough precautions such as google authenticator etc. , you do not need to be afraid of the hackers. Also, since most of us here are small investors, we are not the target here

Of course it changed the crypto world. Most of the new coins use its infrastructure and many new updates are waited.
ETH is the queen of the crypto world.

I know that my idea of protecting myself from the scams is conservative thus hinders the teams who are all first time in a coin campaign but I do not get involved in a project whose team has no experience.

The only objective criteria of a project is the team's older projects for me, no whitepaper or nothing else.

Reading the whitepaper solely cannot give you the idea well. In most scams, the whitepaper may be copy-pasted or even if they are original, they may write there lots of imaginary objectives.

The old projects of the team may be a good reference to evaluate.

Generally, if I gain more than 20% , I get shocked and immediately take the money and invest in some other altcoin which has not increased recently or but BTC or ETH with the money.

I don not believe a strategy will work in such a fragile market.

$2500 is an exegerrated forecast fot this year . I also think it will reach its ATH in this year but doubling the older ATH still seems impossible for me.
If it will happen, other altcoins will give chances a way more than x5

Generally, everyone talks about  its whitepaper while evaluating a ICO to be scam or not. But, the whitepaper cannot solely gives the idea.
For me, the only parameter is its community and the team. Their older projects may seem as reference.

By the recent upgoing, ETH has increased but I expect (if a crisis will not occur again) it will reach its ATH in this year. So buying ETH may still be logical.

If you have enough time (maybe 15 hours in a day), you may trade daily and increase your money gradually.
But if you have a proper job or sth else to do, daily trade is not so logical.

Even if  you are 90% sure that a coin will increase, do not ever go all in for any of them. This market is a fragile one, so you may lose everything you have in one day.
