It may seem interesting but in this scenario, the most of the profit will come (most probably) from PHR.

I generally use markets for storing them, which is not a good way for holding but I trade them frequently. You should have a hardware wallet for security issues, and you can also use some paper wallets as well like MEW.

Not all of them. There are many scam ones, and the design of the website or the names in the team does not give any clue about you should trust them or not. You should make a detailed research about the project before investing.

It can reach over 1000$ again. Market need to have trust of the people again, now the total market cap is far away from the ATH. When we see ATH again, ETH would be 1k or more.
