why the sudden drop i wonder....
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 29, 2014, 05:32:33 AM
wtf is going on with the cinni wallet. i just tried to move around 9k out of one of my wallets, and it told me that i had already spent those coins despite the fact they have never moved prior......
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LTCX]LiteCoinX X11 Anonymous No IPO Premine 0.05% on: May 28, 2014, 04:32:19 PM
WOW...getting 1 coin per block!!!!  Huh

I can see why people aren't so happy about the 42000 pre-mine

1 coin per block reward dont seem to affect the high hashers, and and please dont scream asic/fpga as there is no proof they are real....
864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][LTCX]LiteCoinX X11 Anonymous on: May 28, 2014, 11:55:13 AM
Why not is LitecoinN Scrypt-N? As I know, some FPGA board can mine X11 algorithm very effective, in that mean, the FPGA is X11's "ASIC".

god iam sick of hearing about scrypt-N... incase you dont know scrypt-N is already asic mineable.... yea you can change the N-Factor but then that just about removes the use of GPu miners and welcomes in Botnets....
865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 28, 2014, 11:44:49 AM
severe drop in volume, not a good sign for cinni :-/.... getting alittle worried about the future of this coin atm.
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: X11 FPGA mineing on: May 28, 2014, 08:01:17 AM
i think there is have

there is no physical proof they are real yet unless someone can prove otherwise....
867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: X11 FPGA mineing on: May 28, 2014, 07:49:41 AM
you really think that 1 tera of gpu is real? i think not, fpga is very likely

some old fpga used to mine btc when the diff was lower, can be re-programmed to mine x11

but thats the thing, its all speculation to weather it is possible.... no actual physical proof its actually been made or in the process of being made. yes i have seen those high numbers on many different X11 coins how ever as i has been said how do we know its just not an insanely big gpu farm, we know they exist. if it really is FPGA then who ever made a working version is doing alot to keep it quiet from the genera;l crypto population.
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / X11 FPGA mineing on: May 28, 2014, 05:13:20 AM
Iam curious about X11 FPGA mineing. is there any actual proof that it is real or is it all just speculation and fud, as there is no real proof that its real or even in the works at this current point, but its all over most X11 threads. does anyone have any thoughts on the facts about this?
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Stealthcoin ⓞ X11 ⓞ on: May 28, 2014, 04:41:53 AM
use qrk algo...x11 no use for gpu miners to go up against asic and fpga. x11 is now not the best choice for normal gpu miners.

Doing pretty good on X11 with GPU, personally.

How would you know if you could be doing better on qrk algo. Instead of 200gh fpga and possibly x11 asic farms you would only be against gpu miners.

Even if there are only fpga right now, why should gpu miners mine against them.

750ti are great on x11 2.2MH/s for 120 euro, lmao that's cheap, i don't think fpga can do better for now

and the cudaminer dev said 750ti will reach 2.8 with the next update

Well it's quite possible x11 asics are running at 1gh from what i've heard. So that's a few 750ti right there. Electricity of course is another serious consideration.

The XC dev more or less acknowledges there is a serious problem with releasing x11 coins now.

Better to use qrk or scryptN

Even scrypt is better since everyone can get gridseeds if they want ....

The huge 300gh mining entities that jump around at once could be botnets but a lot more people are considering x11 asics are here now.

Although for now could pull the 280x out and put some nvidia in, the board takes both.  What is the power draw on those must be quite low.

where is the proof that FPGA is actually able to achieve these speeds, i have yet to find any relivent info about it being possible, just speculation and rumours....
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 27, 2014, 01:39:42 PM
we really need some new X11 coins to be added to the multipool.... really dont wanna mine scrypt again :-/
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DRK] DarkCoin | First Anonymous Coin | First X11 | First DGW | ASIC Resistant on: May 27, 2014, 02:24:07 AM
premine is still alot better then haveing 40% of total coin cap being in the hands of a few select people..... and i believe the anon feature is already implemented into the wallet as there was user testing of it last night, feel free to check this and you will see what i mean.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 27, 2014, 02:20:38 AM
someone just dumped thier way out of cinni, most probably to buy into XC.....

DRK I think, when it was re-listed again, XC, CINNI, BC, XLB were dumped at the same time

XC got a multipool dump, as it seems drk is getting a dump as well....

SELLLL THE END IS NEARRRRR ABANDON SHIPPP!!!

lol ya dreaming kiddo. just means more cheap cinni for the rest of us. its a good thing Cheesy i still have my cinni stock and iam holding what small amount of XC i have been able to mine, both will pay off soon.
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DRK] DarkCoin | First Anonymous Coin | First X11 | First DGW | ASIC Resistant on: May 27, 2014, 02:17:23 AM
Now, maybe this is when we find out the closed source client has a backdoor... heh.

You're all nuts for using something like this that hasn't been peer-reviewed, IMO.

Be interesting to see what happens to DRK when people clue in that Monero is more secure and anonymous.

same affect with XC, still more anon then DRK......
First, learn the difference between affect and effect. Second, what are you smoking? XC is in an even more primitive state than any of the Cryptonote coins, which are also pitiful.

so what if it could be more primitive, still more anon then DRK.... can already see DRK being dumped so people can jump on the XC bandwagon.... wouldnt suprise me if XC starts to rival drk for its current position in the comming weeks, plus XC wasnt "instamined"

is supernova pool under DDOS again?
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XC] >> Mandatory Update to new Wallet - The first POS X11 anonymous wallet on: May 27, 2014, 12:07:13 AM
Man that UFH (Unidentified Flying Hashrate) is making mining really difficult.
500Ghs of Nethash and we can link only ~40Ghs to pools  Huh But where is waldo?

possibly a solomine setup..... i highly doubt FPGA as there is no proof such a thing is real yet.
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XC] -POW & 3.33% POS | 3 Exchanges | The first POS X11 anonymous wallet on: May 26, 2014, 02:16:21 PM

Well I guess we all know now that there is an either a massive X11 FPGA Farm, new Asic, a ton of GPU power out there... and if it is either 1 or 2, then this is a major issue in my mind and i think it further justifies the need to switch over to POS much, much, much sooner than expected - ie tomorrow night

Also on the mixer, the minimum I mentioned might be too low with the current code, so use at least 0.1

If we don't end POW soon... all the coins will be in the hands of the major farm... and you know what they will do to the coin?!?!?      They don't care about any coins long term.  Just to dump it and get btc.

this whole X11 FPGA sounds like to much of a rumour then a fact, i have yet to find any facts that could lead to it being real and not just some fud.
880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XC] -POW & 3.33% POS | 3 Exchanges | The first POS X11 anonymous wallet on: May 26, 2014, 12:54:24 PM
and just like that XC lose's its profitability for low end miners Sad f***ing multipools.....

so we reduce the mining period!

when does the mineing period actually end?

when we hit 10 million XC coin.

maybe one month later.

f**k, this will be a painful month, where is all this hash power comming from..... its frikin insane.
